And although purchasing a fan or making your own air conditioner may be your first thought, treating yourself to a weather-appropriate frock can make a huge difference.
Tesco's F&F is one of the best-loved brands on the high street, and is constantly wowing us with its stylish but affordable fashion.
From cute dresses to on-trend work attire, the supermarket fast-fashion range always hits the mark, and its new summer collection is no exception.
'Timeless' dress
One dress in particular that has caught the attention of fashion fans is the The F&F Edit Ruffle Trim Tie Neck Mini Dress in Multi Green which has been slashed from £32.50 to £15, a saving of over 50%.
The mint green frock features a loose fitting flowy skirt, perfect for hiding bloated bellies, and designed to keep you cool on sweltering days.
It also has elegant long sleeves and a dainty tie neckline, which create an air of sophistication.
The gown is perfect for pairing with wedges for fancy holiday dinners, and can be dressed down with chunky sandals for strolls along the beach.
Tesco said: "Bring a romantic edge to your summer outfits with this mini dress, complete with a pretty tie neckline and ruffle accents.
"Featuring long sleeves with elasticated cuffs, the flowing silhouette creates a flattering fit.
"Pair with wedge heels or flat sandals for a timeless outfit on warm days."

How has Tesco's F&F upped its game
By Fabulous' Fashion Editor Clemmie Fieldsend
ZARA has become a high street staple in recent years thanks to its hot-off-the-catwalk designs and affordable prices.
But recently those prices have risen with the brand's popularity.
However, if you are looking for high fashion inspired outfits with low price tags you needn't drag yourself to your local shops, just head to the supermarket instead.
F&F has come a long way from selling a few backs of T-shirts and fluffy dressing gowns and is now a must have shopping destination for thousands.
They produce good quality, long lasting and on trend clothes that puts others to shame.
F&F is filled with Zara dupes and other looks inspired by our favourite shops that will set you back less than £50 - and you can get them while you pick up your dinner.
I for one love F&F denim, it's durable, fits really well and has all the best silhouettes.
So even if you're not looking for reasonable prices but just want good clothes, get yourself to Tesco.
The leopard print gown would look perfect paired with sandals for a summer look, and can easily be transitioned into your winter wardrobe if paired with boots.
Shoppers are also loving the F&F Edit Palm Print Bardot Midi Dress in Multi Red, which has been slashed from £25 to just £12.
The stylish frock features an exotic tropical pattern and a belt that will help to hide your tummy.
The long-sleeves and elasticated neckline provide a flattering and comfortable look, which can be dressed up with heels, or dressed down with sandals.
Tesco fans are also loving the F&F Cotton Rich Sleeveless Ribbed Racer Midi Dress in Mink which has been slashed from £16 to just £9, a saving of almost 60%.
The simple dress can easily be chucked on in hot weather, and the sleeveless design will help to cool down sweaty armpits.

Kipling unveils new back to school bag range with unexpected collaborator

BAG and accessories brand Kipling has teamed up with an unexpected collaborator for its newest collection. The global bag brand has teamed up with Just Dance (yes, the bestselling rhythm game from Ubisoft), and the results are full of fun flair. Kipling x Just Dance collection The Kipling x Just Dance collection is perfect for injecting some colour and fun into your kid's back to school supplies ahead of the start of term in September. The seven-item collection includes crossbody bags, backpacks, keyrings and even a pen case that fuses Kipling's signature functionality along with bold gradient colours inspired by Just Dance. Prices start from £24 up to £98 for the larger backpack style and you can also get free shipping if you order before 20 August online. The main design themes throughout the Kipling x Just Dance collection include the bold gradient colourful print that captures the vibrant energy of the hit videogame. Other items have a sleek black design with Just Dance catchphrases like "Move your Body" in bold text for an extra dose of fun, and bright gradient piping for an understated pop of colour. As always with Kipling products, the details deliver. Each item is crafted from the brand's iconic recycled crinkle nylon and finished with zinc hardware, the round silicone logo, and of course, the legendary monkey keychain. In this collection, the Kipling keychain is reimagined in a limited-edition Just Dance version; it's multicoloured, fluffy and full of personality. The lightweight bags are built for movement and perfect as a school bag because they are not only durable, but also versatile enough to take you from the classroom to dance practice. Much like Just Dance, which has become a global phenomenon uniting players of all ages and skill levels, Kipling 's ethos is rooted in freedom, fun, and self-expression. The latest collaboration is already winning over fans since it launched in June. One fan shared online: "Incredible backpack, holds more than you might think at first sight and it's so stylish!" Another reviewer shared: "For me, this bag is perfect. It has a large main space, but there are lots of zipped compartments too.

Binky Felstead flaunts her washboard abs in a blue bikini top and beige shorts as she heads to the beach during her family summer holiday to France

Binky Felstead turned heads in an eye-catching bikini as she enjoyed a sun-soaked beach day with her family during their summer escape to France. The former Made in Chelsea star, 35, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a glimpse of her sizzling holiday style. She posed for a mirror selfie in a blue bikini top paired with a beige co-ord shirt and shorts, topped off with a chic basket Miu Miu hat. The reality star penned on top of the snap: 'Ready for another beach day.' Later, she ditched the shorts to reveal her toned physique in the striking two-piece, lounging on a beach bed as she soaked up the Mediterranean sunshine. The trip comes after Binky opened up about a post-birth health issue which left her 'freaking out' and convinced she would lose her teeth. She was diagnosed with gum disease recently, which was beginning to destroy her bones and needed urgent attention. Binky is a proud mother-of-three and last gave birth in 2023 to a son named Wilder, who is now one. Following her diagnosis, Binky decided to share her story online with her Instagram followers, to spread awareness with other mums. Speaking to The Sun, she said: 'I was really worried about it and I actually only learnt through social media. By the way, hundreds of messages I got from other parents, other women, saying they've got the same. 'I think the old wives tale is that you lose a tooth per child. I don't know, I'm freaking out, I'm not going to have a tooth in ten years.' She added that there's 'lots of not so glamorous things' that happen after giving birth and having children. Binky said she has started having to do her greys, admitting that 'the good outweighs the bad'. She said it's 'important' to have these conversations on social media to normalise it, and that the fact it is common made her feel a lot better about it. Eight years after leaving MIC, Binky says she is 'kind of getting her MOJO back'. Binky is super relatable online with her fans, and always keeps it real. In recent weeks, she made a 'revolting' confession that she hasn't washed her make-up brush in 10 years during a mother-daughter makeover clip. India can be seen unleashing her creative spark as she layered on the bronzer and lined her mother's lips with a pencil. In the clip Binky confessed: 'Do you know your godfather, Ollie Locke? This was his makeup brush from about ten years ago and I have never washed it since. How revolting is that and I still use it?' India appeared unphased by the revelation and continued to layer on the bronzer until the TV personality persuaded her to stop. Motherhood is a vital part of Binky's life now and along with husband Max she appears to have the perfect fairytale family. She started dating her husband Max Fin January 2019 after they met at Soho Farmhouse and the couple later married in September 2021.
