Sushmita Sen's brother Rajeev says he might take legal route against ex-wife Charu Asopa for defaming him, his family: ‘I won't stay quiet anymore'
Sushmita Sen's brother Rajeev Sen and his ex-wife, actor Charu Asopa got divorced in 2023 after four years of marriage and while they often recorded their marital troubles on their respective YouTube channels, the back and forth continued even after their divorce. Now, after a recent vlog where Rajeev questioned that he was not getting enough time with his daughter Ziana, Charu retaliated in her own vlog, saying that a parent is not offered the privilege of being present, they just have to be around. Rajeev, in a new video, has said that Charu has been showing him in bad light, and threatened that he could file a legal complaint because of the defamation caused by Charu.
In the new vlog, Rajeev said that it was 'not fair' that Charu brought his name up in many of her vlogs. Charu recently moved from Mumbai to Bikaner, where her parents reside, as she found it financially difficult to survive in Mumbai whilst providing a decent standard of living to their daughter. 'You are enjoying bad comments about me and most of them are paid PR, we all know that. That's why I was worried that no one misuses the money,' he said, as he implied that he was either paying alimony or for his daughter's expenses.
Addressing Charu in the video, Rajeev said, 'You gave so many interviews against me and I didn't say anything, now I won't stay quiet anymore.' He addressed Charu's allegations against him that he wasn't around during the pregnancy and said, 'She accused me of not being with her during the pregnancy, that's not the case. I was there with her. I have vlogs to prove it. She was the one running away from me. Don't say that I was gone for 4 months, that's not true.'
Towards the end of the vlog, he threatened her with legal action and said, 'I tried that our fights don't have to be discussed in court but now it looks like there is no other option. If I start then I won't stop because I have been through a lot, and my family has also been through a lot.'

Previously, Charu Asopa, in her vlog, said, 'I have never stopped you from meeting your daughter. I might have said that please change the time or adjust your plans but I never refused.' She said this in response to Rajeev Sen's accusations that he wasn't allowed to meet their daughter.' She said that despite their divorce, she has been cordial with his family and maintained all relationships with his side of the family as she believes that it is essential for their daughter to grow up in a harmonious family.
Since their divorce, Rajeev and Charu have attended many family functions together and recorded those on their vlogs. The duo has also been on family vacations with their daughter and have repeatedly insisted that this is for the well being of their daughter.

BBC releases controversial documentary 'The Killing Call' on Sidhu Moosewala amid father's legal battle
CHANDIGARH: Amid controversy, the BBC World Service on Tuesday released a two-part documentary titled The Killing Call on slain Punjab singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Moosewala, on his birth anniversary, despite legal efforts by Moosewala's father, Balkaur Singh, to halt its screening. Balkaur Singh had filed a plea before a court in Mansa, Punjab, seeking a stay on the release of the documentary, arguing that it could impact the ongoing investigation and trial related to his son's murder. The court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) of Mansa has listed Singh's petition for a hearing on Thursday. The BBC had originally scheduled a screening of the documentary at a cinema hall in Mumbai on Tuesday evening. However, following the controversy, the broadcaster instead released it on YouTube. The first episode of the documentary focuses on Moosewala's early life, rise to fame, and the controversies surrounding his career, while the second part delves into his murder. In the two episodes released by the BBC, some of Moosewala's old friends, a few journalists, and two senior police officers from Punjab and Delhi have been featured. It also includes an audio interview with gangster Goldy Brar, who is accused of orchestrating Moosewala's murder at Jawahar Ke village in Mansa district on May 29, 2022, and is alleged to be the mastermind behind it. In its YouTube video description, BBC World Service wrote, 'On 29 May 2022, Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was murdered by hired hitmen who followed his car, shot him through the windscreen, and left him to die. As news of the killing spread across India and around the world, a gangster named Goldy Brar claimed responsibility for the hit. But three years later, no one has been convicted of this murder, the motives remain murky, and Goldy Brar is still on the run. BBC Eye Investigations has been talking to some of the people closest to Sidhu Moose Wala, tracing his rise from obscurity to stardom, finding out how he made enemies of India's most feared gang, and asking why they wanted him dead.'

Malaika Arora reveals her pre-makeup skincare ritual; Know 6 skin prep steps she swears by
Be it her jaw-dropping dance moves or a slay-worthy figure, Malaika Arora is like a burst of glamour and energy in the world of Bollywood. And when it comes to glowing skin that looks fresh and youthful, Malaika Arora seems to have cracked the code. Even in her late 40s, she still turns heads with her radiant, flawless complexion. Her secret to a flawless skin is her pre-makeup skincare regime. The diva follows a skincare routine that's smart, simple, and deeply rooted in self-care. Let's take a peek into Malaika's pre-makeup skincare ritual, that includes these 6 pre-makeup steps she swears by. The initial step is to hydrate your skin using a face mist before applying makeup, and Malaika never skips it. She starts her skincare ritual with a generous spritz of hydrating face mist. This step helps in waking up the skin, boosting moisture levels, and giving your skin a dewy freshness. This hydration ensures that the skin doesn't feel tight or dry and also acts as a prepping base to absorb the makeup products more effectively. A luxurious step in her skincare ritual is a jade roller massage. Malaika glides the cool roller across her face, which not only helps in reducing puffiness but also boosts blood circulation. The massage helps in contouring and sculpting the face slightly, a great way to de-stress before makeup application. To deepen the skin-prepping process, she uses a Gua Sha tool for a gentle and firm face massage. This beauty ritual helps tone facial muscles, relieves tension, and enhances skin elasticity. For Malaika, it's a meditative moment to lift and firm the skin before the makeup comes on. Next, she addresses one of the most delicate areas of the face, the under eyes. Malaika applies under eye patches to reduce puffiness and to add a cooling, soothing effect. These patches help reduce early morning swelling and provide light hydration, making the under-eye area smoother and more receptive to concealer and makeup. While most focus only on their face, Malaika doesn't skip her neck area. She uses a nourishing moisturiser to hydrate and smoothen the skin around the neck. Since this area is equally visible and prone to dryness, moisturising it ensures even texture and a consistent glow from face to décolletage. No look is complete without soft, smooth lips. To wrap up her pre-makeup skincare, Malaika applies a hydrating lip balm. This not only prevents chapping but ensures that any lipstick or lip gloss applied later sits beautifully and doesn't crack or flake. To conclude, Malaika Arora's pre-makeup skincare routine is a beautiful blend of simplicity and self-care. With a focus on hydration, relaxation, and facial massage techniques, it's no wonder her skin looks so naturally radiant.
