The full 92-player lineup for Tahoe's American Century Championship has familiar faces
A few celebrities have dropped out, while others have been added to the field for the 36th American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament at Lake Tahoe in summer 2025.
The 54-hole hole celebrity tournament is set for July 11-13 at Edgewood Tahoe.
The week's activities begin July 10 with celebrity-amateur activities. Among the biggest names returning for 2025 are Charles Barkley, Aaron Rodgers, John Smoltz, Nate Bargatze, Travis and Jason Kelce, and defending champion Mardy Fish.
Dropping out since late May are two-time Super Bowl champion John Elway and 14-time MLB all-star Alex Rodriguez.

The Los Angeles Dodgers, if they were to be fully healthy, would have a stacked starting rotation. But, with all of the injuries the starters have suffered, there's a need for so many starters. However, in a scenario where the Dodgers' starters are healthy, they could make some interesting moves. Advertisement According to writer Mark Feinsand, the Dodgers could join the buy-and-sell trend in Major League Baseball. If the starters are all healthy, they could look to move one or more starters to resolve issues around their roster. "... Though if the rotation is healthier by late-July and Friedman believes there are other holes to fill," Feinsand writes. "The idea of using some of its depth in the back of the rotation to address those needs makes sense." With the current crop of injuries, trading a starter seems out of the question. But if everyone, or most, were to get healthy, there would be a few starters who would be out of a spot in the rotation. Feinsand names Dustin May, Emmet Sheehan, and Landon Knack as potential options for the Dodgers to trade in such a scenario. Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Shohei Ohtani, and Clayton Kershaw are the big-three starters who are healthy right now, but there are plenty of starters who are hurt at the moment. A team like the Boston Red Sox could be willing to ship off outfielder Jarren Duran for one of the Dodgers' starters. The lack of potential starting pitchers on the market could allow the Dodgers to get a strong return if they employ the buy-and-sell strategy. The clear area where they could explore an improvement is in left field with Michael Conforto. Feinsand's strategy is an interesting one, but it'd only happen if the oft-injured starting rotation can get healthy. If the Dodgers' rotation does get healthy, they could be in line to make a deadline splash by sending one or more of their starters to bolster one of the best offenses in baseball.
