Who is Joe Wilkinson's wife Petra Exton?
Petra Exton is the wife of comedian Joe Wilkinson, though she tends to keep things pretty low-key and stays out of the spotlight.
According to her LinkedIn profile, she has a solid background in the creative industries, working across photography, interior design and talent management.
Petra is based in the Greater Brighton and Hove area, and over the years she has taken on a range of roles.
From creative operations manager to resource manager and consultant, she has worked at well-known companies like New Natives, Propellernet and Webcredible.
She tends to lean towards management, representing talent and providing operational support.
One of her standout projects is producing the podcast Chatabix, and if her X (formerly Twitter) profile is anything to go by, she also manages Joe himself, the 8 Out of 10 Cats funny man.
Petra herself studied Media Studies at the University of Sussex from 1992 to 1995, then later pursued a Diploma in Photography at the University of the Arts London in 2010.
That training opened the door to a variety of creative roles, starting out in studio management and moving into consultancy gigs at places like Glue London, Agency.com and Red Bee Media.
Although her exact date of birth is not publicly known, her education timeline suggests she is in her early 40s, which is fairly close in age to Joe, who was born on May 2, 1975, and is now in his late 40s.
Outside of work, she's often seen snapping photos of her travels on Instagram and seems to be a keen runner too.
Cooking With The Stars' Joe Wilkinson missed out on place in the final
Joe is one of the famous faces who will participate in the BBC's Celebrity Traitors show.
How long has Petra Exton been married to Joe Wilkinson?
Joe and Petra tied the knot in July 2015, opting for an intimate ceremony at Brighton Town Hall.
Keeping things low-profile, they held their reception outdoors at Beechwood Hall in Cooksbridge, surrounded by close friends and family.
According to Kent Live, Joe described his life as 'boring,' but says that's actually been quite handy when it comes to finding material for his stand-up.
The couple, who don't have any children, tend to keep their life together very private.
But back in October 2024, Joe shared a rather eerie moment he had while out on a countryside walk with Petra, a possible run-in with a mysterious big cat, not unlike the legendary Beast of Bodmin.
He reckons he spotted a huge feline-like creature roaming across a moor in Dorset.

As Joe told Cornwall Live: 'We were on a country walk and this thing, which looked like a big dog or something in the distance, was walking over the brow of a hill. But it was walking like a cat, you know the way their hips swing.
"I thought, 'What the effing hell is that! ? ' as it went over the hill. I was going, 'What the hell is that! ' and Petra is just like, 'huh? ', and didn't see it.
"Anyway, I got back to the pub and I was talking about it. Someone overheard and said, 'Did you see the Beast? '. And I was like, 'Yeah, I have! Well, I think I have! '."

The Bachelorette star Georgia Love sells off her designer clothes after split with husband Lee Elliot
The Bachelorette 's Georgia Love is selling off her designer wardrobe for bargain basement prices following her separation from husband Lee Elliott. The couple, who met on the 2016 season of The Bachelorette and were married for four years, broke the news of their split in February. Georgia, 35, offloaded a rack of pricey winter coats and dresses at Rack It Club in Melbourne last week. 'Come buy my clothes!' the social media personality told her 209,000 Instagram followers as she posed up beside her colourful wares. The pre-loved women's fashion boutique, which has three bricks-and-mortar stores in Melbourne, rents out individual racks for $112 a piece. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The six-day rental period allows sellers to offload quality garments without the hassle of trying to sell individual pieces online. The store then takes a 15 per cent commission on all sales. 'I've got a rack at Brighton with a heap of gorg[eous] items (if I do say so myself!),' Georgia captioned her post advertising the sale. She said all the items for sale are from sizes 8 to 12 and include brands such as Aje, Witchery, Sheike, Steele, Life With Bird, Mosman and Country Road. Georgia's overflowing rack was given pride of place in Brighton shopfront at 604 Hampton Street. The former TV journalist turned said she had priced 'coats, sets, dresses, blazers and shoes' all under $60. 'I'll also be topping it up over the next couple of weeks as things sell!' she added. Georgia and Lee, who met and fell in love on The Bachelorette in 2016, sparked rumours of a split in December when fans noticed she often wasn't wearing her wedding rings. She spoke about the decision to call time on her nine year relationship with Lee for the first time last month, in a sit down interview with Kate Langbroek on Mamamia's No Filter podcast. The emotional reality star admitted it was difficult to announce her split from Lee because of the amount of goodwill from others toward their relationship. 'I don't want to feel like I've let anyone down which is so silly because it's not about anyone else, it's about us,' she said as she broke down into tears. 'People have been so wonderful following our story since the start and so many say they look at our relationship and it gives them hope. I've been really sad feeling like I've let people down.' Georgia went on to say the hardest part about her split is 'entering a period of loss and grief again'. 'It was very hard at the end of last year with all the speculation about whether we had split. It was hard while I was trying to come to terms with what was happening,' she explained. 'Lee and I made the decision together but it doesn't mean it makes me happy. It doesn't, I'm really sad about it.' Georgia also gushed over Lee's 'amazing support' through their difficult times. 'We have both and each been through big things in our nine years together. Some of those things we have grown through together and some we have grown apart,' she added. 'We have weathered a lot together and have a deep love and respect for each other and I hope we always will. I never expected to be here.' 'After nine wonderful years together, including four as husband and wife, [we] have made the incredibly difficult decision to lovingly part ways,' the couple wrote when announcing their split. 'Our relationship has been so special and we will always cherish the memories, love, and laughter we've shared,' she continued. 'There is no drama, no bad blood. 'Just two people who have grown in different directions while still holding deep respect and care for each other. 'We remain friends and we'd really appreciate our privacy as we navigate this next stage. Thank you.' The pair spent last Christmas apart with their respective families, before Georgia jetted off to New York City for a holiday without Lee. It seemed they were still living under the same roof at their marital home in Melbourne in the lead up to their big announcement.

Meet Helena Ford: The Air Hostess Who Ditched Her Job for Love
Some of us go for looks, some of us go for personality. Leaving her job behind, meet Helena Ford, one of the Love Island Season 12 girlies who's big on personality and has hopes that at almost 30, she can find her funny prince once and for all. The joint-oldest in the Love Island villa out of the OG girlies this season is Helena Ford. At 29, Helena's sights are on a someone funny and hopefully Northern as she claims they have much more banter is better than Southerners… erm not sure about that. In the first episode of Season 12, Helena made it very clear she's a personality kind of gal, saying she likes them medium-ugly. Humour is top of her checklist, 'You can pretty much laugh me into bed. I like a four out of 10 that's funny', she admits. She's racking up those Avios points as a British Airways air-hostess. She confirmed she has left her cabin crew job but they've kindly said she can come back to her role after the Love Island stint, if needed. Her team don't actually know what should she signed up to… but we're sure they are aware now and probably recruiting to fill her position. She has 12.4k Instagram followers, where she shows less work and more play, island hopping across the likes of South Africa, Ibiza, The Maldives, Turks and Caicos, Bermuda, Dubai and Miami, to name a few! She has a connection to Zara McDermott from Season 4 of Love Island. Helena's friend is besties with Zara but unfortunately the pair didn't get chance to speak before Helena flew to Spain for this season because Zara was wrapped up in filming her new documentary. She is also loosely connected to Justin Bieber! The pop star followed Helena's old twitter account back when she was 13. Claim to fame hunny, we'll take it. As Episode 1 closed, Helena is coupled up with last minute entry to the villa, pro rugby player Conor Phillips but has eyes for semi pro footballer, Harry Cooksley. Most nervous about sharing a room with so many people, we're looking forward to seeing Helena's journey and have no doubt that she'll be doing #ad content before we know it. Season 12 of the hit ITV dating show kicked off on 9 June and is on at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX every day of the week except Saturdays. Afia Kufuor writes celeb news for Grazia, Heat, Closer, Bella and Yours – and loves nothing more than a good interview. Jaw-dropping moment Bridgerton actress has phone stolen in Joe & The Juice
Genevieve Chenneour, who plays Miss Clara Livingston in Netflix hit Bridgeton, defended herself after Zacariah Boulares struck in a branch of Joe & The Juice in Kensington, west London These dramatic images show a Bridgerton actress bravely defend herself from a teenage thug who pinches her phone in a trendy coffee shop. CCTV captures Genevieve Chenneour, 27, fight back in front of stunned customers in the Joe & The Juice in Kensington, west London, after Zacariah Boulares, 18, had pounced. The teenage thug admitted robbery and possession of an offensive weapon and will be sentenced next month. Ms Chenneour, born in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, said: "They didn't expect me to stand up for myself – but I did. Getting a coffee shouldn't be something you need your wits about you for. I'm so grateful to the staff at Joe & The Juice – they were incredible during the incident and when I went back to see them after." It has now emerged Boulares, a serial phone thief, threatened to behead singer Aled Jones during a terrifying Rolex robbery in Chiswick, west London, in July 2023 - when the yob was just 16. He was sentenced to a two-year term at a youth detention centre, but was released after just 14 months - and able to carry out more crimes, including the one at the Joe & The Juice. Stills from the CCTV at the juice bar show the hooded Boulares lurking behind the actress, who was out with a friend walking her dog. He took the star's phone and assaulted another customer, Carlo Kurcishi. But Ms Chenneour, who has played Miss Clara Livingston in Bridgerton since season three, quickly leapt into action and took down the thief with the help of her friend. The fearless actress put her arm out to block the thief from leaving and then dislodged the phone from his hand. Retrieving the iPhone from the floor, she then used the device to strike Boulares who was left helpless on the floor. The tussle would continue for four minutes, after which the humbled yob left the café without the phone. Police were called to reports of theft and an assault on February 8. Boulares appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on May 29, where he pleaded guilty to stealing the phone and assaulting Mr Kurcishi. He also admitted stealing a black leather hand bag from a diner at a pizza restaurant in London's West End on 30 January this year. The teenager, an Algerian national, was remanded into custody and will now be sentenced on July 17 at Isleworth Crown Court in west London. A source was previously quoted as saying: "Genevieve showed real bravery throughout. It was a very shocking incident. It shows what is happening on London's streets on a daily basis." More than 70,000 phones were snatched in London in 2024, out of an estimated 100,000 thefts across the UK. Joe & The Juice, founded in 2002 in Copenhagen, has nearly 400 coffee shops across Europe, Asia and North America. The Mirror has approached the group for comment.
