Thomas Frank plays down injury concerns over Dominic Solanke and Destiny Udogie
Left-back Udogie and England forward Solanke were set to feature in Spurs' second friendly of the day at Luton, but were pulled out as a precaution hours after Wycombe had earned a 2-2 draw with the Europa League winners.
Solanke was absent from the 0-0 draw at Kenilworth Road due to a minor ankle injury and Udogie was withdrawn before kick-off. However, the duo are expected to join the squad on Sunday's flight to Hong Kong for Tottenham's week-long pre-season tour of Asia.
'Dom has a minor ankle issue, nothing we're worried about, just a precaution,' Frank said.
'Destiny felt something in the warm up, so, again, just a precaution. We just want to be on top of that.'
Frank used two completely different starting line-ups for the friendly fixtures, with captain Son Heung-min involved in the 2-2 draw with Wycombe at the club's training ground, but not with the squad for the stalemate at Luton.
Son, who has entered the final 12 months of his contract, has attracted interest from MLS club Los Angeles FC this week, but Tottenham are yet to receive a bid for the South Korean attacker, the PA news agency understands.
Two goals from Pape Sarr earned Spurs a draw with Wycombe – after Rodrigo Bentancur was forced to pull out before kick-off due to illness.
A different line-up was fielded at Luton where Tottenham's summer recruit Mohammed Kudus had an early shot cleared off the line before the hosts threatened in the second half, but Nahki Wells had a back-post volley saved by Antonin Kinsky and lifted another effort over to ensure it finished goalless in front of 10,071 spectators.
Frank added: 'I would say the big takeaway on the positive side is that we got more or less 75 minutes into most of the players – that was the reason why we played two mixed teams and subbed on all the youngsters.
'So, the physical, minute-wise – box ticked. I'm happy with that.'

Thomas Partey: Ex-Arsenal player charged with rape to appear in court today
Former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is due to appear in court today, charged with raping two women. The 32-year-old, who was charged four days after leaving the north London club when his contract expired back in June, faces five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault. He is accused of two counts of rape against one woman and three counts against another. The sexual assault allegation relates to a third woman, the Crown Prosecution Service has said. The alleged offences took place between 2021 and 2022. The Metropolitan Police said it first received reports of an allegation of rape in February 2022. Partey's lawyer Jenny Wiltshire has previously said the Ghanaian "denies all the charges against him" - and looks forward to the chance to "finally clear his name". Partey joined Arsenal from Spanish side Atletico Madrid in 2020 and became a regular for manager Mikel Arteta, who last month said he was "100% sure" the club followed the correct protocols. An Arsenal spokesperson previously said: "The player's contract ended on 30 June. Due to ongoing legal proceedings, the club is unable to comment on the case." Dodgers activate Max Muncy, place Tommy Edman on IL
August 5 - The Los Angeles Dodgers activated infielder Max Muncy from the injured list but also placed infielder Tommy Edman on the IL on Monday. Muncy, 34, has been sidelined since injuring his left knee during the Dodgers' game against the Chicago White Sox on July 2. Playing at third base, Muncy attempted a leaping catch to snare a throw from catcher Will Smith as Chicago's Michael A. Taylor tried to steal the bag. Taylor's helmet collided with Muncy's leg, and the Dodger immediately collapsed to the ground and clutched his knee. A follow-up MRI, however, revealed no structural damage. Muncy made five rehab appearances for Triple-A Oklahoma City, where he recorded five hits, including a home run, in 15 at-bats. He has played in 81 games this season for the Dodgers, recording a .250 batting average, 13 homers and 55 RBIs. The 30-year-old Edman landed on the 15-day IL with a right ankle injury for the second time this season after spraining it in Sunday's game at the Tampa Bay Rays. The 2024 NLCS MVP was hitting .228 with 12 home runs and 44 RBIs in 86 games this season, his second with Los Angeles.
