Actors often reinvent themselves to explore new depths, and Garima Kishnani is the latest to break away from her well-loved image. Known for playing positive, traditional characters, Garima is stepping into uncharted territory with her first-ever negative role in Rishto Se Bandhi Gauri.
But here's the twist—she's not playing Gauri. Instead, she plays a mysterious character pretending to be Gauri, and the storyline takes a sharp turn with her arrival.
Opening up about this bold move, Garima shared, 'I've mostly played sweet, traditional characters. But in Rishto Se Bandhi Gauri, I'm playing someone with a completely different mindset. What makes it exciting is that you can't tell from her face or behavior that she has such negative intentions—that mystery is what drew me in.'
She added, 'This is my first negative role, and I'm really enjoying the experience. It's giving me the chance to break out of my comfort zone. The character adds a major twist to the storyline, and though it's challenging, it's also helping me grow as an actor. I just hope viewers will accept and support me in this new avatar, just like they did with my earlier roles.'
Garima's entry marks a crucial shift in the show, introducing suspense and psychological drama. As the layers of her character begin to peel back, audiences are left questioning—who is she really, and what is her true motive?
Rishto Se Bandhi Gauri revolves around the journey of a kind-hearted girl forced into an unwanted marriage and how she navigates her new life in the Bundela family. With Garima's twist-filled role, the drama is set to reach an all-new high, promising intrigue, emotional tension, and edge-of-the-seat storytelling.
