Kim Kardashian graduates after six years in law program, proving slow and steady wins race
Kim Kardashian has officially graduated from California's Law Office Study Program after six years of dedicated study, marking a key step in her pursuit of becoming a licensed attorney. The reality TV star celebrated the achievement with a private backyard ceremony surrounded by family, friends, and mentors.
The law apprenticeship program typically takes four years to complete, but Kim extended her studies to six years due to disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite this, she remained committed throughout the extended timeline.
The 44-year-old took to Instagram Stories to share moments from the event, where she wore a beige graduation cap and received praise from those who supported her journey. Attorney Jessica Jackson, one of Kim's mentors, called the graduation 'one of the most inspiring legal journeys we've ever seen,' highlighting Kim's commitment of '18 hours a week, 48 weeks a year for six years straight.' Jackson noted this was especially impressive given Kim's responsibilities, including raising four children, managing businesses, filming television shows, and advocating in courtrooms.

Another mentor at the ceremony lauded Kardashian for her efforts in clemency advocacy, reuniting families, and bringing national attention to flaws in the legal system. CNN political commentator Van Jones also gave a speech, celebrating her accomplishments. Kardashian's family was present, including her son Psalm, who was pictured enjoying ice cream in a suit.

Kim began her legal apprenticeship in 2018 without holding a college degree. She passed the challenging First-Year Law Students Examination—known as the 'baby bar'—in 2021 after three attempts. She described the experience as difficult but rewarding, writing on social media, 'it feels so so sooooo good to be here and on my way to achieving my goals.'

Her legal journey was shaped in part by a traumatic event: the 2016 armed robbery in Paris where masked men stole millions in jewelry from her hotel suite. Recently, Kim testified in court about the ordeal, which she said altered her life. The suspects face life sentences, and Kim expressed hope that the trial would provide closure.
This graduation brings Kim Kardashian closer to following in the footsteps of her late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., who was a prominent attorney.

Chris Hughes JoJo Siwa get intimate: Full saga explained with Kath Ebbs and Celebrity Big Brother fallout
JoJo Siwa's stint on Celebrity Big Brother 2025 proved dramatic not only for reality television but for her personal life, ending with a public breakup, a surge of speculation about a new romance, and renewed discussion about her sexual identity. The American performer and former Dance Moms star, 22, became unexpectedly close to British reality TV personality Chris Hughes, 32, during their time on the show. This relationship coincided with Siwa's split from her then-partner, Australian DJ and podcaster Kath Ebbs, 27. Hughes, best known for appearing in the third season of Love Island UK, had previously dated singer Jesy Nelson and participated in several reality formats. His connection with Siwa gained public attention after he defended her against homophobic remarks made by fellow housemate Mickey Rourke, who was later removed from the show following a verbal altercation. From that point on, Siwa and Hughes were seen frequently together in intimate, though non-explicit, moments. Siwa crawled into Hughes's bed, they spooned during nightly chats, and exchanged forehead kisses — all while cameras rolled. 'Why didn't you dream about me then?' Siwa quipped at one point, after Hughes confessed he missed her while sleeping. On screen, Siwa also made a significant personal revelation about her identity. Speaking to fellow housemate Danny Beard, she said, 'I've always told myself I'm a lesbian... I've realised: Oh, I'm not a lesbian, I'm queer.' Siwa added, 'F--- the L, I'm going to the Q.' Shortly after the show ended, Ebbs posted a lengthy Instagram Reel revealing that Siwa ended their relationship during the wrap party. 'I was in a complete state of shock,' Ebbs said, noting the relationship had been serious enough that Siwa had spoken about marriage. Ebbs said they felt 'betrayed' and described watching Siwa's interactions with Hughes on television as 'unsettling.' Responding on This Morning, Siwa and Hughes said their bond was intense but platonic. 'You can have a soulmate friendship,' Hughes said. Siwa confirmed the breakup but explained that it occurred after an unplanned conversation during the wrap party. 'I wasn't happy,' she admitted. Though neither party has officially confirmed a romantic relationship, speculation has intensified. On 1 June, Hughes shared Instagram photos of a 'spa and Dr Mario night' with Siwa's father, Tom Siwa. Meanwhile, Siwa's mother, Jessalynn, uploaded footage showing her daughter cuddling and kissing Hughes on the head during a family game night. Both Hughes and Siwa posted 'photo dumps' to social media showing them looking increasingly comfortable together, further fuelling dating rumours. JoJo Siwa's boyfriend, Chris Hughes, shared a new photo of them in bed. This comes after JoJo Siwa recently revealed that she no longer identifies as a lesbian 👀 — FearBuck (@FearedBuck) June 1, 2025 Siwa also marked the beginning of Pride Month with a heartfelt Instagram message. 'What I have learned over the last 22 years is that pride is all about love, acceptance, and celebration,' she wrote. While the exact nature of Siwa and Hughes's relationship remains unclear, their evolving bond — broadcast to millions — has prompted open discussions around friendship, identity, and the often-complicated overlap between public and private life in the reality television age.

Cardi B confirms romance with Stefon Diggs on Instagram amid divorce from Offset
Cardi B has officially confirmed her relationship with NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs via Instagram, sharing an intimate carousel of their Memorial Day celebration on a yacht in Miami. The couple, who have been linked since February after being seen together in New York and spending Valentine's Day side by side, appeared affectionate in a photo lounging on the yacht's deck. The post also included images of romantic gifts, such as bouquets of red roses and large teddy bears, suggesting a deepening connection between the Grammy-winning artist and the New England Patriots player. Cardi captioned the post 'Chapter 5 ……Hello Chapter six,' hinting at a new phase in her life as she navigates a public and contentious divorce from rapper Offset. Despite earlier reports last week claiming Cardi was upset with Diggs for allegedly flirting with bikini-clad women during the same yacht gathering, their latest Instagram update suggests the pair are on solid ground. This relationship milestone marks their first official confirmation following several months of speculation, including a courtside appearance together at Madison Square Garden during the NBA playoffs.

India arrests 81 for 'sympathising' with Pakistan
Listen to article Indian police have arrested scores of people for "sympathising" with Pakistan, a month after the worst conflict between the arch-rivals for decades, a top government official said Sunday. The arrests took place in the northeastern state of Assam, where Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said "81 anti-nationals are now behind bars for sympathising with Pak". Sarma, from Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Hindu nationalist ruling party, said in a statement "our systems are constantly tracking anti-national posts on social media and taking actions". One of the persons was arrested after he posted a Pakistani flag on his Instagram, Assam police told AFP. No further details about other arrests were given. There has been a wider clampdown on social media since an April 22 attack on tourists in IIOJK. Indian media have reported that Assam's government has allegedly rounded up dozens of alleged Bangladeshis in the past month and taken them to the frontier to cross. The Times of India newspaper on Saturday reported that Assam was "dumping them in no-man's land", suggesting that at least 49 had been pushed back between May 27-29 alone. The Assam government has not commented on the reports. Bangladesh, largely encircled by land by India, has seen relations with New Delhi turn icy, after the Dhaka government was toppled in an uprising last year. Bangladesh has also moved closer to China, as well as to Pakistan.
