LEGO Shows Qatar 2025 comes alive at QNCC

The second edition of LEGO Shows Qatar 2025 has officially opened its doors at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), welcoming families and LEGO enthusiasts to experience a world of creativity, play and imagination.
Running from June 7 to 22, the event is proudly presented by Visit Qatar as part of the official Qatar Calendar, produced by ATW Events, and organised by Events & Entertainment Enterprises (E3), with Ooredoo as the official Telecom Sponsor.
Building on the success of its first edition, this year's LEGO Shows offers an even more immersive experience across Halls 8 and 9 at QNCC. With a wide range of themed zones, interactive activities, and live entertainment, families are already enjoying an unforgettable Eid Al Adha celebration.

Explore vibrant zones featuring LEGO City, Friends, DUPLO, and NINJAGO, packed with building stations and stunning brick-built displays.

A dynamic schedule of live performances will entertain guests daily, with 3 shows from Sunday to Wednesday and four shows from Thursday to Saturday.

Timings
Open daily from 1pm to 11pm, the event offers families ample time to immerse themselves in the full LEGO experience. Admission options include a General Day Pass at QR125 per person (for ages 2 and above), a Family Day Pass at QR500 admitting five individuals, and a VIP Pass at QR350 per person, which includes exclusive lounge access and additional benefits. Infants under the age of two enjoy free entry.

Qatari heritage shines with film ‘The Maker: A Journey of Bisht'
Tribune News Network Doha As Qatar's film industry continues to expand and gain international recognition as 'The Maker: A Journey of Bisht' emerges as a cinematic celebration of the nation's cultural heritage, produced entirely in Qatar. The film follows a young American traveller guided by two Qatari artisans through the meticulous art of Bisht-making, uncovering a profound connection between tradition, craftsmanship, and identity. The production is powered by an exceptional network of collaborators, including Bisht Aljazeera, providing authentic craftsmanship; Media city, Visit Qatar, offering logistical support; the Doha Casting Project for talent selection; and the Qatar Film Community (QtrFilm) for marketing strategy. It has also been awarded a prestigious grant from the Doha Film Institute, affirming its cultural and artistic value, under the direction of Qatari filmmaker Abdulrahman Al Mana, who was part of the organising teams for the FIFA World Cup 2022 and the AFC Asian Cup 2024. His accolades include the Award of Best Three Directors with Honours Mention at the Greece Athena Film Festival, and Best Asian Director from the Swedish International Film Festival. A graduate with a Bachelor's degree with honours in Film and TV Production from Keele University in the United Kingdom, Al Mana combines international expertise with a deep passion for representing Qatari culture on screen.
