The pair chose not to rekindle their past romance - with Emma instead exploring another connections.
She joined other dumped Islanders at this year's final, where Maya Jama asked her about Harry.
Emma responded: "I think his relationship with Shakira is very different from the one we've seen with Helena and with myself.
"It's normal though, she's her own woman. We're different people . Why would it be the same, it'd be weird if it was the same."
Addressing whether Harry turned a new leaf, she added: "Fingers crossed, but I won't hold my breath."
Writing online, viewers soon shared their reactions to the former Islander's observations.
One wrote on X: "Emma is so bitter that Harry didn't want to get back with her.
"What even is the point of asking her anything, we all know it's just going to be her slagging off Harry."
Another added: "Emma comes off as such a bitter Betty. She never has anything positive to say."
A third chimed in: "Emma just needs to learn to give her opinion without sounding like a bitter jealous ex."

It comes as Emma recently opened up about a surprising text she received from Harry - before he entered the villa as an OG.
She denied knowing he was going on the matchmaking series.
Emma explained: "No, he [Harry] sent me the weirdest text right before he went into holding.
