Inter Milan & Germany Star Hits Out At Transfer Rumours: ‘Let Them Say What They Want'
Inter Milan defender Yann Bisseck is not giving too much heed to transfer rumours about his future this summer. The 24-year-old took to his Instagram story to address the rumours, via FCInterNews. He declared, 'let them say what they want.' Inter Milan defender Yann Bisseck has been at the heart of some transfer speculation this summer. Most notably, there is reportedly interest in the German international coming from the Premier League. Crystal Palace, for example, made an offer for Bisseck. They put a bid of around €32 million. Inter, however, held out for more. The Nerazzurri reportedly gave Palace a counteroffer of €40 million. (Photo by) However, there is also the will of the player concerned. Bisseck has now been at Inter for two years. He joined from Danish club Aarhus in the summer of 2023. And the German has certainly done well to establish a place for himself in the Nerazzurri squad – and even in the starting eleven. Therefore, it is not exactly as though Bisseck is in any imminent rush to leave Inter. The 24-year-old therefore took to his Instagram story to give his verdict on the transfer rumours. Captioning a photo from Inter's preseason training, Bisseck posted 'let them think what they want.'

Background Revealed On Atalanta Transfer Promise To Inter Milan Target Ademola Lookman
Atalanta did make a transfer promise to Ademola Lookman, but were not expecting such public demands from the Nigerian. This according to La Repubblica, via FCInterNews. They report that the reports of an agreement are true, but that La Dea view it as valid only for clubs outside Serie A. At the heart of the burgeoning transfer soap opera between Inter Milan, Atalanta, and Ademola Lookman, is a supposed promise that La Dea made to Lookman. Last summer, Paris Saint-Germain had made an offer for Lookman. And the player was keen to join the Parisians. However, Atalanta insisted on keeping Lookman. And in order to convince him to accept staying, they made him a promise that he could leave after another season. Background On Atalanta Transfer Promise To Ademola Lookman BERGAMO, ITALY – MAY 12: Ademola Lookman of Atalanta warms up prior to the Serie A match between Atalanta and AS Roma at Gewiss Stadium on May 12, 2025 in Bergamo, Italy. (Photo by) This summer, Lookman decided on Inter as his next club. Therefore, he informed the Nerazzurri of his informal promise from Atalanta. The 27-year-old former Leicester City forward told Inter through his representatives that an offer of €40 million was what Atalanta promised to sell him for. Therefore, that is what Inter offered for Lookman. Then after Atalanta rejected that initial bid, the Nerazzurri raised their offer to €45 million including add-ons. But once again, Atalanta turned the offer down. This has caused some confusion for Inter. And especially for Lookman, who openly declared that Atalanta had 'broken their promise' to him by not facilitating his sale to Inter. La Repubblica confirm that there was a promise. And that it was for a sale of around €40 million. However, Atalanta had made the promise with the condition that it would be valid for clubs outside Serie A, the newspaper add. Then, the Bergamo club still expect to be able to sell Lookman on their own terms. They don't want their hand forced, and want to dictate the timing of the move.

Saul Abdulhamid completes Lens switch
Saul Abdulhamid (26) has completed a season-long loan move to RC Lens, the Ligue 1 club have confirmed. Saudi Arabia international Abdulhamid had looked on course to join Toulouse FC this summer. His club, AS Roma, have been looking to bring in players before sanctioning Abulhamid's departure. With Wesley joining the Serie A giants, Abdulhamid's move looked set to be completed. However, Lens, who have a long-standing interest in the defender, came in and hijacked the move. The Saudi Arabia international had become more of a target for Les Sang et Or since it was decided that a move to bring back Przemyslaw Frankowski from Galatasaray would be too expensive to pull off. He instead joins Stade Rennais over the weekend. Abdulhamid has joined on a season-long loan with a buy option, which is not obligatory. He is the second piece of business between the two clubs after Neil El-Aynaoui joined the Italian outfit earlier in the window. GFFN | Luke Entwistle
