Sama's rise, from underground raves to global tours, has cemented her as a true techno icon. Her sets, known for their precision and passion, reflect the very essence of the genre. At 'Teres—a venue built on intimacy and raw energy—she'll be offering a direct connection between artist and audience that's unmatched in larger settings.
With Techno Bahrain's last sold-out PeaKnights with Marco Bailey still fresh in memory, the anticipation for this show is at an all-time high. SADA Brings Palestinian Artists to London's Barbican on June 6th

From Sama' Abdulhadi to DAM, five trailblazing artists unite for a bold celebration of Palestinian sound and identity. May 11, 2025 On June 6th, five Palestinian artists will gather at London's Barbican Centre for SADA for a night shaped by music, memory, and movement. Each artist offers a distinct voice, together creating a sonic archive that reflects the diversity and resilience of the Palestinian experience. Sama' Abdulhadi, among the world's leading techno DJs, will headline with her signature high-energy sets, shaped by years in Ramallah's underground and on global festival stages. Hip-hop group DAM, pioneers of the Palestinian rap scene since the early 2000s, will bring sharp lyricism and genre-blending beats steeped in political resistance. Rola Azar draws on folk traditions, reworking them with contemporary layers for a sound that feels both personal and expansive. Dana Salah, known for her genre-melding Falahi Pop, fuses Jordanian-Palestinian roots with reggaeton, Arabic percussion, and deep basslines. Opening the night is DJ Ya Z, whose selections channel diasporic nightlife and street-level energy.

Sandbox Festival x Moe's Records Launch Dubai-El Gouna Party Flight

Sandbox Festival x Moe's Records Launch Dubai-El Gouna Party Flight Taking off on May 7th, the flight is a one-way charter exclusive for festival goers from UAE. There is one thing really daunting about travelling to a music festival: the airport. Why can't we just teleport to the party? If you were thinking about going to Egypt's Sandbox Festival this year on May 8th and the 9th, this might just be the closest you'll get to that fantasy! Sandbox Festival has teamed up with UAE-bred dance label Moe's Records to launch MENA's first-of-its-kind AIRBOX, a direct party flight from Dubai to El Gouna, Red Sea, right where the festival is. Yes, you read that right. PARTY PLANE. Brought in partnership with Escape Code, a luxury travel concierge, the exclusive flight is a one-way charter to pure, unadulterated festival frenzy, reserved for the festival-goers travelling from UAE. We're talking live DJ sets onboard powered by Moe's on The 5th happy cocktails from takeoff to touchdown. The flight is scheduled to depart at 9 PM on May 7th from Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai, landing at Hurghada International Airport in Egypt, followed by a quick transfer to El Gouna. (They really took that 'pre-party' concept to a whole new level). 'We've been dreaming about doing a party charter flight from somewhere for a few years now and making a real experience out of it that adds a whole new dimension to one's trip to the festival, starting the party early and at 30,000 feet!' Tito El Kachab, Founder of Sandbox by Nacelle, tells SceneNoise Organised by events giant Nacelle, this year's Sandbox Festival is bringing a mammoth lineup of international, regional and local electronic heavyweights to perform across five stages. Featured on the bill are the likes of Megatronic, Nesta, me, Sama' Abdulhadi and Anotr, along with Zuli, KID SIMIUS, Zeina, Ben UFO, DJ Holographic, and Echonomist. The lineup also includes Jimi Jules, Julya Karma and Madmotormiquel, and Whomadewho, among many others. Limited seats for Sandbox Festival x Moe's Records Airbox are available on the official Sandbox Festival website.
