2 bodies recovered from separate dams
According to SI Ramesh Singh, police received information about a body spotted floating in the water around 4 pm. Acting on this information, a police team reached the spot and recovered the body with the help of divers. A two-wheeler key, a switched-off mobile phone, and an Aadhaar card were found on the deceased. The Aadhaar card bore the name Sajid Ansari, 32, a resident of Bank Nagar Colony, Ashoka Garden. However, when police visited the address, they found that no such person resided there.
The body was sent for post-mortem, and efforts are underway to trace the family of the deceased.
In another incident, the body of a man who drowned in Kaliasot Dam while partying with relatives was recovered on Monday evening, more than 24 hours after he went missing.
Chunabhatti SHO Dharmendra Mourya said the deceased, Bhagwan Singh, 35, a native of Vidisha, came to his in-laws' house near Shaitan Singh Square, Shahpura, for Raksha Bandhan along with his wife. On Sunday afternoon around 2:15 pm, Bhagwan went to Kaliasot Dam with his brother-in-law and friends to celebrate. During the party, Bhagwan and a few others entered the water for a swim. While others returned to shore, Bhagwan swam farther into the deep water and drowned.

Woman disguised as man robs sister's Mumbai home of Rs 1.5 crore, arrested in hours
Mumbai Police arrested a woman within 12 hours of her allegedly committing a Rs 1.5 crore robbery at her married sister's home in Mumbai's Vasai. The accused, identified as 27-year-old Jyoti Bhanushali, allegedly disguised herself as a man to fool the family members and carry out the incident took place around 12:30 pm on Monday in the Kishore Kunj building at Shastri Nagar in Vasai West. At the time, 65-year-old Odhavji Bhanushali was alone at home. When shown the footage, family members recognised the person as Jyoti Bhanushali, sister-in-law of one of the family traced Jyoti to Navsari in Gujarat, and arrested her with the stolen jewellery. Investigations revealed she had lost Rs 30 lakh in the stock market and had mortgaged her own jewellery to a allegedly planned to replace her pledged ornaments with the stolen ones before an upcoming marriage proposal. Her plan failed as police quickly identified her through the CCTV footage and family input. She was brought back to Vasai, where she confessed to the have registered a case against her under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Students watch porn on screen in Rajgarh school, probe ordered
Bhopal: Students at PM Shri School in Suthalia, Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh, allegedly played a pornographic clip on a classroom LED screen during school hours, and a video of the act went viral. The principal of the school told TOI that the video dates to the last academic session when he was not posted there. The viral footage shows around 13 students sitting on chairs watching the clip, while some recorded it on their mobile phones. No teacher or school staff member was present in the room at the time. District education officer (DEO) Karan Singh Bhilala ordered an inquiry by the Biaora block education officer and appointed a three-member fact-finding team. The panel, comprising the principals of Jirapur Utkrishta Vidyalaya and Telan PM Shri Vidyalaya, along with the Narsinghgarh block education officer, has been directed to submit its report within three days. Bhillala assured that the LED screens in classrooms are meant for educational purposes, and any misuse will be dealt with strictly. Burglars flee with two hundis from temple in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: Unidentified burglars broke into a temple in Gopanapally Thanda in Chandanagar and decamped with two donation boxes (hundis) on Tuesday night. Police said that the case was registered based on a complaint lodged by the temple priest. The two hundis had an estimated Rs 80,000 in cash. On Tuesday night, the temple management locked the premises after performing prayers. The burglary came to light after the priest arrived at the temple on Wednesday morning.
