ADIL Ray was feeling flustered on Friday morning's episode of Good Morning Britain after his co-star, Melvin Odoom, revealed something he said off air.
Adil, 51, Melvin, 45, and entertainment lead Kate Garraway, 58, were discussing the upcoming movie Freakier Friday set to be released next week.

Adil had some explaining to do on Friday's show
The film features a stellar cast, including many big names such as American actress and film producer, Jamie Lee Curtis, and actress Lindsay Lohan.
Melvin couldn't help but jest when Lindsay's name entered the conversation on GMB.
'Adil, you know Lindsay, right? Are you best mates?,' Melvin said.
'When I say things off air, you're not supposed to repeat them,' quipped Adil. 'I had dinner with Lindsay, me and Lindsay had dinner together. She's lovely.'

Kate erupted with questions, in shock over the revelation.
'WHAT?! Stop, how did this happen, where were you?', Kate said, joining the conversation.
'Did you slide in the DM's?,' Melvin added.
Adil clarified: 'It wasn't a date before, you know, it wasn't a date."
The disbelief flowed two-fold for Adil's co-stars. Not only is Lindsay incredibly well-known, but she's also 12 years Adil's junior.
'We had mutual friends and we all went out for dinner,' Adil explained. 'She came along, we sat next to each other and we had a lovely evening. She's absolutely adorable, she's a fantastic human.'

Adil continued to praise the actress: 'Really smart, really intelligent and really well lived. Just great, great to hang out with. Me and Lindz.'
Melvin then changed the topic back to the highly anticipated release of Freakier Friday, though the presenters had far from let the Lindsay news go.
'Will you be watching that, Freakier Friday,' Melvin said to his co-stars.
'I loved the original so yeah, I'll definitely be watching it,' Kate responded. 'And I'll be thinking of the dinner and what might have been.'
Adil ended the segment by saying, 'Lindsay, if you're watching, do get in touch.'
Freakier Friday comes out on August 8.

I quit my life in Scotland to become a US wrestling star

Luke Scouler, from Motherwell, left his job as a residential carer for young people to pursue his dream of being a pro wrestler. In just a few years, Luke, now known to fans as Crixus, has transitioned from sleeping in a gym car park to becoming a breakout star at Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), an American wrestling brand which propelled the careers of John Cena and Dave Batista. The Scottish War Machine, who featured in the hit Netflix documentary Wrestlers, was also crowned OVW's first-ever Scottish champion. He recalled his decision to leave his job and home almost instantly after watching wrestling on TV. Luke said: 'I really loved that job. "But it was tough emotionally. "I've always had a bit of a Batman complex – I thought I was going to save everybody. 'I was in a bad place with it. "I knew it wasn't for me, and I was burned out. "I remember sitting in my house in Newmains watching TV with my dog, Odin, when wrestling came on and I just thought: 'Screw it, let's go.' "Scots have made it big in this business – why couldn't I?" Luke drove to London that same night and enrolled in a wrestling academy run by former WWE star and current OVW head trainer Al Snow. He said: "I drove through the night with no plan and no place to stay. "Me and the dog slept in the car for a bit. "Eventually the guy who ran it asked if I was serious. "I told him I'd already quit my job and left my house. "That was it. "We moved into the gym and didn't go back." Luke joined OVW in 2019 after coming first in a 300-person wrestling combine. However, his career was halted due to Covid, forcing him to stay in the UK for two years. Now based in Kentucky, he is one of the biggest stars at the promotion, and believes his Scottish roots are what set him up for success. Luke said: "We've got thicker skin, especially in Glasgow. "You're battle-ready by the time you leave primary school, so wrestling comes naturally to us. "I'm a smartass cheeky b******, and the accent helps too. "Over here in the States, people already think we're mental which helps. "I just turned my personality up to 11. "I wasn't pretending to be someone else – just the version of me you probably wouldn't want to sit next to in a pub. "I get to act like an a**** and they still love me. "They boo you, but they're cheering underneath." Al Snow, his mentor, believes Luke could be the next big Scottish wrestling star. "With Crixus, we may have another superstar on our hands. "His dedication has been incredible. "To make it in this business, you have to sacrifice and do things out of the ordinary. "And that's why I think he's got what it takes."

Louie Spence recalls ‘suffocating' during swimming task on Celebrity SAS

The Channel 4 military-style reality show returned on Sunday and saw 14 new celebrity recruits tasked with plunging 26 feet into the sea before swimming to a passing speed boat. Speaking on ITV's Good Morning Britain (GMB), Spence, 56, said: 'It was no good and I thought I'd be good at the swimming task. A post shared by SAS: Who Dares Wins (@sas_whodareswins) 'I swim every day, I enjoy swimming, but, you know what it was, you have to put a life jacket on.' 'He (directing staff, Rudy Reyes) went out like a fish in water, with no life jacket. So when you jump in, it gives you a bit of drag. 'And I said to them I want a tight jacket, because I thought I won't get as much drag. Well, I was like suffocating. It was too tight. That's why I didn't make it to the boat.' Spence, along with S Club singer Hannah Spearritt, withdrew from the show during the first episode. Spence said: 'The reason I did it (the show) as well, was that I came off my antidepressants six months before I got asked to do the show. 'So I was feeling really strong in mind and physically I thought I was okay. I upped my physicality, so I thought it'd be a challenge to see, not being on like medication, how I deal with this kind of situation, and, in fact, the mental side of it, I felt fine with. 'I wasn't frightened about jumping in the water, all of those kind of things. It was the physical (side). 'I just felt as though I didn't have the physical capacity. And I was surrounded by these people who were so enthusiastic, and it was a big team that you had to play with. 'It's all part of being a team. And I didn't feel as though I was going to contribute to being part of that team.' This year's celebrity recruits also include ex-drug mule Michaella McCollum, former footballer Adebayo Akinfenwa, Strictly Come Dancing 2025 runner-up Tasha Ghouri, Traitors winner Harry Clark, rapper Lady Leshurr, boxer Conor Benn, singer Lucy Spraggan, and ex-Love Island contestants Chloe Burrows and Adam Collard. Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins next airs on Channel 4 on Monday at 9pm.
