First flood warning issued as Godavari water level rises at Telangana's Bhadrachalam

All the upstream projects on the Godavari, including the Sriram Sagar Project (SRSP), Kaddam Narayan Reddy and Sripada Yellampally, continued to receive heavy inflows from the catchment areas of the Godavari and its tributaries in Maharashtra.
