Her husband Elgar Miles said the Brazilian - who had 800,000 followers on Instagram - suffered a fatal heart attack after the op.
Ana, from Belo Horizonte, had travelled to Turkey with her husband to undergo the extensive liposuction, breast augmentation and rhinoplasty surgeries on May 31.
Less than 24 hours after the couple had a night out on the town with the doctor.
The surgery was set to take place on Wednesday, June 18, but it was instead performed on Sunday, June 15, at the doctor's request, according to reports.
But there were complications and Ana Barbara passed away on June 16.
Elgar said: "The doctor assured me that there were no problems and that everything would be fine."
According to Ana Barbara's husband, the night before the couple went out partying.
And they were accompanied by the doctor who was to perform the procedure.
The couple asked the surgeon if it was safe to have the surgery hours after they all spent the night out.
But he reportedly assured them that there would be no problems.
Elgar also said that at around 11 pm on Sunday the surgery had beenad already been completed and the medical team said that Ana was unconscious but would soon be awake.
But he noticed that his wife no longer showed signs of life.
Elgar said: "They told me to go to the room, the assistants were acting strangely.
"I waited for one hour and 15 minutes to see her.
"I went down to the ground floor and a doctor said that her heart was beating slowly, while another said that she was already dead."

According to Elgar, the Turkish police were called to the hospital and doctors from the clinic were temporarily detained, however, they were released after providing clarification.
Ana's family members have accused the doctors of medical negligence.
Her brother, Bruno Buhr Buldrini, said: "The doctors rushed the process. What they did was cowardice."
Elgar added: "We will transfer her body to Mozambique and seek justice, so that they pay for what they did."
Ana Barbara's body is set to be cremated in Maputo on June 21.
Warning over cheap Turkey ops
CUT-PRICE 'too good to be true' cosmetic ops in Turkey are dangerous and need regulating, warned the UK's Health Secretary.
Wes Streeting urged people to research the risks and think twice before flying abroad to get work done.
He wants to work with governments of other countries to improve safety.
Turkey is top destination for popular surgeries including boob jobs, tummy tucks, butt and facelifts, as it is cheaper. Seven in ten foreign cosmetic ops on Brit patients are done there.
But horror stories are common and several UK women have died in recent years from complications.
There are particular concerns about the safety of Brazilian butt lifts — known as the most dangerous procedure but growing in popularity.
Research from the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons found half of those who go abroad for cosmetic ops come to regret it.
Mr Streeting said: 'We need to take very seriously medical negligence and malpractice overseas. If the offer looks too good to be true, I suspect it's too good to be true.
'Think very carefully before flying overseas and paying a rock-bottom price, because you may end up paying the consequences for years. The injuries can be life-changing.'

EXCLUSIVE I've had so much lip filler I have trouble breathing and can't close my mouth... but I have no plans to stop

A transgender woman who has gotten so much lip filler she now has breathing problems and can't close her mouth has insisted that she's far from done. Ever since Vienna Würstel, 25, who lives in Mallorca, Spain, was young, she has been 'obsessed' with looking 'extra feminine.' She got her very first filler at age 18 - as 'soon as she could legally' - and hasn't stopped since. She's now forked over roughly $175,000 on plastic surgery in the last five years - about $50,000 of which went on filler - and she has no plans on stopping any time soon. 'I've always wanted to look extra feminine,' she explained during a recent chat with the Daily Mail. 'I got my very first fillers at 18 - as soon as I legally could, I was ready to get plumped. 'Once I started enhancing, it became a total obsession. Big lips, big curves, big everything - it just feels right. To me, huge lips are the ultimate feminine, sexy look. She explained that she gets new lip filler added every two to four weeks, and even flies from her home in Spain to Frankfurt, Germany, to see 'the best extreme lip surgeon ever.' 'Each trip costs me over $2,000, but hey - beauty has no price tag,' she said. 'It's totally worth it.' Vienna often shows off her enormous lips on social media, where she's unfortunately received a slew of hate over her abnormal look. But she isn't deferred by the negative comments. 'I get tons of hate, especially about my lips or how I look. But honestly, it's always the same type of people - women whose boyfriends won't "let" them get work done, or people who just can't afford it. It's all jealousy and projection,' she shared. 'No happy person goes around leaving hate comments.' But she said her friends, family, and partner are nothing but supportive, adding, 'I feel very loved.' In addition to the hate, the social media star admitted that she's faced some health problems along the way. She confessed that her lips are extremely 'sensitive' and her nose is now 'blocked,' forcing her to breathe from her mouth. She also can no longer close her mouth, which has resulted in its own slew of problems. 'I get a sore throat in the mornings because my mouth is always open now, thanks to my lips,' she shared. 'I use special mouthwash from my dentist to keep my gums healthy. But honestly, [it's all] worth it. I love my lips so much.' Even so, she plans to continue getting lip filler - she's currently at 93cc but is 'aiming for 200cc by this time next year.' In addition, she revealed that she is planning to go under the knife to get her first nose job and a cat-eye lift soon. 'I'm obsessed. I believe in the motto: bigger is always better,' she concluded.

M3GAN 2.0, review: A riotous return for the viral psychotic doll

When the decision was made to produce a follow-up to M3GAN – the popular 2023 horror about an artificially intelligent doll that turns evil – writer-director Gerard Johnson faced what might be called the 'Jurassic Park problem'. In a sequel to a film in which a fun invention ends up causing the violent deaths of multiple innocent parties, how do you get one of the survivors to say with a straight face: 'Right then, guys, who's up for building another one?' This uproarious (if not especially scary) sequel has the measure of the task at hand's silliness, and leans into it with infectious glee. However you thought a M3GAN sequel might begin, it probably wasn't with a helicopter shot of a desert compound and the caption: 'Somewhere near the Turkey-Iran border' – yet here we are, in a highly topical war zone, where an even nimbler and more murderous M3GAN successor, known as Amelia (Ivanna Sakhno), is in the process of becoming a headache for the US secret services. The only way to bring this new rogue AI under control, it transpires, is to boot up the old one in all her prim, pussy-bowed glory – and hope that this time she decides to take humanity's side. No one could argue that the original M3GAN carried itself like The Texas Chain Saw Massacre: highlights included its title character singing Sia's Titanium and sashaying through a dance that subsequently went viral on TikTok. But this second chapter is so driven by antics – and wisely so – that it barely qualifies as horror at all. Tonally, the genre it most recalls, in fact, is a very specific one: films from the Eighties and Nineties, which you'd swear had originally been aimed at children but discover on rewatching that they're completely unsuitable for anyone below their mid-teens; think Gremlins, Kindergarten Cop, and so on. There is relatively little here in the way of honest fright. Rather, as M3GAN's human creator Gemma (Allison Williams) becomes increasingly embroiled in her comeback, there are glamorous parties to infiltrate, concept cars to hijack – AI self-drivers, naturally – and heists to pull off, with the aid of chloroformed handkerchiefs. M3GAN herself, played again by 14-year-old dancer Amie Donald and voiced by Jenna Davis, is less spooky possessed doll than sassy robo-mascot, with dialogue that couldn't have been cattier if it had come from a Whiskas tin. In her temporary exoskeletal form, she reminds you of Johnny Five in the Short Circuit films – there's a lovely, tactile judder to her movements as she trundles around her lair – while Amelia's quadrupedal scuttle has a stop-motion feel that adds to the film's comic bite. So too does Flight of the Conchords' Jemaine Clement, who pops up as a smug, sleazebag tech bro, and comedian Aristotle Athari, who delivers a subtly berkish variant. And while Johnson's screenplay makes great play of the topicality of the AI debate, it adds – by design, I think – absolutely nothing of value to the discussion at all. Will clips of M3GAN 2.0 appear in AI documentaries 50 years from now, as an example of what we poor saps worried was on the horizon? Almost inevitably. But for now, its loopy verve is reassuringly human. 15 cert, 120 min. In cinemas from Friday June 27

Lila Moss covers up in a casual T-shirt and baggy jeans look while out in Paris - a day after channeling her model mum Kate in a racy sheer top

Lila Moss covered up in a casual T-shirt and jeans look while leaving her hotel in Paris on Wednesday amid men's fashion week in the French capital. It comes a day after she channeled her model mum Kate in a racy sheer top as she went braless for the YSL show. The day after she rocked a simple white T-shirt and light blue baggy jeans and rocked some dark shades. The model, 22, accessorised her look with a sleek black bag and comfortable blue trainers. She wore her long blonde tresses in loose waves over her shoulders and opted to go makeup free. On Tuesday Lila took inspiration from her mother's infamous racy looks as she went braless beneath a sheer top while heading out. It comes a day after she channeled her model mum Kate in a racy sheer top as she went braless for the YSL show She was sure to turn heads as she flashed her assets beneath the see-through black number - which she teamed with a leg-flashing pink ruffled skirt - as she left her hotel for the YSL show. Lila's skirt featured a high hem at the front with a flowing train, while she boosted her height with a black of pointed black heels. Later, as she posed outside the Saint Laurent Menswear Spring/Summer 2026 show, Lila covered her modesty by draping her long, blonde locks over her front. She oozed confidence as she posed up a storm in the sunshine while showing off the risqué outfit. Lila's daring look echoes that of her supermodel mother, 51, who over the years has stunned in a number of braless ensembles. In 1996, Kate famously dared to bare in a sheer embellished number as she walked for Versace during Paris Fashion week. While three years earlier, she caught the eye by going braless beneath a shimmering silver slip dress while puffing on a cigarette at an The Elite Model Agency Party at London's Hilton hotel. Lila is the daughter of Kate and Dazed Media CEO Jefferson Hack, 52, who the supermodel was in a relationship with in the early 2000s. She has followed in Kate's model footsteps and nabbed her first modelling gig at the age of 15 with a Marc Jacobs Beauty campaign - just a year older than her mother was when she entered the business. Despite her mother being one of the famous models in the business, Lila revealed that Kate was keen to deter her from following in her footsteps. 'My mum always put me off [modelling],' Lila said. 'She was always like, 'If you want to do it, you can, but I wouldn't recommend it.' As well as her flourishing career, Lila's love life has been thriving as she has been dating Yoni Helbitz, 23, for roughly 18 months. In August 2023, MailOnline exclusively revealed that Lila's boyfriend was Yoni, with the pair seen out in London frequently together over those summer months. Last year a source confirmed the couple, who were first pictured together as friends in 2021, had been dating for around a year. Yoni's official job title is e-commerce coordinator/ fashion marketer for fashion brand Self Portrait. Before that, he worked as an e-commerce co-ordinator for James Lakeland Ltd and he also had a six months stint as an estate agent. The happy couple had kept their romance relatively under wraps, yet Instagram posts by Yoni reveal they have been enjoying each other's company for quite some time. The fashion marketer's page features several snaps of himself enjoying dinner dates and days out with Lila amid their blossoming romance. Though Yoni is happy to share images of his famous girlfriend on social media, Lila keeps her page relatively professional.
