‘Horrible experience': Mum-of-three ‘violated' in parasailing nightmare
Michelle Wilson, 52, says the man pressed himself against her and groped her during the thrill ride.
'I felt violated and dirty and was scared,' she said.
Michelle had planned a tandem parasail flight with a pal but was told it was too windy so they would have to go apart, but with an operator.
She said her pal went up first 'and had a great time, with no problems'.
She said she could see plenty of distance between her friend's body and the parasail operator.
But mum-of-three Michelle's experience in Sousse, Tunisia, with a young man strapped behind her was very different.
The woman, from Southport, Merseyside, said: 'I could feel the back of my bikini bottoms being pulled and he was pulling the strap. He must have been tightening the harness to get me closer.
'His legs straddled around me, he had one hand up on the parachute, the other wasn't. Then I felt him touch my leg.
'He was groping me and moving back and forth into me and talking to me in Arabic. I felt him pressing against me. I kept arching my back. I felt violated and dirty and was scared. He was only a young lad, maybe around 20.
'It was a horrible experience and I was really scared. I felt helpless hanging in the air.'
She burst into tears when she landed and complained to the water sports centre's manager, then to the local police.
Michelle paid £6,000 ($A12,300) for the easyJet package holiday in Sousse with her daughter, 17, her 16-year-old twin boys and her daughter's friend, also 17, but felt unable to enjoy the rest of her trip.
'As women you expect a bit of banter from men in these countries, but this wasn't banter, it was a sexual assault,' she said.
She believes her attacker has since been arrested, and her insurance firm and the Foreign Office are assisting in the case.
EasyJet said: 'The safety and wellbeing of our customers is a priority, and we are continuing to support Ms Wilson.
'We are also liaising closely with our hotel partner to look into the reports.'

Horror detail of ‘rapist' prince Marius Borg Hoiby's alleged attacks as he faces 10 years in prison
Horrific new details have emerged about prince Marius Borg Høiby's alleged attacks as he faces ten years behind bars. The 28-year-old son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit and stepson to heir to the throne Prince Haakon, will be given 'no leniency' the prosecutor said. After an almost year-long investigation, prosecutors are charging Høiby with 32 offences including rape, sexual assault and bodily harm, reports The Sun. The shocking claims include one count of rape involving intercourse, two without intercourse, four cases of sexual assault, and two of bodily harm. He is also accused of raping four women while they were sleeping – in at least three of the cases, he had consensual sex before the alleged rapes. And now, public prosecutor Sturla Henriksbo said Høiby is also charged with filming his victims' genitals without their knowledge. Separately, he is accused of physical and psychological abuse against his ex-partner Nora Haukland between 2022 and 2023, and acting violently towards another former girlfriend. Referring to his treatment of Haukland, Henriksbo said the disgraced prince 'repeatedly' hit her in the face with a clenched fist, choked, kicked and grabbed her 'hard'. The royal could face ten years in prison following a six-week trial in January, he told NRK. As he presented the indictment against Høiby on Monday, the state lawyer Sturla Henriksbø said: 'This case is very serious. Rape and violence in close relationships are very serious acts that can leave lasting traces and destroy lives.' Høiby's status as part of the royal family, he added, would 'not mean that he is treated more leniently or strictly than if similar acts were committed by others'. Høiby was repeatedly arrested last year as the case unfolded, with preliminary charges of rape, violence and criminal damage. Investigators say the evidence includes text messages, witness statements and findings from police searches. The alleged royal rapist is said to have co-operated with police during questioning, CBS reports. Høiby has no official public role and was born before his mother's 2001 marriage into the Norwegian royal family. He was raised alongside Princess Ingrid Alexandra, 21, and Prince Sverre Magnus, 19, but now lives separately in a house near the family estate. His lawyer, Petar Sekulic, previously said: 'He is absolutely taking the accusations very seriously, but doesn't acknowledge any wrongdoing in most of the cases — especially the cases regarding sexual abuse and violence.' The latest charges come after a string of disturbing claims made earlier this year — including an alleged fifth rape said to have happened after his release from custody over a violent bust-up with his girlfriend. He is also accused of raping unconscious TV star Linni Meister, 39, in 2018 at one of his wild 'Skaugum Festival' parties — allegedly held in the basement of the royal estate while Crown Prince Haakon reportedly slept upstairs. The scandal exploded after Høiby was first arrested on August 4 over an alleged assault that left then-girlfriend Rebecca Helberg Arntsen hospitalised. But her legal team has denied they were in a relationship. A week after his arrest, he released a statement via his lawyer, saying he suffers from 'several mental disorders' and has 'struggled with substance abuse for a long time'. It read: 'Last weekend something happened that should never have happened. I committed bodily harm and destroyed objects in an apartment in the intoxication of alcohol and cocaine after an argument. 'I have several mental disorders which mean that throughout my upbringing and adult life, I have had, and still have, challenges. 'I have struggled with substance abuse for a long time, something I have been in treatment for in the past. 'The drug use and my diagnoses do not excuse what happened in the apartment at Frogner on the night of Sunday last weekend. I want to be responsible for what I have done, and will explain myself truthfully to the police. 'For me, the most important thing is to say sorry to my girlfriend. She deserved neither what happened that night, nor the extreme pressure from both the Norwegian and foreign press afterwards.' Since then, he has reportedly spent time in rehab clinics in London and has been spotted in Copenhagen, almost unrecognisable with dyed hair, sunglasses and a hoodie. He was arrested again in September for allegedly breaching a restraining order — and again in November on fresh rape charges. Høiby was later banned from receiving visitors or letters while in custody, over fears he could tamper with evidence. One clip unearthed by police reportedly shows him making a slapping gesture while allegedly describing how he 'broke up' with an ex. The footage was said to have circulated among 50 people in his inner circle.

Private Christian school fires teacher after ‘child sex' allegations
An American teacher at a private Christian school has been was arrested after she allegedly had sex with a child. Katelin Campbell, 34, an English teacher at the CH Friend School in Virginia, was taken into custody on Thursday, according to the New York Post. Police claim that Campbell had consensual sexual contact with a minor who is at least 15 years old, the outlet reported. Allegations against the teacher emerged after someone raised the alarm with school officials, who then reported the claims to police. Campbell has since been fired from her teaching position with the school issuing a statement on the situation. 'Within one hour of receiving this information, two members of our Board of Directors went in person to the South Boston Police Department to report what had been disclosed to the school,' Dana Jones, the headmistress of CH Friend School, told Fox News. Jones emphasised that the school prioritised integrity and child safety over reputation. 'We chose integrity instead of it being swept under the rug. Scripture is very clear that if it was done in the dark it was going to be brought to light,' Jones told local media outlet WSET. 'We understand that taking it to the police department, it was going to come shine a light on us. 'We took what we were told to them and let them carry on with their investigation.' Jones would not say whether the victim was a student at the CH Friend School but officials later confirmed the alleged victim is male. Campbell is additionally charged with taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial relationship. She was booked at the Halifax County Adult Detention Center and was released on bond. Her arrest follows a spate of high-profile cases involving female teachers accused of behaving 'inappropriately' with students – including married special education teacher Christina Formella. The 30-year-old from Chicago is currently facing 55 charges in relation to the alleged sexual abuse of a 15-year-old student she met while teaching soccer. Prosecutors claim evidence shows the married woman, whose husband Michael is publicly standing by her, abused the student over a period of months and didn't stop until the boy's mother uncovered it. repeatedly denied being a 'predator'.

Central Coast mum accused of sexually assaulting teen granted bail
A mother has been accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy who was friends with her son after the teens spent a night drinking vodka and eating pizza at her home. The woman, 38, is alleged to have had sex with the 15-year-old boy at her Central Coast house in May after finding the child lying on her bed. Court documents tendered to the NSW Supreme Court allege the woman began touching the boy's face and chest before sliding her hand down to his genitalia. She then climbed on top of the boy and initiated sex with him before asking the child to 'do her 'doggy style' and the victim felt pressured into complying', the documents allege. The woman, who can't be identified, was granted bail last week after her lawyers argued there would be 'triable issues' to be heard in court. Those included her knowledge of the boy's age – whether she thought he was 15 or 16 – and arguments regarding consent. There was also dispute about where the boy was sleeping. The woman has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a person under 16 and one of intentionally sexually touching a child. A Crown prosecutor told the court last week it would not be argued that the woman had a sexual interest in children. 'It is conceded that there may be a triable issue with respect to consent and knowledge,' police documents state. 'Nonetheless, even if the issue of consent and knowledge were put to one side, the acts alleged still amount to criminal conduct. 'The applicant would have known the age of the complainant given his friendship with the applicant's son.' The court heard claims the boy was 'showing off or bragging about the alleged acts' before any complaint was made to police. Court documents state that when the boy's mother found out about the incident in June, she confronted the woman at her home and 'punched the accused in the face'. 'During this confrontation, the accused said she did not know where the victim slept and assumed it was on the couch,' the documents state. Details of the night in question, contained in the court documents, allege the woman's son and the complainant had spent the day with a group of friends. The group asked the woman to buy them alcohol but she 'told them she had enough at home already'. The woman told the alleged victim's mother over FaceTime 'it was fine for the victim to stay over, and that they would just be hanging out, and doing the ice bucket challenge'. 'The victim and the group of friends were given access to two one-litre bottles of vodka by the accused, who continued to drink wine,' the documents allege. 'The victim and group of friends all shared the one-litre bottles of vodka until there was none left, with the victim consuming 300 – 400mL himself.' The woman's son also used her phone to order pizzas from Dominos. Later on the group were 'jumping around' on the woman's bed and her son and the alleged victim lay down after the others went to bed. Her son left the room around 11pm with the alleged victim remaining, the documents state. 'A short time later the accused entered the room where the victim remained by himself,' the court documents allege. 'The victim was intoxicated at this point, however, knew where he was and saw the accused enter the room. 'Upon entering the room, the accused turned off the light and got into bed with the victim.' It is alleged the woman the alleged victim fell asleep on the bed together after the incident. Other members of the group later told police the boy did not sleep in the loungeroom or in the bedroom of the woman's son, according to the court documents. Justice Paul McGuire granted the woman bail, saying the case could not be assessed as 'overwhelmingly strong'. He said it would be the 'complainant's word against the applicant's word'. Justice McGuire ordered a $30,000 surety be lodged to ensure the woman appeared before her upcoming court dates.
