PRINCESS Diana's lookalike niece Lady Eliza Spencer is engaged to her partner Channing Millerd after nearly a decade of dating.
Eliza - daughter of Diana's brother Charles Spencer and former model Victoria Aitken - announced on Thursday her tech executive boyfriend popped the question in Santorini, Greece.

Eliza shared photos of the heartfelt moment in a series of photos, including a sunset dinner surrounded by flowers and candles.
Included in the carousel was a close-up of the sparkling pear-shaped diamond ring Channing had used to propose.
For the poignant moment, Eliza had been wearing a gorgeous silk red halter-neck dress and brown sandals.
Eliza, who works as a model, captioned the post 'forever and ever', and included a sweet photo gazing lovingly at her fiance.
Her friends and family have shared their congratulations in the comments, including Eliza's glamorous twin sister, Lady Amelia Spencer.
She wrote: 'The best news ever. I couldn't be happier for you both!
'The BEST NEWS IN THE WORLD. I love you both with all my heart! The perfect couple and dream engagement.'
Earlier this year, Eliza told Hello! Magazine how she and Channing were planning to get married and want to do a destination wedding.
She shared: 'We feel drawn to Italy, especially somewhere by the ocean — that feels so romantic to us. Spain has that same coastal charm we adore.
'At the same time, Amelia and Greg's wedding in Cape Town was unforgettable, and South Africa will always be home.'

Her twin sister wed fitness and nutrition guru Greg Mallett in a lavish 2023 ceremony held in Cape Town, South Africa, making Eliza the last of her sisters to walk down the aisle.
Eliza and Amelia's eldest sister, Lady Kitty, had an extravagant wedding to billionaire Michael Lewis in Italy.
Her 2021 Italian three-day wedding was attended by the likes of Pixie Lott, and saw Kitty wear five breathtaking Dolce & Gabbana gowns.
Their brother Louis Spencer, who is heir apparent to Earl Spencer, is not yet married.

Born Catherine Victoria Aitken, she was formerly Victoria Spencer, Viscountess Althorp, Countess Spencer, and now goes by Victoria Aitken.
After Victoria divorced Kitty's father Charles, the former countess married South African businessman Jonathan Aitken.
The couple had a son, Samuel, in 2003 but subsequently divorced in 2009.
Victoria has spoken about struggling with eating disorders in the past, as well as battling drug and alcohol addiction.
However, she did not deter her daughter from following in her footsteps as a model.
Kitty's father, Charles Spencer, is the younger brother of Princess Diana.
