Harlequins captain Jade Konkel says she is relishing the latest chapter in their cross-town rivalry with Saracens as the London sides meet in Saturday's PWR semi-final.The two teams contested the first three finals after the women's top flight was relaunched in 2017, but this is the first play-offs meeting since Saracens won their 2022 semi-final."It has been a great rivalry, ever since I joined the Premiership back in 2018," said Scotland number eight Konkel."It makes it that little bit more special because you know it is going to be two teams properly going after it."The two teams have shared the spoils from the regular season, both taking away wins from visits to opposition territory.Saracens' 33-10 success at the Stoop was part of a five-match winning streak that propelled them to a second-place finish and a home semi-final."I was watching that game because unfortunately I had picked up a knock, but we know Sarries are a physical side," added Konkel."We know they will look to bring that physicality to life at the weekend, so it is how we match that. That physicality element is going to be make or break."With the 16 March final also being played at the StoneX Stadium, Saracens have home advantage all the way to a potential title.Coach Alex Austerberry says that could be crucial for the three-time champions and rejected the theory that last season's semi-final defeat by Bristol on home turf could affect his side mentally.Saracens had led 14-0 against the Bears, but were overhauled as the underdog visitors fought back to win 29-21, becoming the first team to progress from an away PWR semi-final."If you get hung up on incidents and one experience that is quite dangerous," Austerberry said."The big thing is the learning that we took from that game, how we approached things, how we didn't deal with certain situations well."Am I am not worried about what happened last time? Absolutely not. We revisited when appropriate and now we are very much looking forward to the game against Quins."

The two-cap England wing latched onto Handre Pollard's cross-field kick in acrobatic fashion, with his eye-catching dive helping the Tigers to extend their first-half lead. Leicester were already leading 8-3, with Radwan having scored earlier in the half. But his second try certainly caught the eye, as he turned a mishit kick from Springbok fly-half Pollard into the perfect cross-kick. "It doesn't get any better than that, ladies and gentlemen," said TNT commentator Alastair Eykyn after Radwan latched onto the cross-field kick. "That is a sensation." Just three points separated these sides in the regular season, with Leicester finishing in second to earn this home semi-final despite Sale winning more games (12) than Leicester did (11). These sides met on this ground just a matter of weeks ago. Sale looked in control at half-time, leading 26-16 at the break, but a fightback from Leicester in the second half earned them a 44-34 win, proving pivotal in the race for a home semi-final. Leicester finished the regular season with a 42-20 home win over Newcastle last Saturday. It is going to be an emotional day for Leicester as a couple of club legends play their final home games at Welford Road. Dan Cole and Ben Youngs have announced their retirements at the end of this season. Sale are aiming to reach the final for the second time in three seasons and their director of rugby Alex Sanderson knows his side will have to deliver an 80-minute performance today to book their place in the final next weekend. 'I am expecting a big battle,' Sanderson said. 'They [Leicester] prioritise a lot of the things that we do around physicality and set-piece and we know it is going to be a really tough game in front of a partisan crowd. We have been talking about how we manage our mentality through the ups and downs of the game. 'At this stage of the season it is about being better at the basics and simplifying what we do. The gainline battle and the collisions on both side of the ball are going to be key, as well as the set-piece. When we played a few weeks back we got them in the first half but they beat us up in the second. A 60-minute performance this week will not do, it is going to have to be 80. We have earned the privilege of feeling the pressure at this stage of the season. We know there is nothing after this if we do not get the job done so we are ready.'
