She shot to fame in 2010 by appearing in ITV2's reality TV show The Only Way Is Essex.

She left the show in 2011 and took part in Celebrity Big Brother, finishing fourth.
She also took part in a fly-on-the-wall documentary, It's All About Amy on Channel 5.
Two years later she competed in Channel 4's daredevil show The Jump and was the second person to be eliminated.

Amy insisted she had achieved her body transformation with the help of a fitness coach, penning: "And no!!! this wasn't done by using jabs or pills."
Some of the fans who commented on Amy's 'morning routine' video also suggested she had used so-called 'skinny jabs' to lose weight.
The reality star ignored them and instead chose to reply to a follower who had asked: "How have you got to the size you are now? (this isn't a dig/negative comment) have you got a food plan or gym routine? X."
Amy replied with three kisses and tagged in the weight loss coach she says she has been using.

Aryna Sabalenka: TikTok dance was key to thawing relationship with Iga Swiatek
World number one Sabalenka and four-time champion Iga Swiatek will meet in a blockbuster French Open semi-final on Thursday. It will be the first time the duo, who have been jousting at the top of the rankings for the past three years, have played each other at a grand slam since the 2022 US Open. They barely used to speak until an impromptu bonding session at last year's WTA Finals in Riyadh. 'Before it wasn't any communication, any practices with her, but now we are getting better,' said 27-year-old Sabalenka. 'We get along better and we practice more often and we know each other quite well. 'I think everything started when I just came to her and asked to do a TikTok in Riyadh. We just did, like, a little dance together. 'Since that, we were like 'OK, maybe we can communicate, we can be good to each other, we can practice sometimes'. 'So I think that was the first step to a better relationship.' The blossoming friendship will be put on hold when Belarusian Sabalenka continues her bid for a first Roland Garros title against the player who has won her last 26 matches at the French Open. Sabalenka has reached the semi-finals in nine of the last 10 grand slams she has competed at after battling past Olympic champion Qinwen Zheng 7-6 (3) 6-3. It was a shame that the match between two top WTA stars began at 11am, meaning there were hundreds of empty seats around the vast Court Philippe-Chatrier. Semis: this way 👉👉#RolandGarros — Roland-Garros (@rolandgarros) June 3, 2025 The scheduling of women's matches has been a hot topic again this fortnight, and Sabalenka said: 'I agree it was a big match and probably would make more sense to put us a little bit later just so more people could watch it.' Swiatek's patchy form since winning the title last year has seen her slip to number five in the rankings, but the 24-year-old from Poland remains the player to beat in Paris after a 6-1 7-5 quarter-final victory over Ukrainian 13th seed Elina Svitolina. The second semi-final will be decided on Wednesday with Coco Gauff taking on fellow American Madison Keys and Russian sixth seed Mirra Andreeva facing the French Open surprise package, world number 361 Lois Boisson.

What you have achieved in the last twelve months is extraordinary. My whole EastEnders 'journey' started with you, and what a ride it's been. MailOnline has approached Danielle and Max for comment. 'Watching you work so closely everyday has been inspiring but hasn't quite topped being your friend. You've been there for all of us when we've needed a friend, and for that I can only thank you.' Speaking about her close relationship with Max to promote their episode of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, which aired on Valentine's Day, Danielle said: 'It's nice to do something fun. With EastEnders, our storylines are really heavy and really sad.' In response to Antiques Road Trip expert Ishy Khan, who said, 'You can tell there's love there', Danielle replied: 'Yeah, there is. He loves me really. He pretends like he don't, but he does.' Max added: 'We did some really dark and beautiful storylines together so we've spent a lot of time in each other's pockets, which is why we're so comfortable with each other.' Away from the drama of Albert Square, Max's love life has been well-documented. He was in a relationship with insurance executive Roisin Buckle for a year but the couple split in 2022 despite expecting their first baby together. Their son, Reginald Buckle, was born in September 2022, with the pair agreeing to co-parent. In the same year, Max also dated EastEnders actress Shona McGarty, who played Whitney Dean, but they went their separate ways after six months.

'It makes me a better mom' she told Elle, praising the workout for helping her de-stress and stay grounded throughout life's chaos. Typically seeing herself as a 'non-class' type of person, Jessica also engages in yoga because of the community aspect of being part of a class. Pilates In her twenties, Jessica says she had a different attitude to fitness, admitting that how heavy she could bench and how fit she looked were her main focus. But now, in her 40s, her focus is on mobility. With two young sons, Silas, 10 and Phineas, 4, Jessica finds that her body is tested daily so working on lengthening and strengthening helps ensure she feels good within. Making fitness work for her In addition to daily yoga, Jessica takes part in a variety of exercises and welcomes her family's involvement (says no woman ever!).'It's so much more fun to do it with someone else' she says. Lighter weights A red carpet regular, Jessica swears by lighter weights ahead of huge glam events. She explains that heavier training can cause muscle soreness and fluid retention from lactic acid buildup, which can impact how clothes fit.
