Police search for black Tesla that may have video of Pioneer Square mass shooting; victim remembered
'We know that these vehicles are equipped with video evidence and that they write over very quickly,' said Seattle Police Chief Shon Barnes. 'So it's important to get that information out now.'
The shooting left three people dead and one person fighting for their life Saturday. It happened just after 1 a.m. near South Washington Street and 2nd Avenue South. No arrests have been made.
Police have not officially identified the victims, but a group of relatives visiting the scene Monday identified their loved one, 19-year-old Keilani Harris, as one of those killed.
'I just want my baby here,' said her mother, Christina Rivas. 'Being here, seeing where she laid. I have no words to describe what I'm feeling inside.'
Harris's family will remember her uncontrollable laughter, her energy for life, and her never-ending support.
'I was able to tell her anything at any time,' her brother told KIRO 7.
'I will miss her really much,' added her little sister.
Her family has set up a GoFundMe to help cover funeral expenses.
Rivas is begging anyone with information to come forward. She said she has been frustrated with the lack of communication she's received about information coming out.
'I'm begging you to, please, anybody,' she said. 'No matter the smallest detail that you have that could lead to an arrest. Please.'

11-year-old boy critically injured in Detroit shooting, police say
Detroit police are investigating after an 11-year-old boy was critically injured when shots were fired into a Detroit home early Sunday. Police said the shooting happened around 2 a.m. at a house on the 16000 block of Bramell Street, near the area of West McNichols Road and Telegraph Road. "Unfortunately, an 11-year-old was shot numerous times," Commander Ryan Conner with the Detroit Police Department said. The boy was taken to the hospital. Police looking to identify man in incident that saw St. Catharines senior killed by own car in hit and run
Homicide detectives are looking to identify and speak with a man in Thursday's hit-and-run case in Lincoln Charles Daley Park which saw an 82-year-old St. Catharines man die in hospital from his injuries. In a news release, Niagara Regional Police said the man is described as white, with a darker complexion, believed to be in his late 30s to 60s, wearing a blue checkered or plaid shirt. Police said the man was seen in the park Thursday morning and was accompanied by a pitbull-style dog, which was white with black and brown markings, on a green leash. The victim, Larry Pearce, arrived at the park around 9 a.m. Thursday and was there for about 40 minutes. Niagara Regional Police are looking for a 2012 silver Honda CRV with Ontario license plate 24FS30. The release said he fell to the ground and the driver fled in his 2012 silver Honda CRV with Ontario licence plate 24FS30. The car was last seen getting onto the QEW Niagara-bound from Seventh Street at approximately 9:44 a.m. Pearce died from his injuries Friday. Detectives are looking to speak with anyone who was in the park Thursday between 6 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. and asking anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam, cellphone or surveillance footage recorded between 9:35 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. on Thursday to come forward. Teens charged in ‘violent' collision on Stoney Creek Mountain
A pair of teenage drivers have been charged following a serious crash on Stoney Creek Mountain last month. Hamilton police said in a media release that officers were called to a serious collision involving two vehicles at the intersection of Rymal Road East and Fletcher Road on the night of June 22. A Mazda, travelling westbound on Rymal, was attempting to turn south onto Fletcher when it was struck by a Ford F-150, noted police. That truck, which was being driven by a 16-year-old male from Hamilton, was reportedly travelling at a 'high rate of speed through the intersection,' said the release. Police alleged the driver was travelling more than double the speed limit — 135 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. The 'violent impact' of the high-speed crash caused two occupants of the Mazda — neither of whom police say were wearing a seatbelt — to be thrown from the vehicle. Both driver and passenger suffered serious, life-altering injuries, and weeks later, one person remains in hospital in stable condition, added police. The driver of the Ford F-150, as well as a passenger, both suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital. Due to the severity of the crash, the collision reconstruction unit took over the investigation into the incident. Police said the 16-year-old driver of the Ford F-150 was arrested on July 17 and later released on an undertaking. The teen has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm, stunt driving, speeding and careless driving causing bodily harm. The dangerous operation charges are under the criminal code, while the remaining charges are under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). The driver of the Mazda, a 17-year-old from Hamilton, was charged under the HTA with failing to properly wear a seatbelt, driving while under suspension and a G1 license violation for not being unaccompanied by a qualified driver. A 31-year-old from Hamilton, who police identified as the owner of the Mazda, was charged under the HTA, as well as the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, for making a false statement, permit operation of a vehicle without insurance and permit a novice driver to contravene licence conditions. The investigation into the crash is ongoing, noted police, and any witnesses that have not yet spoken to investigators are asked to come forward by calling the collision reconstruction unit at 905-546-4753 .
