NBA wives showdown: Vanessa Bryant vs. La La Anthony net worth 2025 compared (Image Credit: Getty Images) The NBA world extends beyond the confines of the court, where there is a huge focus on the women who are firmly beside the basketball icons. Two of those top women in 2025 are Vanessa Bryant and La La Anthony. Apart from being the wives of legendary players, Kobe Bryant and Carmelo Anthony, respectively, they have built their own fortune with resilience and persistence, so it is interesting to see who leads the charge in terms of net worth. What is Vanessa Bryant's net worth in 2025? Vanessa Bryant is the widow of NBA legend Kobe Bryant, who passed away in a tragic helicopter crash in 2020. After his passing, Vanessa took the reins of her family and carried forward his legacy in her own way. According to Celebrity Net Worth, her financial standing as of now is estimated to be $600 million. The majority of the wealth came from the inheritance of Kobe Bryant's estate, including paychecks from the NBA, investments, and endorsement deals with brands like McDonald's and Nike. One of the top investments that fetched major returns was in Body Armor. After Coca-Cola purchased it for $5.6 billion, Vanessa's earnings shot up to $400 million alone from that one deal, while legal settlements from deals also added another $28 million to her fortune. Apart from these, Vanessa runs the Granity Studios as President and CEO, producing content to honor Kobe Bryant's legacy, and also launched the Mambacita clothing line, which supports young players through her foundation, Mambacita Sports Foundation. She is also involved in philanthropic endeavors and has proven herself to be a smart and successful businesswoman apart from being a NBA legend's wife. What is La La Anthony's net worth in 2025? According to multiple sources like AfroTech and Sportskeeda, the wife of Carmelo Anthony, La La Anthony, has amassed a great fortune. As of now, her net worth is estimated to be $30 million. She began her career as a Video Jockey with MTV and starred in shows like The Chi, and BMF. As a VJ, La La Anthony has hosted marquee events like 2025 Met Gala. Anthony also has her own cosmetic line named Motives and clothing lines, La La Anthony, and 5th & Mercer. Some other sources of income for La La include active brand endorsement deals like Airbnb and publishing best sellers. Overall, she has been a great blend of a top-notch businesswoman, television personality, and a celebrity in her own right. In conclusion, while both NBA wives have thrived in their respective lives, Vanessa Bryant's net worth transcends La Anthony's. Yet, both continue to make significant strides walking down their own path and becoming highly successful today. "We can't end the stream": MrBeast, Adin Ross & xQc join forces to raise $5M on Kick
Image via: Getty Images Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson is making his Kick initiation with a highly ambitious goal: raise $5 million through a one day stream for clean water marathon. Joining him in this crazy idea will be two other major Kick names, Adin Ross and Felix 'xQc' Lengyel. Streaming for Charity Announced on August 12 on X, this special broadcast will happen live from MrBeast's Kick channel on August 14, 2025. The rules: There will be no ending the stream until the $5 million mark is reached by all three of the streamers. 'Hopefully it doesn't take days,' joked MrBeast, setting the tone of the monumental task at hand. A few weeks back, MrBeast launched TeamWater, which aims to raise $40 million by the 31st of August for the clean drinking water needs of two million people worldwide. The initiative includes efforts from places like Malawi, Colombia, and Nepal to underserved communities in the United States. The campaign is joined by over 3,000 influencers including brands and high-profile CEOs. A High-Profile Kick Debut While MrBeast has made philanthropic waves on YouTube, this event marks his official first appearance on Kick, a streaming site that has been attracting major creators from Twitch as of late. Adin Ross was one of Kick's early star signings, while xQc generated headlines with his rumored $100-million non-exclusive contract. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Transform Your Child's Confidence with Our Public Speaking Program Planet Spark Book Now Undo Kick welcomed MrBeast with one of its time honored dedicated posts, a tradition for major creators joining the platform. To the viewers, this broadcasting on August 14th seems like a crossover event, melding Kick's entertainment-driven culture with MrBeast's high-stakes charity style. Previous Collaborations and Big Pledges That wasn't the first time the three played together before this. In early August, MrBeast joined Adin Ross and xQc on stream with the two having already pledged hundreds of thousands of dollars for TeamWater. Their chemistry and willingness to put large sums on the line make way for a possibly record-shattering fundraiser. What's at Stake With the clock ticking and such a huge donation goal set, the stream could certainly go on for days if the viewers didn't begin to flood in quickly. But as the saying goes, with MrBeast's tremendous following coupled with Kick's best creators, the $5 million mark could be hit in record time. For fans, the August 14 broadcast is more than just a charity stream, it's a rare confluence of entertainment, community, and world-changing opportunity, all happening live and in real time.
