Panamera and Rain Cage Carbon Partner to Revolutionize Carbon Conversion, Clean Energy, and the Metals Markets

Business Wire24-06-2025
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Panamera Holdings Corporation (OTCID: PHCI), an innovative metals and energy company, today announced that it has entered into a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Rain Cage Carbon, Inc. (RCA.V) to license its groundbreaking carbon conversion and clean energy technologies.
The LOI outlines a strategic partnership between Panamera Holdings Corporation and Rain Cage Carbon, combining their transformational technologies with Panamera's financial, technology, and metals expertise. This combination will unlock tremendous value for all shareholders, establishing the company as a leader in the carbon conversion and clean energy space.
Panamera Holdings Corporation has completed the necessary terms to activate its license to Rain Cage Carbon's Eden™ system technology for carbon conversion to fullerenes and nanotubes, as well as the Clean Energy Systems. The license grants Panamera Holdings Corporation exclusive rights in the United States and Mexico, with plans for future expansion. We will deploy, manufacture, and commercialize these technologies. The license fee consists of payments up to $4,900,000 USD, an ongoing license fee of 25% of net income generated by the Rain Cage Carbon technologies (75% of net income to Panamera), and a grant of 27,000,000 restricted common shares of Panamera Holdings Corporation subject to a shareholder agreement.
"I look forward to working with Blair and the Rain Cage Carbon team to bring these innovative technologies to market and create substantive value for all of our stakeholders,' said T. Benjamin Jennings, CEO and Chairman of Panamera Holdings.
'With over 1 billion queries each day on apps like ChatGPT, the energy demands of AI alone are outpacing existing infrastructure, emphasizing the urgent need for clean and efficient energy solutions. Our profit-driven strategy addresses these needs as well as conservation and environmental concerns. It's built on solid pillars of efficiency, economics, profitability, dispatchability, and durable sustainability.
"The value in creating a circular economy by equipping industries and government with the ability to control their own power and not be subject to the unpredictable nature of energy co-ops, foreign threats, and inadequate backup energy while providing an economically meaningful and sustainable solution to their CO2 output, cannot be overstated.'
Rain Cage's technology creates clean, efficient electrical power generation through a controlled and specialized reaction of aluminum and water specifically manipulated at the allotrope level of a carbon nanotube, allowing for robust and efficient production of electricity in a quantified stable environment.
Additionally, specialized graphitic carbon, a versatile material created in another proprietary emissions recycling process, can be used in joint replacements, batteries, brake linings and clutch materials, mechanical seals and bearings, aerospace, nuclear reactors, and other high-strength structural components.
'The potential for growth and innovation in the carbon conversion and clean energy sectors is vast, and we are excited to be at the forefront of this opportunity," stated Cris Proler, President and Vice Chairman of Panamera.
'After months of due diligence and witnessing the technology in action, it became clear that Rain Cage and their advanced recycling technology aligned with our vision from technological, recycling, and environmental perspectives. Together with Ben's proven ability to create substantial value with his expertise in investment banking and vision for creating long-term shareholder value, we are embarking on an extraordinary journey into the next evolution of the metal recycling industry. As my family has changed and enhanced the recycling industry of the past through innovation, the future is here again.'
"We are delighted to partner with Panamera Holdings Corporation, a team with a proven track record of success," said Blair Aiken, Chairman and Founder of Rain Cage Carbon. "This collaboration will enable us to leverage Panamera's expertise and resources to commercialize our innovative carbon conversion and clean energy technologies, creating a significant impact on the environment and driving immense value for our shareholders. We are very excited to bring a lifetime of research and development to market in our quest to solve the rare materials and electricity needs of our country and our neighbors.'
The future is powerful and bright.
Unlike the inefficiencies of wind and solar, our sustainable solutions work both environmentally and economically. Advancements in speed of processing, analytics, and storage capacity will allow Rain Cage's IP patent protected technology to bring practical, affordable power and products for maximal utilization by everyone.
More to come... .

Elon Musk says Google has the best shot at being the leader in AI

xAI CEO Elon Musk paid a rare compliment to his rival Google on Wednesday. "Outside of real-world AI, Google has the biggest compute (and data) advantage for now, so currently has the highest probability of being the leader," Musk wrote in an X post. But that "may change in a few years," he added. "For the foreseeable future, the major AI companies will continue to prosper, as will xAI. There is just so much to do!" Musk wrote. Musk and Google did not respond to requests for comment from Business Insider. Google has long been a mainstay in AI. In 2017, Google Research released a paper titled "Attention Is All You Need." This seminal work introduced the world to the concept of the Transformer, the technology that powers large language models like ChatGPT. The search giant has also invested in AI startups such as Anthropic and Safe Superintelligence. Google owns a 14% stake in Anthropic, a startup founded by former OpenAI employees, per legal filings obtained by The New York Times. Google has continued to make hefty investments in AI. During its second-quarter earnings call last month, the company said it was raising its capital expenditures by $10 billion this year to $85 billion. Google's CEO, Sundar Pichai, said the increase in capital expenditures would help meet the increased demand for chips and Google's AI products. Last year, Google DeepMind's CEO, Demis Hassabis, was one of three researchers awarded the Nobel Prize in chemistry. Hassabis and his colleague, John Jumper, were recognized for Google DeepMind's work on protein-structure prediction. Musk's comments come as he continues to escalate his feud with Sam Altman and OpenAI. On Monday, Musk said xAI would take " immediate legal action" against Apple for what he said was Apple's bias toward OpenAI in its App Store rankings. A spokesperson for Apple told Business Insider on Tuesday that the App Store is "designed to be fair and free of bias." Musk and Altman cofounded OpenAI in 2015, but their relationship soured after Musk left its board in 2018. Last year, Musk sued OpenAI and accused the ChatGPT maker of violating its nonprofit mission when it partnered with Microsoft. Musk launched his own AI startup, xAI, in July 2023 and debuted his chatbot, Grok, later that year. xAI raised over $12 billion in its Series A, B, and C funding rounds in 2024 and was valued at a reported $50 billion. Last month, Musk said on X that his EV company, Tesla, will ask its shareholders to vote on whether to invest in xAI. He did not specify when the vote would take place. "It's not up to me. If it was up to me, Tesla would have invested in xAI long ago," Musk wrote on X on July 13.

Fed rate-cut drumbeat pegs back dollar; Asian stocks take a breather

By Jaspreet Kalra SINGAPORE (Reuters) -The U.S. dollar was under pressure on Thursday as traders piled into wagers that the Federal Reserve will resume cutting interest rates next month, powering Bitcoin to a record high, while a blistering rally in regional stocks took a breather. MSCI's gauge of equities in Asia excluding Japan nudged higher and lingered near its loftiest level since September 2021, taking cues from Wall Street, where the S&P 500 and Nasdaq indexes hit new closing highs for the second straight day. The MSCI All Country World Index rose to a record high for the second straight session on Wednesday. Japan's Nikkei fell after a searing six-day rally that boosted it past the 43,000 mark for the first time. Shares in Korea and Taiwan were slightly lower as well. China's blue-chip stock index and shares in Hong Kong gained. The dollar fell to a two-week low against a basket of major peers on shifting expectations of U.S. rate cuts, with comments from the U.S. Treasury Secretary also helping bolster expectations of an outsized 50 basis point cut. The Japanese yen hit a three-week high of 146.38 per dollar in early trading. [FRX/] Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Wednesday that an aggressive half-point cut was possible in September after revised labour market data from last week showed that job growth had slowed sharply in May, June and July. Goldman Sachs said on Wednesday in a research note it expects the U.S. Federal Reserve to deliver three 25-basis-point interest rate cuts this year and two more in 2026. Traders are pricing in certainty of a rate cut in September with odds of a 50 bps cut rising to 7%, up from 0% a week earlier. While a tame U.S. inflation report this week boosted the case for rate cuts, some analysts have cautioned against market complacency, saying that upcoming data may alter expectations. "We're not as convinced of a 25bp FOMC rate cut in September as financial markets, let alone a 50bp rate cut," said Carol Kong, economist and currency strategist at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. "There will be another CPI and payrolls report ahead of the September meeting that can make or break the case for a rate cut," Kong said. BITCOIN, GOLD Optimism on monetary policy easing in the world's largest economy also powered cryptocurrency bitcoin to an all-time high of $124,002.49 with analysts also pointing to recent financial sector reforms as a tailwind for the asset class. Bitcoin has risen 32% so far in 2025, and the second largest cryptocurrency, Ethereum, has climbed 41% and is hovering just shy of its all-time high hit in November 2021. In commodity markets, gold prices rose 0.5% to $3,371 and crude oil prices edged up after hitting a two-month low on Wednesday as investors kept their focus on the summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian leader Vladimir Putin on Friday. [O/R] [GOL/] Trump on Wednesday threatened "severe consequences" if Putin did not agree to peace in Ukraine but also said that a meeting between them could swiftly be followed by a second one that would include Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. In the past, Trump has said both sides will have to swap land to end fighting that has cost tens of thousands of lives and displaced millions. "While lack of progress towards a ceasefire may lead to renewed threats of secondary oil tariffs/sanctions, we see limited risk of large disruptions in Russia supply," analysts at Goldman Sachs wrote in a note. Large volumes of Russian exports, the possibility of deepening price discounts to maintain demand, and the likely eagerness of key buyers India, and especially China, to continue energy cooperation with Russia are expected to avert major disruptions, they said. Trump signed an executive order last week levying an additional 25% tariff on India's exports to the U.S., saying that the country directly or indirectly imported Russian oil. He has also hinted at similar tariffs on China.
