And in April this year, her then two month old, son Samuel was rushed to hospital twice when he 'stopped breathing'.
As she took to her social media to share what happened, Stephanie described the ordeal as 'the scariest time of my life'.

Rise of the £120 birthday party — for pets
Every dog has its day but so do cats, rabbits, parrots, hamsters and guinea pigs, according to new research that reveals Britons are spending big on their pets' birthdays. Almost two thirds of Britain's 22 million pet owners celebrate their animal's birthday or adoption day, the study found, spending an average of £121 to reach a combined £1.7 billion. The research found that new toys and gourmet food were the most popular presents, chosen by two thirds of owners, followed by a new bed or blanket. Half bought a new collar, leash or other practical gift, and a similar proportion bought a personalised gift. Owners can, for example, have their cat's picture printed on a plush grey cushion for £25.95 or have their dog's face on a four-piece coaster set for £14.95. Those happy to pay a bit more can buy a custom portrait of their pet in military dress for £65.99 or a Dog DNA kit for £104.99. Other options in the burgeoning pet birthday market include a paw-print clay mould and photo frame kit for £25.95 or a 'light me when my dog farts' candle for £12.99. More tech-savvy owners might prefer the Wickedbone, the world's first smart and bluetooth-enabled remote-controlled dog toy, that is being sold by Cheerble for £100. But many owners do not stop at presents. Half have thrown their pets a party, including 83 per cent in Generation Z and 79 per cent of millennial owners. For over-55s the figure is 39 per cent. One younger pet owner who threw an elaborate first birthday party for her miniature dachshund is Tuscany Wilson. 'My dog is like my child and I knew since the day I got her I wanted to throw a birthday party for her,' she said. 'I took a lot of inspiration from Pinterest for birthday party themes.' In total, Wilson spent nearly £400, inviting her dog-owning friends to her house for the party. It included a dog cake and cupcakes, food from a local restaurant and decorations. She said: 'We had a play patch for the dog guests which included toys laid on the grass for them. The highlight was definitely spoiling my dog and getting to see her have a good birthday. I will definitely do it again.' Some celebrities spare no expense on pets' birthdays. The Formula 1 champion Sir Lewis Hamilton, for example, threw his bulldog Roscoe a party fit for a human, complete with party hats, dog guest list and a personalised dairy-free cake; Roscoe follows a vegan diet. Even after the death of Karl Lagerfeld, the fashion designer, in 2019, his cherished cat Choupette continues to enjoy extravagant celebrations: her 11th birthday was marked with a party on a private jet. Sofía Vergara, an actress best known for her role in the television show Modern Family, once celebrated her son's chihuahua Baguette's birthday by waking her up with a dramatic shower of dollar bills, launched from a money gun. The research found that one in eight people who threw a party for their pet did so specifically to create content for their social media. Gia Belle's party was posted on TikTok to Wilson's 1,000 followers. Tuscany Wilson and her dog Gia Belle at the extravagant birthday party Even if social media content is not the objective of a pet's party, more than half of dog owners and two thirds of cat owners still post pictures of the event online. When asked why they celebrate their pet's birthdays, almost half of people said it was because their animals are considered a part of the family. This might also explain why more than half of pet owners sign their pet's name on greeting cards when they send them. Perhaps surprisingly, the research found that guinea pig owners are more likely than both dog and cat owners to celebrate their pet's milestones.

Arise, Sir David Beckham
'England trail by two goals to one. Beckham could raise the roof here with a goal,' goes the commentary, as David Beckham lines up a free-kick against Greece, shortly before whipping it into the top corner. 'I don't believe it! David Beckham scores the goal to take England all the way to the World Cup finals! Give that man a knighthood!' The year was 2001, and the ultimate honour seemed close for England's biggest football player – and perhaps the most famous living Briton, full stop. Yet as the longtime Beckham watcher Zoe Williams describes, it has been a long wait. As she tells Helen Pidd, Beckham was a pioneer for many reasons in the 1990s and early 2000s: a gay icon in a masculine world; an openly loving dad; and, of course, an extremely successful athlete. But his career has been beset by scandal, too – from reports of affairs, and allegations over his tax arrangements, to disappointments over his association with Qatar. Still, on Friday it was finally announced that Beckham was to receive his knighthood – the fruits of a campaign for the honour that started more than a decade ago. So why now? And what does it say about the UK's honours system – and its class system – that it took so long?

Sam Thompson and Louis Tomlinson arrive back at their Soccer Aid hotel following England's loss - after narrowly avoiding each other on the pitch
Sam Thompson and Louis Tomlinson could no longer avoid running into each other as they both arrived back at their Soccer Aid hotel following England's loss on Sunday. The charity match at Old Trafford saw rapper Big Zuu score the winning goal at Soccer Aid to handing the World XI a 4-5 win, with a whopping £15M raised for Unicef. Sam, 32, and Louis, 33, who played on the English squad reportedly held a 'peace dinner' before the match to 'ease awkwardness' over Louis, 33, dating Sam's ex Zara McDermott, 28. Despite the loss both appeared in high spirits despite the loss as they and their teammates were greeted with cheers from waiting fans. While the I'm A Celeb champ wore a stylish grey tracksuit and shades, Louis was still dressed in his football kit. Sam, 32, who had been forced to pull out of playing after he suffered a string of injuries, including a calf injury, after his 260-mile challenge, made a surprise last minute appearance during the final moments of the game. He was called onto the pitch, only after Louis had left, meaning they avoided coming face-to-face in front of the huge crowd. The pair's dinner reportedly took place at Champneys in Tring, Herts with their other teammates in a bid to keep the peace ahead of the big game. A source told The Sun: 'There is no beef between the pair and they're both going to ensure their love lives don't distract from such a big charity spectacle. 'They are fully aware that their every move is being scrutinised and they've broken bread with their teammates, so it'll be smooth sailing on the day.' Instead of playing the game, Sam been helping from the sidelines as a coach after getting injured. Opening up about his injury, he spoke to This Morning hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary. He said: 'I'm still very sore, still got the torn calf, however I am here at Soccer Aid HQ and it does not get better than this. 'We've still got the management team of England, we've got Vicky McClure, Tyson Fury, who's stepping into some new shoes and Harry Redknapp...' He continued: 'But also because I'm not going to be able to run around, you've also got me, part of the management team. Come on baby!' Late last year Sam split with former Love Island star Zara after five years together. It was then revealed in March how Zara had moved on with former One Direction singer Louis. During an episode of their podcast last month, Pete Wicks, 37, teased Sam about the prospect of the potentially awkward encounter between him and Louis. The TOWIE star asked his co-host: 'You're really going through it with the whole f****** body and dieting and training loads. Is that for Soccer Aid?' But, not dropping the subject, Pete then asked: 'Any kind of people in there who you're looking forward to playing with?' 'Loads,' Sam laughed: 'Tom Grennan. I'm really looking forward to playing alongside Wayne Rooney, Tyson Fury's the manager. I can't wait'. Pete joked: 'I mean that's gonna be f****** amazing. Make sure you get him on side though because you may need him in your corner in case you fall out with anyone. Not that you will but just in case there's any rivalries or anything. 'You know, you have to train together and it's a lot, you know when you're kind of in close quarters with someone like that. All sorts gets brought up. Anyway...'
