SilverBox Corp IV Announces Letter of Intent with Parataxis Holdings to Bring Bitcoin-Native Capital Platform to Public Markets
AUSTIN & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SilverBox Corp IV ('SBXD') (NYSE: SBXD), a publicly listed special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of SilverBox Capital LLC ('SilverBox Capital'), today announced that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Parataxis Holdings LLC ('Parataxis Holdings'), an affiliate of Parataxis Capital Management LLC ('PCM'), with respect to a proposed business combination between SBXD and Parataxis Holdings.
If consummated, the proposed business combination would result in the listing of a preeminent, institutional digital asset management platform with a deep pipeline of proprietary and differentiated capital deployment opportunities. The platform will focus on initiating and managing capital investments in Bitcoin and other select digital assets, with the objective of creating long-term value through a repeatable, globally oriented investment framework.
'We believe this potential business combination with Parataxis Holdings represents a distinct opportunity to introduce a unique and highly scalable digital asset management platform to the public markets,' said Joe Reece, Co-Managing Partner of SilverBox Capital. 'We identified Parataxis as a partner of choice given their deep domain expertise and proven track record of execution validated by institutional investment. This platform is truly differentiated by combining a seasoned leadership team, a focused strategic roadmap, and a disciplined approach to capital allocation.'
'This is the natural evolution of our platform,' said Edward Chin, Co-Founder and CEO of PCM. 'Over the last several years, we've built a multi-strategy digital asset management business designed to meet the investment requirements of institutional allocators. As interest in Bitcoin as a treasury and strategic asset continues to accelerate globally, we see a significant opportunity to deliver a publicly listed platform capable of delivering differentiated exposure to Bitcoin through proprietary investment strategies implemented with institutional-grade transparency and rigor.'
As part of the contemplated transaction, Parataxis Holdings is expected to contribute economic interests in a transaction currently under development in South Korea, which, if completed, may serve as the first of several similar initiatives under consideration. The parties believe South Korea is an underserved market with significant digital asset demand that can be met with the launch of the proposed platform. All such transactions would remain subject to applicable legal and regulatory considerations.
The parties expect to announce additional details regarding the proposed business combination and related financing when a definitive agreement is executed. No assurances can be made that the parties will successfully negotiate and enter into a definitive agreement for the proposed business combination, or that the proposed business combination will be consummated on the terms currently contemplated, or at all. Any business combination would be subject to the completion of due diligence, the negotiation of a definitive agreement providing for the proposed business combination, satisfaction of the conditions negotiated therein, board and equity holder approval, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions.

Wall Street's $500M Gold Heist: How Top Banks Exploited a Rare Market Glitch
Wall Street's commodity traders just pulled off a classic playbook moveand it paid handsomely. In Q1 2025, top banks including JPMorgan (NYSE:JPM) and Morgan Stanley hauled in around $500 million in revenue from precious metals trading, according to data from Crisil Coalition Greenwich. That figure is nearly double their decade-long quarterly average and ranks as one of the highest in ten years. What sparked the surge? An unusual arbitrage opportunity: gold and silver prices on the US Comex exchange shot above those in global hubs like London and Hong Kong. That gap opened the door for traders to buy low overseas and deliver into US futures contracts at a premium, just as fears over incoming tariffs on bullion hit the market. Morgan Stanley delivered 67 metric tons of gold to settle its proprietary Comex positionsthe most of any bankvalued at roughly $7 billion based on current prices. JPMorgan wasn't far behind, moving more than $4 billion worth of gold to settle February futures in one of the largest delivery days on record. The flurry of activity began to cool in April after the US government clarified that bullion would be exempt from President Donald Trump's proposed tariffs. But the damageor rather, the profitwas done. Much like in 2020, when the pandemic disrupted logistics and created another arbitrage window, banks with the operational muscle to execute physical trades found themselves in the driver's seat. For investors, this quarter may offer more than just impressive P&Ls. It's a reminder of how quickly geopolitical uncertainty can reshape commodity marketsand create asymmetric opportunities for the players who move fast. While the window may have closed for now, the surge in physical deliveries highlights how nimble trading desks are still thriving in old-school ways. As tariff talk, election noise, and macro shocks swirl around global markets, don't be surprised if this isn't the last time physical arbitrage drives headlinesand results. Trending: Warren Buffett once said, "If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die." If you want to make $100 per month — $1,200 annually — from Black Hills dividends, your investment value needs to be approximately $25,478, which is around 443 shares at $57.45 each. Understanding the dividend yield calculations: When making an estimate, you need two key variables — the desired annual income ($1,200) and the dividend yield (4.71% in this case). So, $1,200 / 0.0471 = $25,478 to generate an income of $100 per month. You can calculate the dividend yield by dividing the annual dividend payments by the current price of the stock. The dividend yield can change over time. This is the outcome of fluctuating stock prices and dividend payments on a rolling instance, assume a stock that pays $2 as an annual dividend is priced at $50. Its dividend yield would be $2/$50 = 4%. If the stock price rises to $60, the dividend yield drops to 3.33% ($2/$60). A drop in stock price to $40 will have an inverse effect and increase the dividend yield to 5% ($2/$40). In summary, income-focused investors may find Black Hills stock an attractive option for making a steady income of $100 per month by owning 443 shares of stock. There may be more upside to come as investors benefit from the company's consistent dividend hikes. Black Hills has raised its dividend consecutively for the last 55 years. RTX's Collins Aerospace expands aircraft electrification capabilities in Europe
Company opens new engineering center of excellence in the UK and an aerostructures production line in France PARIS, June 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Collins Aerospace, an RTX (NYSE: RTX) business, expanded its aircraft electrification capabilities with the introduction of a new engineering center of excellence in Wolverhampton, UK, and a new electric thrust reverser actuation systems (elecTRAS™) production line in Colomiers, France. The Wolverhampton center focuses on developing next-generation electric thrust reverser actuation systems for commercial aircraft, featuring state-of-the-art design and test capabilities, and the Colomiers facility will handle the final assembly of these advanced electric systems, enhancing production efficiency and capacity. By switching from traditional hydraulic-powered thrust reverser actuation systems to elecTRAS, Collins can design nacelle systems that are easier for customers to install and maintain, while also reducing aircraft system weight by 15-20%. This improves fuel efficiency and operational performance. Collins currently supplies the elecTRAS on the Airbus A350 family. As part of an aircraft's nacelle system, thrust reversers redirect thrust from the plane's engines to help it slow down upon landing. The final assembly of the system in Colomiers will increase Collins' nacelle integration capacity and enhance customer proximity. Collectively, these efforts will strengthen Collins' aircraft electrification capabilities to support its global customer base. "With decades of experience in nacelles, thrust reversers, and aircraft electrification, Collins' elecTRAS center of excellence and production line will bring together expertise from across the company to deliver new, innovative solutions for our customers and future platforms," said Ajay Mahajan, president of Aerostructures at Collins Aerospace. "Building on in-service learning and experience, our dedicated investment to enable aircraft electrification technologies for the next-generation nacelle and elecTRAS will make future aircraft easier to maintain and operationally efficient." The new Wolverhampton site will serve as the engineering design center for elecTRAS, collaborating closely with Collins' Aerostructures headquarters in Chula Vista, California and other global engineering centers. It will also collaborate with Collins' electronic controls and motor systems center of excellence in Solihull, UK. With more than 600 A350XWB aircraft in service at the end of 2024 and continued production into the next decade, Collins' latest generation elecTRAS has accrued approximately 11 million flight hours and 1.8 million flight cycles of in-service operational experience.
