Socceroos star Rhyan Grant lists his gorgeous $1.65million beachside pad in Bondi on the market

Daily Mail2 days ago

Socceroo Rhyan Grant is set to put his gorgeous Sydney beachside flat under the hammer later this month with hopes of a $1.65million sale.
Located in North Bondi, the two-bedroom one-bathroom 'garden apartment' is a mere 900 metres from one of the world's most famous beaches.
Positioned on the ground floor of a small block of five flats, Rhyan's two-story pad boasts an entertainment deck and stunning ocean views.
No price guide has been included in the listing.
However, The Daily Telegraph reported on Tuesday that agents behind the sale expect the 34-year-old Sydney FC captain could fetch as much $1.65 million for the spacious apartment.

Built across two-levels, the lower ground floor features the kitchen and main living areas that opens out to a private garden and alfresco dining area.
The upper floor, meanwhile, is host to both bedrooms and features a balcony and study nook.
Other highlights include a stone kitchen with mosaic tile splashback and an updated bathroom.
It comes after Grant recently shut down any talk of retirement.
After making his A-League debut in 2008 and chalking up over 300 career appearances for Sydney FC, the former Socceroos star has no plans to walk away just yet.
'I have a contract for next season, and I know I'll be 35, but the body feels great,' the veteran player told Daily Mail Australia in April.
'I'm keen to keep going, beyond that who knows....I would like to apply my knowledge from over the years, so coaching could be an option.'
Grant's impressive career includes a stint with the Socceroos squad since 2018.
He wowed fans in 2020 when he scored the winning goal in the grand final match between his Sydney FC side and Melbourne.
Grant shares a 16-month-old daughter, Bobby Peach, with his partner Dani.
Soon after welcoming his bundle of joy, the dynamic soccer star spoke about fatherhood.
'I've got a little girl who's a few months old, keeping me on my toes and giving me some sleepless nights, so that's been fun trying to navigate,' Grant shared on the Sydney FC site last year.

Sydney Sweeney exudes glamour while arriving to GMA after breaking silence on her split from Jonathan Davino

Sydney Sweeney was the epitome of chic while arriving to Good Morning America to promote her new psychological thriller, Echo Valley, with Julianne Moore. As she appeared on ABC's morning talk show, the Euphoria star, 27, radiated beauty in a sleeveless black vest, white miniskirt and knee-high black leather boots. During Wednesday's segment, she and Moore, 64, discussed their new movie, which was delayed by the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike. When asked what it was like playing Moore's on-screen daughter, Sweeney gushed it was 'a dream come true.' 'I feel terrible though because my character Claire's not the best daughter and she puts her mom through a lot,' the two-time Emmy nominee added. The hosts then shared a trailer of the movie, which began with Sweeney showing up to her estranged mother's home in the pouring rain covered in someone else's blood. Later in the episode Moore revealed she was 'thrilled' to be able to work with the Anyone but You actress, who she first saw in The White Lotus and thought was 'fantastic.' When asked about the plot, Sweeney kept the details vague as she teased it is about 'how far a mother would go for their own child.' After the anchors pressed her for an Euphoria update, the performer assured fans their 'favorite version' of her beloved character Cassie was 'coming back.' Sweeney smiled as she reflected on the privilege of returning to her breakout role for season three. 'It's such a dream being able to play a very emotionally raw and chaotic character; it's so much fun,' the Fifty-Fifty Films co-founder said. Sweeney's latest appearance comes after recently breaking her silence on her split from Jonathan Davino. When asked by The Times if she was still planning a wedding, she confirmed she was no longer engaged. 'I'm learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends. And I'm loving it,' she said of the single life. She and Davino, 41, had been together since 2018 and got engaged in 2022. He was a producer on her successful romcom, Anyone But You, co-starring Glen Powell. She and the 36-year-old Texan had such chemistry in the film that many wandered if they were a couple at the time, especially since they decided to lean into the spark while promoting the movie. 'Glenn and I adore each other, so I think we were so happy for the reception of the film.' she said, seeming to shut down any idea of a love connection. 'When you spend so much time with someone, you become close and you talk to each other about anything. So work, life, family, friends, he's just there for me. I'm there for him.' For now, Sweeney is happy to share snuggles and go on outdoor activities with her dogs Sully Bear and Tank, work on restoring vintage cars, and create a real estate empire. She already owns multi-million dollar homes in Los Angeles, South Florida and the Pacific Northwest. 'I'm obsessed with Zillow,' she explained.

Footy star reveals the incredibly strict lifestyle changes that have left him in better shape now than when he was playing

Footy star Thomas Baulch, who is also the CEO of fitness company Prime Train, has opened up on the lifestyle changes he has made which have helped him improve his health, wellbeing and foster new friendships. Baulch is well known among footy circles for his Instagram account where he helps others get in the shape of their life. The fitness trainer, who has over 45,000 followers on his personal Instagram account, is also a well-established footballer, having played in the WAFL for East Perth, NEAFL and the VFL for Aspley and Port Melbourne. The footy player, who is often dubbed 'PrimeTrain' himself, regularly publishes clips of himself playing footy on social media, battling with opponents while kicking goals. As part of his fitness business, Baulch, a midfielder, has also had clients including Brownlow Medallists Patrick Cripps and Tom Mitchell. In recent weeks, the 21-year-old appears to have been enjoying a getaway in Bali with several friends. The Queenslander, who was born in Gladstone, shared a picture of himself enjoying a meal with two friends and fellow fitness coaches, Keenan Chapman and Ned Wagner. The trio grinned at the camera as they prepared to tuck into a delicious looking meal, while Baulch captioned the post: 'Final supper with the crew in Bali for a while. 'I've been on a journey this year... at the start of the year, I said to myself it was time to lock in. 'It was lonely for a while...' At the start of January, he also shared two pictures of his own body transformation, showcasing his shredded physique on his company's Instagram account, which also has 169,000 followers. And on Tuesday, he revealed the huge lifestyle changes he had made that have seen him improve his physical and mental wellbeing. 'No alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, no hookups, wake up at 5am every day, gym every day, no vaping, no processed food, no substances,' he said. 'I would rather sit with a few who get the real me than stand in a crowd that never did. 'Small circles win.' In March, it was announced that 'Prime Train' was now set to join up with Division Three club, The Basin in the Eastern League, with the footy star going on to make his debut for the club in May. 'Thomas is a perfect example of what hard work and dedication can do for you, and is a great role model for the younger generation coming through, with his educational social media videos providing constant and relevant information to those that follow him,' the Basin spokesperson said on Baulch. 'Admired by so many people already within our community, we couldn't resist the opportunity for Prime Train to don the red and green, and cannot wait for the opportunity for him to run out on May the 10th vs. Scoresby and show The Basin what a star he is.'
