Abad & Dubaish inaugurate several projects at Civil Status Department branches in Capital Secretariat

Sana'a - Saba:
Dr. Hamoud Obad, Secretary of the Capital, and Major General Ali Hussein Al-Dubaish, head of the Department of Civil Status and Civil Registration, inaugurated on Saturday the projects of automated issuance and expansion of the system of loss, renewal , damage allowance, and network connection to the branches of the department in the directorates of the Capital Secretariat.
During the inauguration, the Capital Secretary pointed out that the inauguration of these projects aims to facilitate the services provided to citizens in the Capital Secretariat Directorate , raise the service performance of the department and its branches.
He praised the efforts of the department's leadership in implementing the National Vision Plan for State Building, especially with regard to the implementation of vital projects related to civil status and civil registration.
The head of the Department of Civil Status emphasized that the opening of these projects aims to build a modern , comprehensive national database, provide services and complete citizens' transactions with ease.
He pointed out the keenness of the department's leadership to implement the department's plan , achieve its goals, despite the current circumstances and challenges the country is going through

Capital Secretariat honors winners of 4th Summer Festival for Talented & Creative Students

Sana'a - Saba: The Subcommittee for Summer Activities and Courses in the Capital Secretariat honored on Sunday the winners of the 4th Summer Festival for Talented and Creative Students in the summer schools of the Secretariat for the year 1446 AH. The festival, organized by the subcommittee in cooperation with the Al-Sha'ab Social Foundation for Development, saw the participation of over 800 competitors from summer school students across all districts of the Secretariat. They competed in eight categories, including the Holy Quran, methodology, choral singing, poetry, speech and oratory, theater, drawing and sculptures, and folkloric arts. During the honoring ceremony, Hadi Ammar, Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research, emphasized the importance of summer activities and their educational, cultural, and social objectives. These activities aim to strengthen students' connection with the Holy Quran and their faith-based identity, protect them from misguided foreign influences, develop their diverse skills and talents. He praised the efforts made in organizing and ensuring the success of the festival and summer activities in the Capital Secretariat, as well as the students' high level of engagement and excellence in various creative, scientific, and cultural fields, including memorizing the Holy Quran and other skills. The ceremony was attended by Abdulqadir Al-Mahdi, Head of the Education Sector and Deputy Chairman of the Summer Courses Subcommittee in the Capital Secretariat, and Ahmed Al-Sulwi, Director of Educational Awareness and Activities at the Ministry of Youth. Abdullah Samina, Director of Activities, highlighted the tangible achievements of the summer courses in promoting Quranic culture and faith-based identity. He affirmed that the 4th Summer Festival served as a platform to showcase outstanding examples of talented and creative students in various cultural, scientific, and artistic fields, fostering a spirit of creative excellence among students. The event was also attended by Ahmed Al-Khazan, Director of the Orphan Care Center, Samir Hamza, Director of Parks in the Secretariat, Abdullah Al-Madani, Deputy Director of School Activities, along with educational leaders, social figures, and other attendees. Sana'a - Saba: The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Dr. Radwan Al-Rabaei, and the Secretary-General of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud bad, discussed the priorities for the next phase of development projects in the agricultural, fisheries, and water sectors. The meeting, attended by the Director of Agricultural Services, Dhaifallah Shamlane, reviewed a project to provide agricultural machinery and equipment to establish water caravans that enhance aquifer recharge, in addition to the liquid caravan project aimed at supporting rainwater harvesting efforts. The meeting also addressed the importance of completing supply chain requirements for the fish product sales outlets project, which aims to deliver fresh, high-quality products to citizens across various provinces. The project also supports contract fishing to provide local raw materials for fish processing industries, reducing import costs. Discussions included a project to establish cold storage facilities for preserving agricultural products as a strategic step to improve agricultural marketing, along with plans for advertising campaigns promoting local products and creating a permanent exhibition for marketing agricultural goods. Dr. Radwan Al-Rabaei emphasized that these projects align with current priorities in response to the directives of the Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council, as part of the government's Change and Development Program. He stressed that preserving water resource sustainability is a national and sacred duty, calling for rational water use, as these projects form a cornerstone for agricultural and fisheries sector growth. For his part, the Secretary-General of the Capital affirmed that the municipality is a key partner in implementing agricultural and fisheries projects, including marketing and water development initiatives. Tamkeen" Electronic services system launched in Al-Wahda, Ma'een, & Al-Tahrir Districts

Sana'a - Saba: The Secretary-General of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud Abad, inaugurated on Monday the "Tamkeen" project for unified electronic services in the districts of Al-Wahda, Ma'een, and Al-Tahrir. During the launch, Abad emphasized that the "Tamkeen" e-services project, prepared by the Capital Secretariat, comes in implementation of the directives of the Revolution Leader and the Supreme Political Council, as well as in response to the guidance of the Government of Change and Development to transition toward automation in services provided to citizens across all districts and executive offices. He explained that the system has been launched in five districts—Al-Sabeen, Shu'ub, Al-Wahda, Ma'een, and Al-Tahrir—and will be extended to other districts once the necessary infrastructure and electronic preparations, currently underway with funding and supervision from the Capital Secretariat, are completed. Abad confirmed that the "Tamkeen" system allows citizens to submit service requests in any executive office or district, covering areas such as public works, health, tourism, and others, through a unified electronic portal. It also enables them to review procedures, service fees, and complete transactions quickly and easily. He noted that the e-system was designed and implemented by the expertise of the Capital Secretariat's cadres to simplify procedures for citizens, expedite their transactions, and improve service delivery across all executive offices and districts through a single-window system and workflow automation. For his part, Mazen Nu'man, Deputy Secretary-General for the Financial Sector and Resource Development, highlighted the importance of launching the e-system in all districts to enable citizens to access all services and complete their transactions easily and swiftly through the unified portal, reducing the burden and hassle of moving between offices and districts. Earlier, the Secretary-General of the Capital, along with Deputy Secretaries for the Financial Sector and Agricultural Affairs, Mohammed Saree, Technical Office Head Mutasim Abad, as well as district directors Sami Hameed (Al-Wahda), Ma'een Abdulmalik Al-Radi (Ma'een), and Naji Al-Sha'eani (Al-Tahrir), reviewed the preparations and infrastructure of the "Tamkeen" e-services system in these districts.
