A dual-platform KitchenAid scale for 50% off so you can get suuuuuper precise with your ingredients, Great British Bakeoff–style. You can even use both platforms to weigh separate ingredients *at the same time* — how cool is that?
Promising review: "I had ordered one of these from a very famous baking company, and it lasted two weeks. UGH! I should have started with this one, as it has been a reliable workhorse for my sourdough journey. The two separate scales have been a game changer. Easy to use, high quality, accurate, and sleek looking in your kitchen" —Nancy BallPrice: $24.99 (originally $49.99; sometimes $37.80 at Amazon) — and shop all the KitchenAid deals here
The 2nd Gen AirPods Pro for 40% off (that's $100 off!). With active noise cancellation, spatial audio, three silicone tips for customized fit, and over 24 hours of listening time with the included case, the AirPods Pro 2 give you a *ton* of bang for your buck.
Promising review: "I bought these going into it 'I'm going to hate them.' But these have surpassed every expectation I had. My friend was talking about the noise in a call one day and it made me annoyed and these have something weird with Apple phones where they can block out almost all noises while making calls for the person you're calling and for you. Everyone knows Apple has their own technology work better with their phones or whatever it's no hidden thing, but let me tell you, these sound so crystal clear when listening to music, social media, and on calls. The quality alone is so nice! And the features, immerse (you can listen around you) adaptive (it'll block out white noise and annoying sounds) and noise cancellation (you can't hear just about anything around you) it's so wild. These things aren't even that tight in my ears but it's like you put noise cancellation on and it shuts off the outside world. I have this as a mechanic and it's just white noise everywhere with these in it's so comfortable walking around the shop having like ear plugs in essentially. Also, the battery life is great. I charged it fully when I got them and it's lasted me like a week on the case? I have my headphones in around 6 hours at work listening to social media. I probably take them out to charge them walking around the shop or going on break and I've never seen the buds really go below 80% after hours of listing tbh which is kinda wild. For the price it's worth every dollar and more. And to connect to your phone it's as easy as just opening the case and done." —Ethan ScottPrice: $149 (originally $249 (and currently $249 at Apple); typically $189.99 at Amazon) — and shop all the Apple deals hereAirPods 4 are also a new lowest price ever — 34% off with noise cancellation (down to $119), 31% off without (down to $89). Someone recommended I try a Korean product and this started going viral around the same time. I lucked into a perfect color match on the first try, but I've learned there are sample packs if you aren't sure about the color. The coverage is incredible. It was very lightweight, not heavy at all. It did settle into my under-eye wrinkles without primer so if you're older that's something to keep in mind. Overall beautiful and long-lasting. This will be my go to foundation from now on." —AJ BondPrice: $10 (originally $25, typically $19.99-$25 on Amazon; available in 40 shades and a mini size) — and shop all the TirTir deals here

Promising review: "I love this robot. We got this because our baby is constantly on the floor, so we just wanted a little extra help with keeping the floors clean. We run it every night, and seeing how much it picks up blows our mind. We have two dogs, so dog hair and Cheerios are mainly what we get, but it has definitely made a difference with our floors on top of what we already do to keep our floors clean. Highly recommend. We have vinyl wood floors, so it runs fine on it, but it can go on carpet as well. Once out of the box, there's some plastic wrapping to get through, but then watch how fast the mattress starts to take shape and height. My wife and I were in bed that night. Each day just gets better and better. It is slightly firm at first; then, the memory foam starts to sink you until you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. UK government walks back controversial Apple ‘back door' demand after Trump administration pressure

UK Digital privacy Tech giants Digital securityFacebookTweetLink Follow The UK government has backed down on a controversial demand for Apple to build a 'back door' into its technology to access private user data following pressure from the Trump administration. The order could have undermined a key security promise Apple makes to its users — the company has said it has not and would never build a backdoor or 'master key' to its products — and compromised privacy for users globally. UK officials had reportedly sought access to encrypted data that users around the world store in iCloud, materials that even the iPhone maker itself is typically unable to access. US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said on X Monday that the United Kingdom 'agreed to drop its mandate for Apple to provide a 'back door' that would have enabled access to the protected encrypted data of American citizens and encroached on our civil liberties.' Gabbard said that over the 'past few months,' she had been 'working closely with our partners in the UK,' alongside President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance, on the agreement. A source familiar with the discussions told CNN that Gabbard spoke with her counterpart in the UK, Deputy National Security Advisory Matt Collins, a few times about the issue, including once when the UK delegation visited the White House. Vance was also personally involved in reaching a deal, engaging in direct conversations with British government officials to come to what was considered a 'mutually beneficial' agreement for both countries, a White House official told CNN. No further details on the agreement were provided. The British Home Office reportedly made the order under the Investigatory Powers Act that lets UK law enforcement compel access to communications and metadata from tech companies in secret, although the agency never confirmed the demand. The Home Office did not immediately respond to CNN's request for comment on Tuesday. Reports about the order earlier this year quickly raised alarm among security experts and tech leaders who worried that Apple could be used by a foreign government to spy on its users. The company in February rolled back a data security feature for iCloud called Advanced Data Protection (ADP) for users in the United Kingdom. The feature provides optional end-to-end encryption for personal data such as photos and messages, meaning only the user who holds the account, not even the company itself could view that information. Without end-to-end encryption, Apple could have access to users' data, meaning law enforcement could legally compel the company to hand it over to aid in investigating crimes. Removing the feature for UK users was widely viewed as an effort to protect more advanced security for users elsewhere in the world in the face of the UK government's demand for a technical back door. But it didn't necessarily address the UK's demand for access to user data globally. Apple said in a statement at the time that it was 'gravely disappointed' to no longer offer ADP to UK users, 'given the continuing rise of data breaches and other threats to customer privacy.' Apple did not immediately respond to CNN's request for comment on the UK government's retreat from the demand. Tech executives, including Apple CEO Tim Cook, have sought to foster close relationships with Trump since he took office in hopes of gaining his support on key policy and regulatory issues. The UK agreement marks the latest instance of the Trump administration convincing a foreign government to walk back regulation of an American tech company. In June, Canada said it would rescind a digital services tax — which Trump had called a 'direct and blatant attack' on the United States and its companies — to restart trade negotiations with the US.

Our favorite robot vacuum is $550 off!

Jonathan Feist / Android Authority Are you looking for the best robot vacuum around? The Narwal Freo Z Ultra is the one, at least in our book. It's usually very pricey, too, so today's deal is an excellent opportunity to get it at a much more enticing price. While it is usually $1,499.99, you can take it home for just $949.99 right now. Buy the Narwal Freo Z Ultra robot vacuum and mop for just $949.99 ($550 off) This offer is available from Amazon, and it comes in two stages. First, an automatic $300 discount brings the price to $1199.99. Then, you'll need to manually apply a $250 on-page coupon that brings the total price down to $949.99. Narwal Freo Z Ultra Narwal Freo Z Ultra Powerful suction and nearly-total automation Continuing to innovate, the Narwal Freo Z Ultra adds a large vacuum bag to the self-cleaning base station, heated electrolyzed water, AI smarts, and quieter than ever operation. It sweep, it vacuums, it mops, and it does it all automatically for weeks on end. Now with a baseboard cleaning brush. See price at Amazon Save $550.00 With Coupon! OK, we understand paying $949.99 for a robot vacuum is still a bit hard to justify, but let us tell you a bit about it before you make a decision. The Narwal Freo Z Ultra is a spectacular robot vacuum and mop combo. It will do an amazing job keeping your floors clean, and you will barely ever have to raise a finger to keep it running. Let's start with the vacuuming specs. This Narwal Freo Z Ultra features a 12,000Pa suction strength. I can pick up 99% of all particles on hard floors. In fact, we've seen the previous-gen model pick up metal marbles, and that one had 8,200Pa of strength. The more powerful Freo Z Ultra will have no issues with regular debris. I am also a huge fan of the zero-tangle brush. I have long hair, and one of the most annoying parts of owning other vacuums was that I always had to untangle and remove hair from the brush manually. The Freo Z Ultra's one-sided brush handles this perfectly, so other people with long hair or pets will love it. Jonathan Feist / Android Authority This robot also has dual mopping pads, and they work very well. Because of this setup, they scrub floors instead of simply dragging a rag against them. Not to mention, it will actually leave the floors clean, thanks to the fact that the base can detect how dirty the mopping pads are when the robot returns to the base. It will continue to send the robot back to clean until it comes back squeaky clean. By the way, the base does quite a bit more. It can also wash the mopping pads with hot water, dry them (to avoid funky smells), provide fresh water, store dirty water, and dispense detergent. It can also store 120 days of debris. All things combined make for a pretty hands-off approach. Additionally, the robot is amazing at navigating through homes. It uses two cameras, three lasers, and AI implementations to identify all kinds of obstacles and dangers. These technologies can also detect different types of messes and adjust the cleaning strategy accordingly. While expensive, the Narwal Freo Z Ultra is quite a fantastic product, as you can see. If you want a high-end experience but don't want to pay full price, now is a great time to sign up for this one. Extra deal: The Narwal Freo X Ultra is cheaper and nearly as good! Narwal Freo X Ultra Narwal Freo X Ultra Our floors have never looked cleaner Powerful suction, anti-clog dirt channels and brushes, LiDAR and laser sensors, and a convenient self-cleaning base station make the Narwal Freo X Ultra one of the best robot vacuums we've seen for home users. Safe and efficient operation for wood, tile, carpet, and nearly every floor surface in between. See price at Amazon Save $200.00 With Coupon! As amazing as the Narwal Freo Z Ultra is, not all of us need the latest and greatest. Especially when the Narwal Freo X Ultra is nearly as good, at least in the areas that matter the most, and you can get it for just $699.99 right now. Where are the differences? Well, the first one is that it has 8,200Pa of suction power, but as mentioned before, this is enough to pick up metal marbles! Dust, dirt, and other trash will not be an issue. It also has no cameras, but the three-laser system is more than enough to navigate my home efficiently. Also, the Narwal Freo Z Ultra can store about 120 days of dust, while the Narwal Freo X Ultra is a bit more limited at about 49 days (seven weeks). Jonathan Feist / Android Authority All that said, those are pretty much the only main differences. The Narwal Freo X Ultra still has a zero-tangle brush and uses two scrubbing mopping pads. The base will also wash and dry the mopping pads, and it will send the robot back to clean until they come back clean. It automatically dispenses water and detergent, too. All things considered, the downsides aren't deal-breakers, as the Narwal Freo X Ultra still performs amazingly in the areas where it isn't as good as the new model. It will save you a few hundred bucks, too! Follow
