There are very few fans or analysts around the NFL who would disagree with the statement that Tom Brady is the best quarterback of all-time.
Brady put together an illustrious career and was a Super Bowl contender year in and year out. He won seven Super Bowls during his career and also won three MVP awards.
While he has not played in the league since 2022, he has remained very active in the NFL circle.

Most recently, Brady spoke out and confidently named who he believes is the "GOAT" from a wide receiver perspective.
In a video shared by Topps, Brady was seen opening a pack of cards. One of the cards that he pulled from the pack was a Jerry Rice card. He quickly named Rice the best wide receiver of all-time.
"Gotta love me a Jerry Rice," Brady said. "Best receiver of all time."
Just like Brady being the best quarterback of all-time, there are few who would debate that Rice belongs at the top of the wide receiver rankings. He put together an insane career and changed the game when it came to his position.
Throughout his NFL career, Rice racked up 1,549 receptions for 22,895 yards and 197 touchdowns in 303 games. While the majority of his career was played for the San Francisco 49ers, he also had stints with the Raiders and a one-year stop with the Seattle Seahawks.

As for Brady, the superstar quarterback dominated his entire career. He played in 335 career games, completing 64.3 percent of his pass attempts for 89,214 yards, 649 touchdowns, and 212 interceptions.
Right now, there is one player at each position who could threaten these two for their "GOAT" titles. Patrick Mahomes could push Brady for his at quarterback and Justin Jefferson might have a chance to push Rice at wide receiver.
Regardless of what happens, the names Brady and Rice will never be forgotten in the NFL world. It's always good to see Rice receive the respect he deserves, especially from a player like Brady.

Cowboys' Top 5 All-Time Free Agents
Cowboys' Top 5 All-Time Free Agents originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Two ways to look at Dallas Cowboys' free agency this offseason: 1. The bad: While two-time Pro Bowl performer Jaire Alexander signed with the Baltimore Ravens, the Cowboys settled for the Green Bay Packers' "other" cornerback — Robert Rochell — who has bounced around five teams in four seasons. Advertisement 2. The good: Their class is an improvement over 2024, which was highlighted by underwhelming linebacker Eddie Kendricks. Relatively speaking, Jerry and Stephen Jones were proactive and aggressive in this year's free agency. The Cowboys signed much-needed help at pass rusher with Dante Fowler Jr. and running back with Miles Sanders and Javonte Williams. Those moves, of course, supplemented trades for No. 2 receiver George Pickens and backup quarterback Joe Milton. We're not suggesting a class also aided by defensive tackle Solomon Thomas and receiver Parris Campbell will be Dallas' best ever, but it's a step in the right direction of positive player acquisition. Unless we're missing something, however, none of the signees will crack the list of the Cowboys' Top 5 all-time free-agent signings: Advertisement 5. Leonard Davis, 2007 – Right guard started all 16 games, made the Pro Bowl, second-team All-Pro and helped a record-setting offense lead Dallas to a 13-3 record before making two more Pro Bowls. 4. Terrell Owens, 2006 – Despite an icy relationship with Bill Parcells, his production on the field was undeniable to the tune of three 1,000-yard receiving seasons and double-digit touchdowns. 3. Jay Novacek, 1990 – A converted H-back from the Arizona Cardinals, the "Plan B free agent'' made five Pro Bowls and won three Super Bowls as Troy Aikman's security blanket. 2. Nate Newton, 1986 – Signed after his time as a Tampa Bay Bandit when the USFL folded, he battled his weight and finally arrived to help anchor one of the best offensive lines in NFL history while making six Pro Bowls, winning three Super Bowl rings and annually paving the way for all-time leading rusher Emmitt Smith. Advertisement 1. Deion Sanders, 1995 – If you can't beat 'em, steal 'em. After losing to him and the San Francisco 49ers in the '94 NFC Championship Game, the Cowboys signed him and won the ensuing Super Bowl as he blanketed receivers, returned punts and even caught passes on offense. In five years in Dallas he lived up to the hype, making four Pro Bowls, recording 14 interceptions and scoring eight touchdowns on his way to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Deuce Cut Loose in Cowboys Roster Projection
Deuce Cut Loose in Cowboys Roster Projection originally appeared on Athlon Sports. We are all for feel-good stories around here, but sometimes the harsh reality of professional football hits us right between the eyes, and for Dallas Cowboys running back Deuce Vaughn, it is a defining next couple of months. Advertisement Yes, we loved the heart-warming video of his father, Chris, a scout for Dallas, calling him on draft day, asking if he wants to come to work with him, and it tugged at the heartstrings. But as we turn for Oxnard after two so-so seasons, Deuce is fighting for his Cowboys life. Miles Sanders and Javonte Williams were signed in free agency, while Brian Schottenheimer drafted speedster Jayfon Blue and bruiser Phil Mafah. To our count, that's five running backs. And the Cowboys aren't likely to take all five into the season, which means someone has to miss out. ESPN's Mike Clay, when projecting the stats for each player in the league, when we get to Dallas and the run game, he has Williams, Sanders, Blue, and Hunter Luepke. Advertisement But no Deuce. Cowboys running backs Miles Sanders, Deuce Vaughn and Javonte Williams at training Mike Fisher Granted, there's no Mafah either. Both could be on the practice squad, but we get the sense Deuce is fighting a losing battle to make the final roster. Our insider, Mike Fisher, has stated that there isn't anything Vaughn does better than the other backs on the roster, and that makes life incredibly tough. Now, Deuce won't throw in the towel, and we expect to see him dazzle in Oxnard and the preseason games, but when push comes to shove during roster cuts, what will Vaughn's fate be? Clay has his theory, and for us, this feel-good story might not have a fairy tale ending. New York Giants have lowest overall team rating in Madden 26 beta
The New York Giants aren't very highly regarded around the NFL these days. Nine double-digit loss seasons in the past 11 years will tend to do that. At some point, reality spills over into fantasy, and there's no better venue to gauge that than in the popular video game, Madden. In this year's version (beta) -- Madden '26 -- the Giants are the lowest-rated of the NFL's current 32 teams. Giant fans should not be surprised based on their team's performance over the past decade. They've qualified for the postseason just twice over that span but have not been considered contenders since winning Super Bowl XLVI in February of 2012. Madden ratings go from 0 to 99. The Giants have just one player with a rating over 90: Defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence (93).
