Timothée Chalamet's ex admits she's 'obsessed' with Kylie Jenner romance
Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner 's unlikely relationship took the next step after they made their red carpet debut as a couple earlier this month. But Timothée's ex, Mexican actress Eliza Gonzalez, has said she's "obsessed" with their relationship, after she split from the actor in 2020.
Despite calling time on their relationship, Eliza and Timothée remained on good terms, with Eliza having nothing but good things to say about her ex-boyfriend. Timothée and makeup tycoon Kylie have been linked since 2023, and although they have been seen together at events and sports matches, they finally posed on the red carpet at the 70th David di Donatello Awards.
Timothée, 29, gave the Met Gala a miss just days before the awards ceremony, so fans were delighted to see the pair together on the red carpet. As usual, Kylie looked stunning in a figure-hugging black gown, linking arms with her man as they arrived at the swanky party.
The pair looked smitten as they shared affectionate glances and held hands, making no effort to hide their connection. And now Eliza has given her blessing when asked how she felt about the pair's budding romance.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan, she said: "I'm obsessed with them. They look so in love, and so cute,' she said of the couple who have been an item for about two years.
"I love Timmy. I think he's the most talented, sweetest, honestly like sweetest boy, and I'm just so proud to see him thriving and doing great in his career."
Kylie and Timothée's relationship has gone from strength to strength, with the couple in no rush to make things serious. But their bond has naturally progressed.
In December, they were seen at events together, and Timothée shared some of the holidays with Kylie and her two children, Stormi and Aire. A source told Page Six: 'They had a really nice dinner together with Kylie's family, and they drove around to look at Christmas lights. The kids had a really magical time, and Kylie and Timothée made some very special memories together.'
Although they didn't spend Christmas together, it was said Timothée bought her and her children gifts, which Kylie "thought was so sweet".
Not long after, an insider claimed to People that the actor gets on well with her kids. 'It took Kylie a long time to introduce him to her kids,' the insider said. 'He's part of the family no,w though. Her kids know him as a 'friend.''
Meanwhile, Kylie could be making an appearance at Glastonbury this year. Timothée is set to play a secret set at Glastonbury 2025 following his incredible performance as Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown.
After stepping into the iconic shoes of the music icon for a critically acclaimed biopic that smashed awards season, Timothée turned heads not only for his portrayal but also for singing Dylan's classics himself rather than lip-syncing. Now, it's been rumoured that he will be taking to the stage at Glastonbury 2025 for an unannounced set.

People seriously hurt after fairground ride plummets 50ft to ground
The terrifying incident took place last night People were seriously injured after a fairground ride plummeted 50 feet to the ground. The swing was spinning around in the air when it suddenly broke and crashed to the ground. Riders could be heard screaming in terror, and witnesses covered their faces with their hands, as reported by Need to Know. The shocking incident happened on Sunday, August 17. The ride was in Navsari, Gujarat, India. The injured, including two children, were rushed to the hospital for treatment. The ride operator also suffered serious injuries to the head and waist. Footage captured by an onlooker at the time shows the ride at its highest position, spinning with music playing. Feet can be seen dangling off the edge as people strapped in anticipated the drop. However, the ride seemingly malfunctions and slides down slightly before pausing briefly, then slamming to the ground. Onlookers scream before the footage goes black. According to the Associated Press, there were multiple people injured, including two children, a man, and a woman. As reported by People, authorities said the riders were taken to the hospital for treatment. According to reports by the newspaper Gujarat Samachar, fire department crews from Bilimora quickly arrived at the location to help with the rescue efforts. Meanwhile, the police secured the area and began investigating potential failures in maintenance and safety inspections. Those injured were transported to a private hospital in Bilimora for initial care. Such incidents have happened before. Last month, 23 people sustained injuries, and three were in critical condition, after a fairground attraction malfunctioned in Saudi Arabia, resulting in passengers plummeting to the ground. Footage captured the moment the 360 Big Pendulum ride gave way while operational. It caused the circular carousel that carries passengers to collide with the opposite end of the pendulum before crashing down to the ground. In 2022, a fairground ride plummeted from a height of 50 feet, injuring more than 50 adults and children. In footage captured of the moment, the ride appears to slow down while in the air, but instead of descending gently, it crashes to the ground with a loud thud. At the moment of impact, riders can be seen being thrown from their seats, while onlookers quickly evacuate the area. This incident took place on Sunday, September 4, in Punjab, northern India. Roller coasters produce G-forces, which indicate acceleration. Although contemporary coasters are engineered to reduce extreme forces, abrupt shifts in direction and speed can still be experienced as G-forces. In certain instances, these forces may contribute to injuries. For example, the swift motions of a roller coaster, particularly during descents and curves, can lead to whiplash, especially if the head lacks adequate support or if the individual has an existing neck issue.

Lewis Capaldi reveals brutal snub from huge A-list singer after 'lovely evening together'
Lewis Capaldi has opened up about being ghosted by the star over text after they enjoyed a night out together. Lewis Capaldi has revealed that he was ghosted by a huge celebrity as he opened up on the embarrassing snub. The Someone You Loved hitmaker spoke out about his night out with global superstar Justin Bieber at a star-studded bash but said that the Love Yourself singer ignored him the next day. The Scots megastar, 28, explained that he and Bieber had exchanged numbers after meeting on the night out but after dropping him a message the following day, Lewis was left with no response. Chatting to Chris Stark on Capital Breakfast, Before You Go singer Lewis revealed: 'It was amazing, there was famous people, Charli xcx was there, Justin Bieber was there. 'Justin Bieber comes over and said 'hey man, what's going on?' And I said, 'you don't remember my name?' And he said, 'of course I do, you're Lewis Capaldi'. Me and Bieber had this super night together, like really lovely evening together. We didn't spend the night together, but we hung out and I'm like 'me and the Biebs are gonna be best pals, this is huge'." However, things did not go as planned for Lewis as he continued: 'And he's like 'man make sure I get your number tomorrow'. And I was like 'me and the Biebs, this is huge'. 'I text him maybe the most sucking up his a*** text. I said, 'Just wanted to jump on bro, last night was so special, great guy, so nice to hang out with you, such a dude'. 'He likes it and doesn't reply. So if you're out there Bieber, wherever you are, text me back please. Bieber aired me.' Capaldi returned to the spotlight earlier this summer with his surprise comeback to Glastonbury which came two years after his emotional breakdown on the very same stage, The Sun reports. The musician, who has Tourette's Syndrome, took a two-year break from the limelight after his 2023 Glastonbury performance saw him unable to carry on with the audience carrying on his songs for him. He made an iconic return to the Pyramid Stage in June with crowds of over 100,000 people chanting his name. Capaldi told fans his two years off had been 'difficult' but admitted he had unfinished business to resolve at Glastonbury. He said: "Glastonbury, it's so good to be back. I'm not gonna say much up here today because if I do, I think I'll probably start crying. "But I said it's just amazing to be here with you all, and I can't thank you all enough for coming out and coming and seeing me.' Making light of his 2023 performance, which he was forced to cut short at the time, he said: "Second time's a charm on this one, everybody. "It's just a short set today, but I just wanted to come and finish what I couldn't finish the first time.' Lewis played for 35 minutes in the surprise set slot, belting out some of his most famous tracks including Before You Go and Hold Me While You Wait.
