In addition to this, Triptii Dimri has a few more interesting projects in her kitty, including Vishal Bhardwaj's next with Shahid Kapoor, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit opposite Prabhas. This film marks the first on-screen collaboration between Prabhas and Triptii, a new pairing that is likely to generate significant interest among audiences and the industry. Additionally, Spirit is Triptii's second project with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, producer Bhushan Kumar, and Pranay Reddy Vanga after their hit film 'Animal', starring Ranbir Kapoor.
Triptii had her first lead role in the romantic drama Laila Majnu in 2018 but gained critical recognition for her performances in Anvita Dutt's films Bulbbul and Qala.
She gained immense popularity with a supporting role in the top-grossing action film Animal and has since starred in the comedy films Bad Newz and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Ibrahim Ali Khan Stood In for Ranveer Singh On Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Set, Landed His Debut
Last Updated: Kayoze Irani shares how Ibrahim Ali Khan, who once stood in for Ranveer Singh on Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, was chosen and trained for his debut in Sarzameen. Kayoze Irani, best known for his memorable role as Sudo in Student of the Year, has recently stepped behind the camera as a director with his film Sarzameen. The movie, featuring Kajol, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's son Ibrahim Ali Khan, has sparked mixed reactions since its release on JioHotstar. In a revealing chat with SCREEN, Irani explains how Ibrahim was chosen for the film and the unique process behind his preparation. He recalled, 'With Ibrahim, I was on the set of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (2023). Ibrahim was an AD (Assistant Director). He was filling in for Ranveer Singh as they were setting up the shot." He added, 'Karan sir and I both were sitting behind the monitor and we felt he's got a face for the camera. So we decided to launch him. We did an audition, readings, and a six-month workshop by Atul Mongia with him. That's how we brought him onboard." Ibrahim's training went beyond the typical acting classes. 'The first thing Ibrahim did was he went for an army boot camp. He spent about a week in the jungle, where there was no cell phone or network. If he had to contact someone, he had to cycle to the nearby post office and post a letter. Then I started talking to him about his life and journey," he said. Closer to filming, Kayoze brought Ibrahim to Atul Mongia, who is known for helping actors explore their 'inner world' to bring out authentic performances. 'AIbrahim did a great job doing that. I also did a few test shoots with him because I wanted to see how it'd affect him to shoot against the backdrop with lights. Our first day of shoot with him was in Manali, the dining table scene with Prithvi sir and Kajol ma'am", he added. News18 Showsha gave the film two stars. An excerpt from the review read, 'Ibrahim Ali Khan is better than he was in Nadaaniyan, but he's still rough around the edges. There are scenes where he gets it right – especially in the action bits and shots when he leans into that quiet, brooding vibe that don't ask for much. He shows a bit of vulnerability too, and that helps. But when the role asks for real emotional depth, it feels one-note. Mihir Ahuja does well in a short but impactful role." Dhanashree Verma Turns To Spirituality In Dubai After Yuzvendra Chahal's Explosive Divorce Confession
Last Updated: Fresh off Yuzvendra Chahal's explosive interview, Dhanashree Verma breaks her silence with soulful temple visits and a powerful message of self-reconnection in Dubai. Choreographer and digital creator Dhanashree Verma is currently embracing her singlehood after parting ways with cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal earlier this year. Having spent much of her formative years in Dubai, Dhanashree recently revisited the city, only to find herself pleasantly surprised by its evolution. The Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 finalist made a stop at a Hindu temple during her visit—an experience that seemed especially meaningful in light of her recent personal journey. Taking to social media, Dhanashree posted a series of snapshots from her Dubai trip. Among the highlights was her visit to a serene Hindu temple where she paused to offer prayers. She reflected on how Dubai has transformed not just architecturally, but also in its embrace of diverse cultures and communal harmony. The visit appeared to be both nostalgic and healing for her. Captioning her post, she wrote, 'Back in Dubai after what feels like a lifetime. Growing up here gave me so many core memories and seeing how much the city has evolved was both surreal and heartwarming. One of the highlights was visiting this beautiful Hindu temple—peaceful, powerful, and a reminder of how far this city has come in embracing culture and community. ♥ Grateful for the growth, the roots, and the reconnection." Timing That Speaks Volumes Interestingly, her Dubai retreat came shortly after her former partner Yuzvendra Chahal's candid conversation on Raj Shamani's podcast. In the interview, Chahal admitted that their relationship had been struggling for a while and that they had chosen to keep things under wraps. 'Kaafi time se chal raha tha. We decided we do not want to show people kyuki kya pata na bhi hota. We were like a normal couple on social media," he revealed, shedding light on the gap between public perception and private reality. Dhanashree and Chahal tied the knot in December 2020 after a brief courtship. Their separation came as a shock to fans who had admired their chemistry. While reports suggest Chahal is now romantically linked to RJ Mahvash, he maintains he is currently single. The Role of Spirituality Amid Life's Storms In times of emotional upheaval, many find strength in turning inward—and Dhanashree's temple visit subtly echoes this sentiment. Whether one is navigating heartbreak, transitions, or loss, spirituality often becomes a sanctuary. It offers a deeper connection to oneself, fosters acceptance, and provides clarity when the road ahead feels uncertain. In her quiet moment at the temple, Dhanashree's journey seems to reflect this inner seeking—a reminder that healing is not just about moving on, but about reconnecting with your roots and rising stronger. view comments First Published: Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's.
