Though no one matched all six numbers in the Wednesday, Feb. 26, Powerball drawing, it brought the jackpot closer to $300 million for Saturday, March 1. Check back after 11 p.m. EST for winning numbers.
The Powerball jackpot for Saturday, March 1, has climbed to $272 million, with a cash option of $128.2 million, according to Powerball online. In case you're wondering, Wednesday numbers were 28-48-55-60-62 and the Powerball was 20. Power Play was 2x. There was no grand prize winner or secondary wins in that drawing.

In the Monday, Feb. 24, Powerball drawing, a ticket purchased at a Publix in Naples, Florida, matched 5 for a $1 million prize. Winning Powerball numbers for Feb. 24, 2025, were 10-11-34-59-68 and the Powerball was 14. Power Play was 3x.
In the Wednesday, Feb. 19, Powerball drawing, a ticket matched five numbers to win $1 million. That ticket was purchased at a Publix in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The said Publix is on the Treasure Coast. The Quick Pick ticket came from Publix, 3253 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd., Port St. Lucie. Winning Powerball numbers for Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025, were 6-21-28-49-60 and the Powerball was 20. Power Play was 2x.
For the Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, drawing, a ticket from a Publix in Spring Hill, Florida, matched five numbers to win $1 million. Winning numbers for Powerball lottery drawing on Feb. 1, 2025, were 23-29-32-49-61 and the Powerball was 8. Power Play was 2x.
A "second-tier" win means a player correctly matched five numbers in the Powerball and Mega Millions lottery, and the overall jackpot typically rolls over.

Prizes for Florida Lottery must be claimed within 180 days (six months) from the date of the drawing. To claim a single-payment cash option, a winner has within the first 60 days after the applicable draw date to claim it.
The Florida Lottery says its scratch-off tickets and Fast Play game prizes "must be claimed within 60 days of the official end-of-game date. Once the applicable time period has elapsed, the related Florida Lottery ticket will expire."

According to Powerball.com, players have a 1 in 292.2 million chance to match all six numbers. Prizes range from $2 to the grand prize jackpot, which varies.
According to Florida Lottery's website, winners cannot remain anonymous: "Florida law mandates that the Florida Lottery provide records containing information such as the winner's name, city of residence; game won, date won, and amount won to any third party who requests the information."
However, the site states, the "names of lottery winners claiming prizes of $250,000 or greater will be temporarily exempt from public disclosure for 90 days from the date the prize is claimed, unless otherwise waived by the winner."
Lottery experts and lawyers have said there are ways to remain anonymous if you win.

Powerball has jackpotted to an astounding $100m on Thursday night, the biggest prize of the year, following a $70m Oz Lotto prize that went off last week Half of all Australian adults are expected to buy a ticket to the megadraw after more than 10 million people bought tickets to the last $100m prize in November last year. 'The $100m club is growing, and maybe we'll welcome a new member this Thursday.' A previous winner, who split a $200m grand prize with another lucky Australian, said she moved to Hawthorne in Brisbane after winning but she continued to live her life as normally as possible.
