Oahu's traffic deaths in 2025 have doubled compared to the same time last year
Officials said the crash happened around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 11, on the H-1 Freeway near the Kunia-Ewa offramp.
The incident caused a temporary closure of three lanes of the offramp. The area reopened shortly before 10 a.m.

Honolulu EMS responded with multiple units and provided advanced life support at the scene.
All five patients were transported to area hospitals in serious condition.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.

Lane closings ahead on Interstate 79 in Erie. Here's where, when
Some Interstate 79 lanes will be closed in Erie beginning Aug. 26. Lanes will be closed between the West 26th and West 12th street exits through Aug. 29 and again from Sept. 3-5 for bridge inspections. Flaggers may control traffic. Why the inspections? Audi Launches Killer 2025 Q3 Lease Offer For August
For those looking to grab hold of the Audi rings, the diminutive entry-level 2025 Q3 is a tempting place to start. After all, it offers the hallmarks that separate it from its more plebeian Volkswagen corporate siblings. It's tastefully understated yet upscale, looking every bit like an Audi. True, its size might lead you to believe it was left in the dryer too long, but that subcompact footprint is deceptive, as there's a surprisingly roomy rear bench and 23.7 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats, growing to 48 cubic feet once they're stashed. It even has Apple and Android connectivity, which can be wireless if you pay for the optional Technology Package. Power comes from a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and Quattro all-wheel drive. It's rated at 184 horsepower on the 40 TFSI model, and 228 horsepower on the 45 TFSI model. Each can be had in Premium or tonier Premium Plus trim. While far from Audi's hottest performer, it makes for a perfect urban conveyance with a touch of Audi luxury, and it can be had with a very tempting lease in August. Currently, Audi is offering a Q3 45 TFSI quattro Premium 36-month/30,000-mile lease for $469 per month, with a $4,289 due at signing, for residents of Florida. A security deposit is not included, and a $395 disposition fee is charged at lease end. The lease is based on an MSRP of $43,140, including destination charge. Price does not include tax, title, license, options, and dealer fees. All Q3 customers also get a $1,500 cash bonus on select Audi Q3 models. The deal is the same in Dallas or the Mid-Atlantic, but requires a $4,889 down payment, while in the Midwest, you'll need a $4,999 down payment. On the West Coast, you'll need to plunk down $5,363 to get the deal. Those in the Northeast will need the most cash at closing: $5,395. Keep in mind that, when leasing, consider the monthly payment cost, taxes, and fees before signing. Lease offers vary by metro market. Check your local pricing here. If you lack the cash to put down, understand that there are some things you might have to pay, such as the first month's payment and acquisition fee.
