Jessica Biel reveals workout that gave her an ‘unattainable' peach-shaped butt on ‘The Better Sister'
Prime Video's new thriller series 'The Better Sister' has earned lots of fans, thanks in large part to leading ladies Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks.
But the thing that no one can get over is how absolutely incredible Biel, 43, looked in that white dress — in fact, Biel has heard so much about how terrific her tush looked that she's sharing the workout that got it that way.
'Everyone is talking — or telling me that they're really enjoying — The Better Sister, which is amazing… and also talking about the white dress,' she said on TikTok, responding to a commenter who begged her to 'drop the workout routine.'
But first, Biel said, let's temper our expectations.
'I wanted to share that that peach shape in that show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and fitness — which I cannot do,' she said.
So while she got there for the series, keeping her butt like that full-time is, according to the star, a tall order.
Having made everyone feel a little bit better about themselves, she went on to say that she is 'trying to get a little bit back towards that shape' and shared some of the workouts — courtesy of Pilates guru Ashley Brown — that gave her that delectable derriere.
Lie with your upper back supported on a bench, feet flat on the floor. Drive through heels to lift your hips until shoulders‑to‑knees form a straight line, squeezing the glutes at the top.
If you don't have barbells, you can also use double dumbbells — as Biel does.
Do 10 reps and 4 sets.
Stand tall holding dumbbells or a bar.
Keeping your knees slightly bent, hinge at your hips and lower yourself down with your back straight, then squeeze hamstrings/glutes to stand back up.
Also 10 reps and 4 sets.
Lie on your back with your feet on a stability ball. Lift hips, then curl the ball toward your glutes with your feet.
Repeat 10-12 times with three sets.
Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell at your chest, then step backward (or laterally) into a deep lunge.
Three sets of 6-8 reps.
Anchor a resistance band or cable low and attach it to your ankle. Extend your leg straight back and up to activate the glute, especially the side/lateral muscles.
Two sets of 10-12 reps, using a stronger band for the second set.
Lie on your back, holding a kettlebell with arms extended. Simultaneously lower opposite arm and leg toward the floor with control.
Twelve reps total and two sets.
Proving that she is in, fact, human, Biel was out of breath by the end of the video.
'Whoo, I'm tired,' she said. 'My body is not 20 years old anymore.'

Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Joseph Beana reveals his bodybuilding motivation
Joseph Baena is following in dad Arnold Schwarzenegger's bodybuilding footsteps. The 27-year-old took to Instagram to share a video of himself lounging on the couch, captioned 'kind of tired, might skip the gym today,' but quickly jumps to his feet when a photo of his chubby childhood self appears. The Gunner actor said people often forget that he was a chubby kid in high school, which led to him being excluded from basketball and soccer games. 'I couldn't keep up with the other kids,' he recalled. It was through swimming that he became more active and this kick-started his fitness journey. 'Swim didn't have try-outs, thankfully and that completely changed my life forever. 'Everyone starts somewhere, but starting is the most important,' Joseph said. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Joseph Baena (@joebaena) During his school years, his classmates would pick on him for being overweight. 'I just felt like an outsider in high school at the beginning,' he said. 'It was my closest friends who bullied me the most and made fun of me for being overweight and all these kinds of things.' Over time, Joseph, whose mother is Arnold's longtime housekeeper, Mildred Patricia Baena, has been gaining recognition in the bodybuilding world. He began working out with his dad after Arnie gifted him a copy of his book The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. 'My father really inspires me. He kind of created the ideal physique for most people. Do I want to have the same physique? I don't know if I can,' he said. Their routine includes exercises such as incline dumbbell presses, lat pulldowns, chest presses, cable rows, military presses, lateral raise dropsets and hack squats, all performed in multiple sets and reps. Two years ago, he achieved one of his biggest fitness goals by competing in his first triathlon, and in October 2023, he described what it was like winning a medal for it. 'What a great experience it was to compete with such amazing athletes,' he wrote. 'With my birthday coming up I wanted to challenge myself in a new way, I feel like I did really well and I'm proud of myself for going the distance.'

'The Summer I Turned Pretty' Filming Locations As Fans Search For Cousins Beach
The third and final season of The Summer I Turned Pretty officially began streaming on July 16. The Prime Video series, based on the books by Jenny Han (To All the Boys I've Loved Before), has quickly become a fan favorite. The series follows Isabel 'Belly' Conklin (Lola Tung) as she's caught between two crushes: her childhood friend Conrad (Christopher Briney) and his younger brother Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno). There's also growth and drama in their family dynamics, but the heart of the series is the love story that takes place on Cousins Beach, where Belly's family visits every year. Here's where they made that atmosphere come to life. The two families vacation every year at Cousins Beach, but sadly, it turns out that the beach does not actually exist. Han told Prime Video that she 'had a lot of beaches in [her] head' as she was forming Belly's story. 'I think that's part of the reason why people can read the book and feel like [Cousins Beach] is their beach,' she said. In another interview with Today, she said that Cousins Beach was inspired by Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, the Hamptons, and Nags Head. Nags Head is in North Carolina, and that's where the show was eventually filmed—more specifically, the town of Wilmington. Other shows filmed in Wilmington, NC include Netflix's The Waterfront and the classic dramas One Tree Hill and Dawson's Creek. The Fisher family's house is located in a Wilmington gated community called Porters Neck Plantation. That's where many of the house's exterior shots were filmed. '[The house] had to have that cedar shake on it because [Han] wanted that Cape Cod Northeast look,' the location manager, Lindsay Fort, told People. As for the interior of the house, those scenes took place on sound stages in Wilmington, but the attention to detail is all the same. 'Our character Susannah [Conrad and Jeremiah's mom] loves to garden, and there are always fresh flowers throughout the house,' the production designer for season 1, Teresa Mastropierro, told House Beautiful. 'Our greens department literally transformed the landscape around the house. I think we bought every last hydrangea plant in the state.' In addition to Wilmington, scenes were filmed in other North Carolina locations like Southport, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Old River Farms, Porters Neck Country Club, Fort Fisher, and Wrightsville Beach, per People. The latter is where Belly and Jeremiah took the path from the house to the beach in season 1. 'That's the one with the seashells hanging in it,' Fort, told People about Wrightsville Beach. 'It has that really pretty romantic vibe that they run down that path.' College scenes were filmed at Han's alma mater, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 'Filming at my old dorm, Old East, was definitely emotional,' Han told UNC. 'I was in the first class of women who were allowed to live there. I would lay out in the grass and listen to music and look up at the stars. It felt very romantic and nostalgic to come back and be able to shoot my show here.' Soap star Alan Fletcher says Neighbours is finishing ‘at its peak'
Actor Alan Fletcher said Neighbours is coming to an end while the Australian soap is 'at its peak'. The programme had its final day of filming earlier this month after its two-year Prime Video revival which followed it being dropped from broadcast by Channel 5 in 2022. Fletcher, 68, who has played Dr Karl Kennedy for 30 years, said it is 'fair to say' he is now more famous in the UK than Australia due to the popularity of the show here. He told ITV's Good Morning Britain (GMB): 'It's extremely popular. It sits in the top five programmes (on Amazon). View this post on Instagram A post shared by Neighbours (@neighbours) 'Amazon gave us an extra 400 episodes, and we are eternally grateful. 'I have to say to you, when we finished filming, rather than the sadness we had the first time, I sat back and thought, 'Do you know what? We've been given the opportunity to make the best Neighbours we ever could have made'. 'That's where we finished up. I reckon Neighbours is at its peak.' The cast wrapped filming on July 11 at Nunawading Studios and the soap's final broadcast after 40 years will be in December. The programme, which launched the careers of Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Margot Robbie and Guy Pearce among others, has followed the lives of people living and working in the fictional Melbourne suburb of Erinsborough since 1985. Neighbours was dropped by Channel 5 in 2022 after it failed to secure new funding, with a finale episode in July that year attracting an average audience of 2.5 million when several well-known characters returned to the show to say goodbye. The soap's return was announced in late 2022, with a social media clip featuring some of the characters being told the news. In February this year it was announced the programme would end after reports production company Fremantle failed to secure a deal with Amazon.
