It's moist, and full of rich flavors, making it a great option for those looking for a healthier treat Here's a simple recipe for a delicious sweet potato cake: Ingredients: - 2 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp salt - 1 cup granulated sugar - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened - 2 large eggs - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3.
