Inter Milan have decided on Luis Henrique as their priority target at wingback.
The Brazilian is the player the Nerazzurri want as backup and competition for Denzel Dumfries on the right flank.
Inter already have a number of options on the flanks. Matteo Darmian has been the main backup for Dumfries for a few seasons now.
But the Nerazzurri are prioritizing adding real quality in the role. Particularly with Darmian now 35 and being phased out, as well as also playing in defense.

And according to SportItalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedulla, and agreement on a fee is now close.
Marseille had initially been holding out for around €30 million. However, they have dropped that.
Inter have had to raise their bid above the initial €20 million.
However, Pedulla anticipates that the clubs will reach a final agreement on a deal worth around €25 million, including add-ons.
Meanwhile, reports Pedulla, Luis Henrique has made up his mind that he wants to join Inter.
