Done Deal: Tchatchoua ready for Wolves after 12m offer accepted
As Football Italia reported earlier today, Wolverhampton Wanderers made a €12m offer for Jackson Tchatchoua, and Hellas Verona have now accepted. Our transfer pundit Alfredo Pedullà had revealed the figures of the latest proposal of €12m. That proved to be convincing enough for the Serie A side, while the player has also agreed personal terms and given the all clear. It means the Cameroon international should fly out on Friday to undergo his medical tests and sign the contract. Inter Milan are not seriously targeting Genoa midfielder Morten Frendrup despite some recent reports. This according to Sport Italia transfer expert Alfredo Pedulla. He reports on his homepage that the Nerazzurri do not consider central midfield to be a priority area. A number of recent reports have suggested that Inter are eyeing up a move for Morten Frendrup. The Denmark international has been one of the outstanding midfielders in Serie A in the last couple of seasons with Genoa, in terms of his defensive characteristics and ball-winning abilities. And these are traits which Inter coach Cristian Chivu certainly wants from his central midfielders.
