In 2024, she was named an All-Star, selected to the All-WNBA First Team and All-Rookie Team, won Rookie of the Year and led the entire league in assists.
With her now having a full season of experience in the WNBA, many are focused on her growth and how she'll become an even better player.

WNBA legend Candace Parker was on the podcast "Spolitics with Jemele Hill," and praised Clark for her ability to shoot from the logo and make her team better. She also admitted that Clark needs to improve her off-ball play and cut down on turnovers.

"I think the thing about Caitlin, yes, she can shoot from the logo, but she makes her team better," Parker said. "And so I think just in terms for her, it's going to be moving, what are you doing without the ball in your hands? And I think it's going to be taking care of the ball for her, those two things."
Parker also talked about how common it is for young players to turn the ball over, calling it a learning experience early in their careers.
"That's like learning," Parker added. "I think all of us young turn the ball over, and especially when you're the focal point of the entire defense. You know, you're going to have more turnovers, you're going to have more live ball situations, and the competitive element of you, you do tend to take chances early on."

Despite playing in only four games so far this season, Clark leads the league in turnovers per game with 5.0, slightly down from her average last year (5.6). On May 24 against the New York Liberty, she recorded a career-high 10 turnovers.

Advertisement Chubb, now 29 years old, has missed 24 total games in his past two seasons due to multiple injuries. Since 2023, Chubb has missed time due to a torn ACL, MCL, and a broken foot. The once dominant Cleveland Browns RB, has reportedly found a new home for the impending NFL season. According to multiple sources, Chubb, pending a physical, will sign with the Houston Texans ahead of the 2025-26 NFL season. Chubb will join Joe Mixon in the backfield, adding to an already talented roster that consists of Nico Collins, Christian Kirk, and Dalton Schultz. The instant the news broke of Chubb's potential new deal, NFL fans rushed to social media to post their reactions. Advertisement "Bro is still dangerous," @SleeperHQ posted on X. Another user on X, is more concerned on the impact this has on Chubb's former team, "Browns are fully cooked." @BetMGM posted a throwback to a dominant touchdown run by Chubb back in 2019. Another user on X appears to think this is a major upgrade to the Texans backfield, giving them a strong one-two punch, "Chubb and Mixon is a nasty duo. Blue Jays Announce Daulton Varsho News After Leaving Athletics Game
Blue Jays Announce Daulton Varsho News After Leaving Athletics Game originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Toronto Blue Jays and Athletics are playing the third of four-straight games at Rogers Centre on Saturday. Toronto took the first two games of this series from the A's in convincing fashion. Winning 12-0 on Thursday, the Blue Jays followed that with an 11-7 victory on Friday. Advertisement Looking to make it a third straight win over the Athletics and fourth straight overall, Toronto fell in an early 3-0 hole on Saturday before rallying to score four in the bottom of the first, adding a run in each of the next to innings to lead 6-5 after three. One early contributor was outfielder Daulton Varsho who walked, doubled and scored. Toronto Blue Jays center fielder Daulton Varsho (5)© John E. Sokolowski-Imagn Images One of MLB's best defensive outfielders, Varsho has contributed offensively this season as well. His .783 OPS is a career-high and he has 20 RBIs in just 24 games. Unfortunately for he and the Blue Jays, an apparent leg injury forced his exit on Saturday. Advertisement Shortly after Varsho was removed the Blue Jays announced an official update, revealing Varsho exited due to left hamstring discomfort. Injuries have cost Varsho time already this season. The 2024 Gold Glove Award winner missed time earlier in the year due to right shoulder surgery recovery, but has returned in good form. Saturday's injury is obviously unrelated to Varsho's shoulder injury, but presents a problem for the Blue Jays if it forces him to miss an extended time. Not only will the team miss his Gold Glove defense, but the left-handed hitter has been among the team's best run producers since returning. Blue Jays Drop Sudden Alek Manoah News on Friday
Blue Jays Drop Sudden Alek Manoah News on Friday originally appeared on Athlon Sports. After winning six of their last seven games at home, the Toronto Blue Jays open up a nine-game road trip on Friday, kicking off against the Minnesota Twins. Advertisement Despite some tough injury luck to start the season, Toronto (33-29) is holding up in the competitive AL East, currently 5.5 games back of the division-leading New York Yankees. On Friday morning, the team revealed some good news on a pair of pitchers recovering from major injuries, as reported by The Athletic's Mitch Bannon. Perhaps the most exciting was a sudden update on former first-round pick Alek Manoah, who hasn't pitched live in a year. Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Alek Manoah (6) in the Hamilton-Imagn Images According to Bannon, the 27-year-old Manoah is "expected to face live hitters for the first time" on Tuesday since undergoing a hybrid internal brace procedure in June 2024. Advertisement Manoah has experienced a roller coaster beginning to his MLB career after making the All-Star team and finishing third in AL Cy Young award voting in 2022. The next season was not good to him or Toronto after posting a 5.87 ERA and 3-9 record over 19 starts and 87 1/3 innings. However, he gave fans a glimmer of hope to start last season with a 3.70 ERA in five starts before his elbow injury sidelined him long term. Another fellow first-round draft pick also recovering from Tommy John surgery, Brandon Barriera, is farther ahead in his rehabilitation. As for his next step, he'll soon be joining the Florida Complex League (FCL) on a rehab assignment, per Bannon. Barriera, 21, hasn't pitched since last April.
