Report – Inter Milan & Albania EURO 2024 Star Close To Joining Torino After Bologna Transfer Collapse
Inter Milan flop Kristjan Asllani is reportedly closer to joining Torino than Bologna despite earlier reports. According to Sky Sport via FCInterNews, the Albanian midfielder's transfer to Renato Dall'Ara is on the verge of collapse. Despite jumping to the head of the queue, Bologna will likely miss out on Asllani's signature. Indeed, Inter have rejected their loan offer as they continue to insist on an immediate sale. Furthermore, Vincenzo Italiano's men have failed to convince Kristjan Asllani to join them. (Photo by) Torino have taken advantage of Bologna's slow progress in negotiations with the Nerazzurri. Moreover, they are looking to match Rossoblu's offer, considering Inter have accepted their terms. Indeed, they've approved Bologna's bid worth €9.5 million plus 40% on future resale. However, both clubs are keen to sign the 23-year-old on loan with an option to buy. Therefore, they need Inter to soften their stance and agree to let the former Empoli starlet leave on loan.

AC Milan reignite talks for Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface
AC Milan have revived their pursuit of Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface (h/t journalist Sacha Tavolieri). Having received the green light from the Nigerian striker, the Rossoneri are trying to reach an agreement with the Bundesliga club. Noah Okafor's imminent transfer to Leeds United further depletes the centre-forward options and leaves Milan with Santiago Gimenez as the only reliable number nine. Boniface has made a significant impact at Leverkusen since his move from Union Saint-Gilloise in 2023. He tallied 21 goals and 10 assists in his debut season to help Die Werkself clinch the Bundesliga title ahead of Bayern Munich.. Boniface struggled with injuries last season, but still bagged eight goals in 18 league games. Doubts have emerged over his place as new manager Erik ten Hag reportedly prefers Patrik Schick and Christian Kofane above the Nigerian. His €50 million valuation could be a sticking point, but Milan will look to negotiate the fee given the player's desire to join them. They are due to receive €20m from Okafor's sale, which will aid them in signing a new centre-forward. Milan are also working on a deal to sign Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund, but face tough competition from Napoli. Manager Massimiliano Allegri has strengthened the squad with the additions of Samuele Ricci, Luka Modric, Ardon Jashari, Pervis Estupinan, Koni De Winter and Zachary Athekamy this summer. The Rossoneri will kick off their Serie A campaign against Cremonese this weekend.
