Next shoppers swoon over 'different midi dress that disguises the tummy'
Next continues to be a firm go-to for fashion buffs at the moment. And it looks like the retailer has once again caught attention thanks to one dress in particular.
With summer still in full swing and temperatures sweltering, it's safe to say that many of us might be looking to dress up when out at a beer garden or when hosting a BBQ in the garden.
One stylish item that will be suitable for the ongoing slew of hot weather is the high street giant's Navy Kew Gardens Puff Sleeve Off Shoulder Midi Dress, with reviews calling it "so stylish" for multiple occasions.
Retailing at £42, this delightful number has been crafted from a floaty, lightweight fabric that is an essential for the current balmy summer weather we have been experiencing recently.
The midi-length frock's romantic design is further completed with a trendy all-over blue floral pattern that makes it a statement item, while the short puff sleeves offer versatility as they can be worn off the shoulders.
For those who want to hide a bloated belly, then the design also features a shirred waist that has been raved about in reviews, with one shopper saying that it "disguises" the tummy area.
A popular choice on the Next website, this £42 midi dress has already sold out in the petite length, with the regular being available in sizes six to 26, with a few tall options also included - though some are showing "low stock."
Looking to update the wardrobe for the current heatwave? Then another option from the high street that is perfect for basking in the sun outside is New Look's Yellow Floral Print Puff Sleeve Midi Dress that has been dropped from £45.99 to £15.
Alternatively, for anyone who'd prefer to have a more basic option might want to check out H&M's Black Off the Shoulder Poplin Dress that is still a stylish choice for £27.99.
Meanwhile, with Next's floral frock selling out in other patterns, we can understand why it has earned a 4.2 rating from enthusiastic shoppers who have branded it as "flattering" and "a little bit different."

One such review read: "Gorgeous material with flattering empire line if you have a tummy to disguise. Beautiful fine cotton that's more of a sateen and is more floaty.
"Fabric design is also beautiful and the style and length is a bit different to what everyone is wearing, therefore I have had lots of comments about it."
Fashion deal of the week
We might not want to admit it, but summer will soon be coming to an end.
That means getting our wardrobe ready for the autumn season, and one affordable jumper from Next is already proving to be quite a hit with fashion fans who say that it has been "beautifully made."
The firm is currently offering its Blue Stripe Layered Long Sleeve Collared Gold Detailed Button Jumper with Wool and 100 percent Cotton Shirt for £1.50 in its clearance sale.
Described as 'effortlessly stylish', this blue striped number boasts a chic collared shirt underlay and a cosy 'soft touch' knit. The design also includes elegant gold-tone buttons on the shoulder and a neat collar, plus it's easy to care for being machine washable.
Available in an array of colours and patterns, it can be bought in regular and petite sizes through X-Small to X-Large, though certain sizes are beginning to sell out.
One satisfied customer shared: "I purchased this lovely shirt and jumper combination for a video interview, and I was really pleased with how it looked.
"The bright white, soft cotton collar gives it a smart appearance and the jumper is made from a beautifully soft wool."
The Blue Stripe Layered Jumper with Wool and Cotton Shirt is available for purchase from Next at a price of £19.50.
A second five-star review read: "Lovely summer dress. Great style quality fit & price. Cool fabric for the warm weather. Everything I've come to expect from Next."
Someone else praised: "Lovely bright holiday dress. Very comfortable, instantly feel dressed when you put it on. Can be worn off the shoulder. Washes well. True to size."
Not everyone was as keen as the rest, as one two-star review read: "Didn't sit right on my shoulders. Fabric felt quite hard also."
However, there were more positive reviews, as another fashion fan said: "Lovely colorful dress for holiday. Size was spot on and the price wasn't to bad either."

Russell Grant's horoscopes as Virgo could uncover something interesting
Today's horoscope forAugust 14 sees one star sign will have a fantastic day for social, family and business communications, while another is told to offer strength and support to those around them. Today's daily horoscopes for each star sign can be found below. These daily forecasts have been compiled by astrologer Russell Grant who has been reading star signs for more than 50 years. Aries (Mar 21 - Apr 20) Ongoing arguments make life difficult. The situation won't change unless someone does something about it. Whether it means ending a commitment and walking away or persuading a colleague to take on additional responsibilities, you need to look at how to bring this matter to an end, once and for all. Taurus (Apr 21 - May 21) You're annoyed because you haven't the time to fit in everything you had planned to do. If you don't complete all that you intended, don't be hard on yourself. You will keep at it tomorrow and the day after until the work gets done. There's no doubt about that. Gemini (May 22 - June 21) You are ready to get started on new plans. These will relate to finances, your job and your current assets. You will also get a chance to be involved in a group project that's focused on children in the community. You have some great ideas and when you feel so enthusiastic you can be very convincing and persuasive. Cancer (June 22 - July 23) You could find yourself talking with someone who is creative, skilful and yet also quite eccentric. Ideas are shared that you will want to consider more fully when you are on your own. A neighbour is drawn to you due to your interest in unusual topics. Leo (July 24 - Aug 23) You will find out something new during a casual conversation. Although someone who loves to gossip will want to prolong a discussion, you will be keen to break away in order to make a few more enquiries about something they happened to say that intrigues you. Virgo (Aug 24 - Sept 23) After some quiet delving you could uncover something interesting. Whereas some people around you are being too open about their intentions, you will take a step back to do some quiet research or discreet learning. It may even be just some online browsing that brings you the answer you are looking for. Libra (Sept 24 - Oct 23) You're listening attentively to what other people are saying, suggesting and planning but you aren't going to reveal your own thoughts. You might need more time to come to a decision or you may already have some hidden plans in the works and you will continue to keep these a secret. Scorpio (Oct 24 - Nov 22) A chat with a woman in a position of authority, either a senior colleague or older relative, could turn out to be quite interesting or unexpected. At least one thing they tell you will take you by surprise. If you are getting involved in a friend's plans later, at least ensure this suits your interests too. Sagittarius (Nov 23 - Dec 21) If you aren't making travel plans you could be looking to start something new in the areas of publishing, law, medicine or higher education. Once you have decided on this, you won't be distracted from your aims. Conversations about shared property and other people's resources are likely to go smoothly. Capricorn (Dec 22 - Jan 20) You can't complain about being bored when there is so much happening around you. It is your choice as to whether or not to get involved. Even just watching what is going on can be entertaining. It's a good time for learning something new. Talking with an influential person will leave a lasting impression on you. Aquarius (Jan 21 - Feb 19) Discussions and interactions with others will be interesting, insightful and uplifting. People will react positively to your ideas and suggestions. You will want to share more due to their favourable responses. It's a fantastic day for social, family and business communications. Pisces (Feb 20 - Mar 20) Your attention is turning towards the needs of your family and other loved ones. If someone close needs help in organising their finances, health needs or basic routines, you will be happy to assist. Your children and loved ones need your strength and support and you intend to be there for them.

Emmerdale's Vinny Dingle 'to report attacker to the police' - but it's not Mike
Emmerdale's latest episode saw Vinny Dingle preparing to contact the police after a beating from Mike, but it was teased someone else could be framed on the ITV soap One character faced being framed by Vinny Dingle in Emmerdale over a brutal attack. In sad scenes, Vinny had his fiancée Gabby Thomas believe someone else other than Mike had hurt him while he continued to lie about a theft from the night before. But as Vinny prepared to report the assault to the police during the latest episode, he broke down just moments after a confrontation with pal Kammy. It was Kammy that Gabby assumed had attacked Vinny, while she doesn't know just how badly Vinny was harmed having been kept in the dark about what's been going on lately. It comes as Mike's real identity was exposed as he beat up Vinny during Tuesday's episode, following weeks of Vinny questioning his sexuality ahead of his wedding to Gabby. Mike's real agenda also came to light as he used Vinny's torment against him in a blackmail twist. As fans know, Vinny has been questioning his sexuality ever since his near-kiss with pal Kammy. He's been left torn over whether he wants to be with Gabby despite his love for her, and he started speaking to Mike online who he thought was experiencing a similar situation to him. This is what Mike, actually Graham, had Vinny believe and this week we finally found out he was using it to blackmail him for his money. In violent scenes Mike beat Vinny on the ground before demanding £10,000. With that he fled the scene with Gabby and Vinny's wedding rings, and Vinny covered the whole thing up. Unfortunately for him Kammy sensed something was wrong and kept pushing, but he refused to confide in him. Instead, Vinny deliberately goaded Kammy into going for him cleary to get him to back off but also possibly to frame him for his bruises. The cruel twist saw Kammy shouted at by Gabby who later threatened him in the pub, refusing to listen to his version of events. Kammy later visited Vinny to ask what was going on, baffled by his behaviour. But Vinny screamed at him and refused to admit the truth, leading to Kammy telling him he needed to tell someone whatever was bothering him. In the end Kammy couldn't get through to him and left while Vinny seemed thoughtful, before a conversation with Gabby later on. We saw Vinny search for the number of the local police station on his phone, preparing to click call. But if Vinny does report the attack, could he be about to frame Kammy for the crime to cover up everything? Or might Vinny find the courage to tell the police and Gabby what went on with Mike.
