Harvey, 22, was born with the rare genetic condition Prader-Willi syndrome, and is also autistic and partially blind and as a result spends a lot of time in a residential facility for those with additional needs.
Katie said: 'When I took him [Harvey] back to college, Soph, it broke my heart. He just so didn't want to go and I said 'We have to go back to get your meds Harv' and as we were getting near it he was going, 'Mum, Harvey's so sad. I'm so angry', and I'm like, 'Why Harv' – obviously I know why.
''College, I miss Mummy. Mummy's the best'.
"And then I thought I'd have no car left he was trying to kick the car door backwards.
"And then, the college phoned me and said, 'Harvey said you're picking him up in a week and he's not coming back here now, is that true?' I said, 'No that's not true'.'
"And they phoned me and said, 'He keeps saying you're getting him in a week and he's not coming back to college again' and I said, 'No he's pulling the strings on you'."
Harvey was previously accepted into a £350,000-a-year residential college three hours away from Katie's home in Horsham, West Sussex.
Sophie asked: 'How long has he got left at college now?'
Katie revealed plans to move him to a college closer to her.
Heartbroken Katie Price reveals Harvey is nearly 30 STONE and his life is at risk as she gives worrying health update
The media personality explained: 'We're just waiting for it to finish – the build – it should be next month now because it's a brand new…
'They're doing the whole place, you know what it's like on as building site things go on longer. He's just outgrown, just does not want to be there.
"And then, one of them phoned me and said – the one he likes there – said, 'Yeah he's really angry, he's hit me twice, he's kicked me in the leg. He's never gone for me.'
'That's how angry he is. He just hates it there and I hate it but then I've had him for two weeks on tour I need a bit of a [break] as well, do you know what I mean.'
Katie admitted her struggles at looking after Harvey, saying: 'He's worse than a newborn.
"He's worse than a toddler. It's full-on as you know, constant.'
Katie said the new facility is only 25 minutes from her new home.
During the same episode of the Katie Price show podcast, the mum-of-five opened up about her fears for Harvey's weight.
She added: "He's just under 30st and that's huge. He's on the verge of a heart attack.
"He won't have a long life if he carries on putting more and more weight on.
"That's obviously a massive worry for me, but we're doing something about it with the doctors.
"We're waiting to start him on Mounjaro but because of his complex needs and medications he's on things aren't as easy."
The mum showered her disabled son with praise as she spoke of the challenges in bringing him up.
"I love my Harvey Price.
"As much as I say Harvey is hard work, it's a hard work I wouldn't want to be without. It's very rewarding.
"I can't imagine Harvey in two years when he's started Mounjaro and has lost a lot of weight."

However, Vernon was on hand to bring him back down to Earth, telling Paddy that Rachel was a 'United fan'. A horrified Paddy then changed his mind and declared: 'Oh I've gone right off her!' Unfortunately for Paddy, who is currently single after splitting from wife Christine McGuinness in 2022, Rachel is a taken woman, marrying Strictly Come Dancing pro Pasha Kovalev in 2019. The pair have been together since 2014, shortly after meeting on the BBC dancing show and Rachel split from her husband. Nick Knowles marries fiancée 27-years his junior in romantic six-figure ceremony

Nick Knowles has married his fiancée 27-years his junior in a romantic six-figure ceremony today. The DIY SOS star has tied the knot to Katie Dadzie after more than four years together. 34-year-old Katie and 62-year-old Nick first met back in 2019 before making their relationship official two years later in 2021. The pair certainly haven't gone without when it's come to their special day as it was reported that the event has cost six-figures. Nick looked suave in a light pink tuxedo jacket which he paired with black trousers and a matching black bow tie. He finished his look with a purple flower in his lapel. Meanwhile, Katie stunned guests as she wore a non-traditional wedding gown. Instead of the usual all-white dress, she instead opted to go for white with blue flower details. She had her hair tied up in a bun and went for full glam wedding makeup. She then accessorised her look with a sparkly statement necklace and a long veil. Nick and Katie first crossed paths in 2019 when Katie's daughters became friends with Nick's youngest son Eddie, 9, at a play centre. Katie is a lingerie and sex toy business owner and also owns another company, Boobbix which sells 'lactation products for breastfeeding mums'. Nick got down on one knee two years ago when the pair were in New Orleans together. Since then, Katie has celebrated her last time being single as she headed out on on a hen-do with her nearest and dearest soon before the big day. Katie, who is also a proud mum-of-two, had to defend the significant age gap between her and Nick. However, she isn't the first younger woman that the star has been associated with. In 2019, Nick was seen getting close to 26-year-old PR executive Emily Hallinan as they enjoyed a date with each other to a West End show. The year previous saw the TV star in a relationship with marketing executive Rebecca Kearns who is also reportedly over 30 years younger than him. After he split up from Rebecca, Nick was photographed getting cosy with Emmerdale's Gemma Oaten following an evening at the TV Choice Awards in September 2016. However, the photos led to their split, with Gemma talking about the situation, saying: "One Sunday morning we were lying in bed and all these texts came through about us being photographed together. In an instant he completely changed. It was all about him and how it was going to affect his family. It was really cruel as he said it didn't matter for me. I felt sick." She added: "I said, 'Do you want to throw away what we have? We have done nothing wrong'. But he just dropped me like a ton of bricks. I thought it was a real relationship and he wasn't afraid to let others know."

King and Duchess of Edinburgh visit Royal Windsor Flower Show

Charles, who has a passion for gardening, stopped to smell the flowers during his visit to the show which is billed as 'a joyful one-day celebration of gardening, nature, food and traditional crafts'. Gardener Alan Titchmarsh, who is the honorary president of the Royal Windsor Rose & Horticultural Society, helped to welcome the royal party including the Duchess of Edinburgh who officially opened the event. (Andrew Matthews/PA) The theme for this year's show, held at the York Club in Windsor Great Park, is Patterns in Nature' inspired by Charles's 2010 book called Harmony: A New Way Of Looking At Our World. The King's Foundation explains Charles's philosophy of harmony is aimed at understanding 'the balance, order and relationships between ourselves and the natural world' to 'create a more sustainable future'. The Duchess of Edinburgh and Alan Titchmarsh (Andrew Matthews/PA) It adds: 'The Harmony philosophy sees everything in nature as interconnected, including ourselves. 'This means taking a holistic approach to the challenges facing our planet, and looking to solve these challenges by working with nature, rather than against her.' The Duchess of Edinburgh meets with Chelsea pensioners as she attends the Royal Windsor Flower Show (Andrew Matthews/PA) Apart from looking at the displays Charles smiled and shook hands with members of the public and Sophie chatted with Chelsea pensioners. There were also expert talks, demonstrations and hands-on workshops on offer for those who attended. Saturday was the 118th edition of the show, which has Charles as its patron.
