Fleetwood Mac icon Stevie Nicks confirms upcoming album after decade-long hiatus

Stevie Nicks, the iconic voice behind Fleetwood Mac and unforgettable hits like "Edge of Seventeen," has confirmed that a new album is on the way.
After a decade-long hiatus, the 76-year-old singer has revealed her upcoming work will reflect her personal experiences, particularly her love life, with lyrics already written.
Speaking during her induction into the Pollstar Live Hall of Fame on Wednesday night, Nicks shared that the album, currently titled Ghost, had come together unexpectedly in the past few weeks.
'I'm actually making a record right now,' she said, adding, 'I call it the Ghost record because it just kind of happened in the last couple of weeks. I have seven songs and they are autobiographical, real stories where I'm not pulling any punches for probably the first time in my life.'
She went on to explain that these songs would offer an intimate look into her past, saying, 'They're not airy-fairy songs that you're wondering who they're about, but you really don't get it. They are real stories, memories of mine, of fantastic men.'
The album's creation was sparked by the turmoil Nicks faced when forced to leave her Los Angeles home due to the devastating wildfires.
Ghost will mark Nicks' first album release in 14 years, following 2011's In Your Dreams.
The project is set to feature collaborations with renowned artists such as Tom Petty, Joe Walsh, Don Henley, and Jimmy Iovine, making it an eagerly awaited return for the legendary artist.

Hollywood's iconic Demi Moore named 'world's most beautiful person' of 2025

People Magazine has announced Hollywood icon Demi Moore as the "Most Beautiful Person of 2025" in its latest issue, recognizing the 62-year-old actress for her timeless beauty and resilience. Moore graces the magazine's cover and speaks candidly about her journey, embracing aging, and her evolving relationship with her body. In the interview, Moore reflects on the trials and triumphs of her life, from her challenging childhood to her groundbreaking career and motherhood. Despite Hollywood's tendency to equate beauty with youth, Moore embraces the natural process of aging, saying, "I can accept that that's where I'm at today, and I know the difference today is that it doesn't define my value or who I am." Moore, known for her roles in films like G.I. Jane and Ghost, also addresses the pressures of maintaining physical perfection in her earlier years. She reveals a shift in her perspective, saying she now has a "much more relaxed relationship" with her body and trusts her body's needs. This newfound acceptance and self-compassion have led her to a more intuitive and less fear-driven approach to her physical health. Moore's recognition by People Magazine highlights the evolving standards of beauty in society, emphasizing the importance of authenticity and self-acceptance over traditional ideals. As the magazine's cover star, Moore's journey continues to inspire fans, proving that beauty transcends age and external appearance. Moore's feature comes ahead of the release of her new project, The Substance, and her return to the screen in season 2 of Landman on Paramount+.
