Jesse Lingard shows off new look as Man Utd cult hero, 32, stars in GQ Korea advert

Lingard, 32, signed for Korean side FC Seoul last February after his deal with Nottingham Forest came to an end.

Lingard spent eight months without a side after leaving the City Ground, before penning a two-year deal in the Korean capital.
The former Manchester United star has scored four goals in 16 league matches for Seoul this season, who sit seventh in the K League 1.
Lingard showed off his new trim in an interview with GQ Korea and admitted to visiting his barber at least once a week.
The ex-England international said: "Every time I get a haircut, I like to brush. I need to be looking fresh.
"Most of our games are on television, I like to look fresh.
"Probably once a week, I get a haircut. Very popular in England, this haircut."
Old team-mate Timothy Fosu-Mensah, who spent five years at United, was quick to compliment Lingard's new locks.
People online were also quick to react to Lingard's drastic change in appearance.
One X user wrote: "He looks like a K-pop star."
Another added: "Bro actually looks Korean now."
Lingard, who used to be partially blamed for Man Utd's downturn, recently opened up about the crisis at his boyhood club where he spent 22 years.
He told BBC Sport: "They will always be one of the biggest clubs in the world and fans will support them through thick and thin.
"It might be a long-term project with Ruben Amorim. He knows what he wants to do.
"It's tough when you're not in the Champions League to attract players so he was relying on winning the Europa League.
"It's harder to recruit when you're not in the Champions League. It's 100 per cent a factor."
Lingard moved to West Ham on loan a year before his Forest switch and the Englishman bagged nine goals in 16 games.
But he struggled at the City ground, featuring just 20 times before being released after a string of injuries in summer 2023.
He revealed "life's good" in Korea and believes he has rapidly adapted to the different style of football.
The United academy star also admitted to scoffing McDonalds and Papa Johns since moving to Korea.

Christian Eriksen hints at next transfer with Premier League admission
Christian Eriksen insists there is "interest all around" ahead of his departure from Manchester United as a free agent at the end of June, but he hasn't decided where he will move yet Christian Eriksen says he is hoping to leave England and the Premier League behind this summer. Eriksen will leave Manchester United as a free agent when his contract expires on June 30 and is yet to decide where to move. The 33-year-old midfielder contributed eight goals and 19 assists in 107 matches for United across all competitions since joining on a free transfer in July 2022. But he struggled to win over Ruben Amorim in the 2024/25 season, starting just 11 Premier League games as they finished a lowly 15th, and was not offered a new contract. After being excused from the post-season trip to Malaysia and Hong Kong in order to marry his partner Sabrina Kvist Jensen, Eriksen is now preparing for international duty. He will be involved in their friendlies against Northern Ireland and Lithuania over the next week, before deciding on his future at club level. While there is nothing concrete yet, Eriksen is keen to leave England after spending 10 seasons in the Premier League with United, Brentford and Tottenham. The Danish midfielder has also played for Inter Milan and Ajax and wants to find a new experience. 'I would rather get away from the Premier League,' he told Danish TV. 'I feel like I've taken my turn in the Premier League, so I'm looking outside the English borders. It has been a great place for me and my family, and we have been there for many years. "When I moved from Tottenham to Inter, it wasn't my plan to go back to England either. After that I've been there for three and a half years again, so you should never say never. But my priority is that I have to leave." Eriksen has been linked with a move to Danish side Odense, where he spent time as a youngster. But he says, while there is plenty of interest, nothing has been decided. HAVE YOUR SAY! Where will Christian Eriksen end up this summer? Comment below. 'It's football's rumour mill. I hope no-one has put money on it being now, because then they will lose,' he said. "Right now there is nothing. There is interest all around, but there is nothing where I am close to signing.' He added: "My focus is on playing international matches, and then go on a good summer holiday. Then we will see how long the holiday will be." Eriksen is leaving United as a free agent alongside Jonny Evans and Victor Lindelof. Speaking to TNT Sports after the final game of the season, a 2-0 win over Aston Villa in which he scored a penalty, he said: 'It has been a tough season, but I am going to wish them all the best. It is an incredible stadium, an incredible club and I have no doubt I will be back at some point.'

Son Heung-min set to leave Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur captain Son Heung-min could be another high-profile departure this summer as the club seek to generate transfer funds and reshape their squad ahead of a return to the Champions League next season. There is an opportunity for Spurs to generate a fee for Son, 32, who lifted the Europa League trophy in Bilbao last month. He has one year left on his existing contract after the club triggered an option for another year this January. Saudi Pro League clubs have long been interested in Son, a recognisable world star with a major following in Asia as well as Europe. Son would depart on a high as one of the greats of Spurs in the last two decades. He has been captain since August 2023 and the departure of his erstwhile strike partner, Harry Kane. A persistent foot injury meant Richarlison just edged ahead of Son for the Spurs XI that started the final against Manchester United, although the South Korean came on in the second half. Arguably the best Spurs signing of the modern era, Son joined from Bayer Leverkusen in 2015 and has become a star of the Premier League and in his home country, South Korea. He was not in the squad for the final Spurs game of the season, a 4-1 home defeat to Brighton as a consequence of the foot injury. Son is currently with the South Korea national team, which plays its final two World Cup qualifiers against Iraq and Kuwait this month. They need only a single point to reach the tournament and Son is not expected to feature in a prominent role as he recovers from injury. He did not feature in Tuesday's new season kit launch. Ange Postecoglou's future looks very much in doubt, with no assurances yet from chairman Daniel Levy that the Australian will continue as manager next season. Postecoglou has been on holiday in Europe since the end of the Europa League victory celebrations last week. Telegraph Sport reported on Monday that Levy's key aide at the club, Donna Cullen, is stepping down after a long period of service with Enic, the company that controls Spurs. Cullen has been on the board at the club since 2006. In addition, there are questions over the future of finance director Matthew Collecott. Nevertheless, victory over United and the first European trophy since 1984 has changed the mood among supporters after a league season in which Spurs finished 17th – with a victory parade on Tottenham High Road. Postecoglou said after the parade it was not he who would make the decisions on his future. Asked how he felt about Spurs' season, Postecoglou responded to the BBC: 'How do I assess it? Outstanding. We won a trophy which we haven't done in 17 years and we are in the Champions League. Ask anyone at this football club at the start of the year whether they would take that – I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be a person in the house who wouldn't.'
