Bloomberg Businessweek Daily: US-China Talk Minerals
Trade talks between the US and China will continue into a second day, according to a US official, as the two sides look to ease tensions over shipments of technology and rare earth elements. Representatives for both nations ended their first day of negotiations in London after more than six hours at Lancaster House, a 19th century mansion near Buckingham Palace. The talks concluded around 8 p.m. London time and will resume Tuesday in the British capital, the official said. 'We are doing well with China. China's not easy,' Trump told reporters at the White House on Monday. 'I'm only getting good reports.' Gracelin Baskaran, Director of the Critical Minerals Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies discusses the importance of rare earth materials to American defense and economic initiatives.

Jim Cramer Notes DoorDash (DASH) Has 'Been a Winner From the Get-Go'
We recently published a list of . In this article, we are going to take a look at where DoorDash, Inc. (NASDAQ:DASH) stands against other stocks that Jim Cramer discusses. Cramer made a bullish comment on DoorDash, Inc. (NASDAQ:DASH) during the episode as he said: 'There's no real theme to the other stocks on the list. DoorDash, that's been a winner from the get-go. And we know from Campbell's… conference call and by Dollar General too, that people like to eat at home these days. That could mean DoorDash, which is remarkably well run and has a deservedly strong reputation if indeed you don't want to cook at home.' DoorDash (NASDAQ:DASH) operates a digital platform that connects merchants, consumers, and couriers. Furthermore, the company provides delivery, logistics, and online ordering solutions, along with subscription programs and tools to support merchant operations and customer engagement. Sands Capital stated the following regarding DoorDash, Inc. (NASDAQ:DASH) in its Q1 2025 investor letter: A shot of a delivery driver zooming down a busy street, symbolizing the company's quick and efficient delivery services. 'DoorDash, Inc. (NASDAQ:DASH) is the leading food delivery platform in the United States by market share. The business exceeded investor expectations in its most recently reported quarter, demonstrating continued strong execution. Orders grew 19 percent year-over-year, supported by 14 percent growth in monthly active users, while adjusted EBITDA rose 56 percent. First-quarter 2025 guidance was better than consensus expected, calling for 20 percent gross order volume growth. Our investment case continues to play out, and we continue to believe that consensus underestimates DoorDash's longer-term earnings power.' Overall, DASH ranks 10th on our list of stocks that Jim Cramer discusses. While we acknowledge the potential of DASH as an investment, our conviction lies in the belief that some AI stocks hold greater promise for delivering higher returns and have limited downside risk.
