Lottery player hits $100,000 jackpot in South Carolina. Where was ticket sold?
The player bought a Palmetto Cash 5 ticket that matched all the numbers picked in the June 20 drawing, making it worth $100,000, the S.C. Education Lottery wrote in a news release.
The winning numbers: 9-23-25-36-39.
So, where was the lucky ticket sold? The winner bought it at Gas N Go on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston. A photo posted to Google Street View shows an Amoco gas station at the address.
Palmetto Cash 5 is a rolling jackpot game that offers tickets starting at $2. To win a jackpot prize, a player's ticket must beat 1-in-850,668 odds to match all five numbers picked in a drawing, lottery officials wrote on their website.
As of about 7:30 a.m. June 23, no one had claimed the big prize. In South Carolina, jackpot winners have about six months to come forward, rules show.

TikTok user Lady K ( @theycallmeladyk ) walked her followers through the deal in a video posted on July 3. 'Alright, here we go,' she says. 'We're gonna hit rewards. And then loyalty number. Put your phone number in. You have your account linked with Prime.' The pump goes from showing a price of $2.83 per gallon to $1.83 per gallon. 'Wow. Holy cow. That's crazy,' Lady K says. A Reminder While She's Filling Up 'As a reminder, while I'm filling up, if you haven't seen my previous videos. July 3-6, Prime members can save at BP, AMPM, and Amoco gas stations. A dollar off a gallon of gas up to 35 gallons,' Lady K says. 'To begin Prime Day,' she says. 'So make sure you sign up. Use the Earnify app, which is BP's app, and link those.' She then shows a photo of her final transaction. She paid $25 for 13.6 gallons of gas. In the caption, she writes, 'This is crazy. Amazon Prime members! Link those accounts and goooo!!' Prime Fuel Savings Deal This Fuel Savings Offer for $1 off per gallon of gas is an early Prime Day deal that ends on July 6. But if you miss the deal, don't fret. Prime members can always save a total of $.10 per gallon at BP, Amoco, and participating AMPM gas stations. With the Earnify app, which is BP's rewards program , members can save an additional $.5. As the TikToker said, you enter your phone number or activate the Earnify app at the pump to get the discount. Of course, as several commenters pointed out, there is some fine print to be aware of here. It's important to note this is a one-time offer, the savings calculation is based on the average light-duty economy car, and you'll lose access if you cancel your Prime membership. Gas Price Blues In the comments section, some viewers expressed shock at the relatively low cost of gas in Lady K's area. 'The fact that your gas is under $3 to begin with,' wrote one driver. A second user agreed, 'Meanwhile, in California, I paid $4.89 a gallon yesterday.' A fellow Amazon Prime member offered a bit of advice. 'It's only one time, so bring all of your cars so you can use the gallon max. My wife and I bring both our cars and fill up both when I have discounts on gas,' they wrote. In a direct message to Motor1 , Lady K said she is overwhelmed, surprised, and thrilled by the response to her video, which has over 1 million views as of this writing. 'I had been sharing about their fuel program since May,' she said. 'In June, they were offering $.20 off gas on Fridays and every little bit helps. I had just learned that this was an option … and just wanted to share it with others for awareness.' She continued, 'When I went on the 3rd to get gas, I assumed the gas station would be busy. I pulled in and it was just my car filling up. That's when I realized people just don't know about it and I wanted that to change.' 'I'm happy if one extra person benefited off of getting that discount from the video. Every time someone mentions that they got the deal it makes my day, because that's what I wanted—to help people.' Hitting the highway for the holiday weekend? Whether you're heading into the Indianapolis area or leaving the Hoosier State to celebrate the Fourth of July, Amazon Prime is giving travelers a chance to save money on gas. Prime Day is actually four days on the week after the holiday, but with this deal, you can start saving even earlier. About 61.6 million car travelers are expected to drive over the holiday weekend. If you are an Amazon Prime member, you can get a deal on gasoline at more than 7,500 Amoco, BP, and participating AM/PM locations nationwide starting Thursday, July 3, through, Sunday, July 6. An Amazon Prime membership, which includes free deliveries, discounts at Whole Foods and free Grubhub+ membership, costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year. Young adults and those on government assistance may be eligible for a discounted Amazon Prime membership. Amazon Prime members will need to link their membership to Earnify, the bp loyalty program, to get the deal. Then, during the July 4th weekend (July 3-6), they can get $1 off per gallon on one fuel purchase (up to 35 gallons) when they fill up at more than 7,500 Amoco, BP and participating AM/PM locations. Once your account is linked, use the Earnify app store locator to find the nearest participating station. At the pump, redeem the offer by inputting your phone number or linked payment method – or by selecting the gas station and pump they are using in the Earnify app. Find deals on Amazon Prime members can also regularly get a 10-cent per gallon discount every day when they buy gas at participating locations, with their linked accounts. Amazon added the 10-cent gas discount after getting feedback from Amazon Prime members, Amazon Prime vice president Jamil Ghani told USA TODAY at the time.
