The pair share three kids together - their sons Finn and JJ and their daughter Eve.
In an uncommon sight these days, Karen uploaded a physical photograph of the young lovebirds.
The baby-faced pair looked delighted as they posed for a snap on Dublin's Harcourt street, after a night out on the town.

For their night out, Karen wore a white blazer that she paired with a lime green top underneath.
To round off the look she popped on a pair of denim jeans with some white and green coloured heels that complemented her tops.
While her now husband looked effortlessly cool in a black leather bomber jacket that he paired with some dark wash jeans.

'Devastated' Rod Stewart cancels US concerts due to illness
Rod Stewart has cancelled a string of concerts in the US as he recovers from flu. Stewart is due to play the coveted Glastonbury tea-time slot at the Somerset festival on Sunday 29 June. He took to Instagram to announce that he was "devastated" to have to cancel or reschedule six US shows, due to take place in the next eight days. "I have to cancel and reschedule my next six concerts in June as I continue to recover from the flu," he wrote. "So sorry my friends. "I'm devastated and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience to my fans. I'll be back on stage and will see you soon." Stewart also listed the four shows he was cancelling in Las Vegas and Stateline, Nevada, as well as two he plans to reschedule in California. The 80-year-old singer recently announced he will reunite with his former Faces bandmate Ronnie Wood for his much-anticipated set at Glastonbury. In 2024, he promised he would not retire but confirmed his 2025 European and North American shows would bring an end to his "large-scale world tours", with his next slate to be held at more intimate venues.

'I've just felt so strong and strong minded and my best.' The star had a very difficult first birth and while pregnant with her second child she insisted she would not have any more. Rod Stewart left ‘devastated' as he is forced to cancel SIX live shows after falling ill – just weeks before Glastonbury
SIR Rod Stewart has said he's devastated as he's forced to cancel six more shows from his US tour after coming down with flu. The next slide on the text-based post confirmed the four cancelled dates are three performances at the Colosseum Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada, and one at Lake Tahoe Amphitheater at Caeser's Republic in Stateline, Nevada.
