His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister has met with government leaders, business figures, diplomats and citizens at his majlis in Nad Al Sheba.
During the gathering, Sheikh Hamdan highlighted Dubai's long-standing commitment to government excellence and digital transformation, noting the emirate's shift to a digital-first approach and its focus on flexibility, speed and bold decision-making.
He also pointed to the UAE's rising global influence in governance and innovation, with many countries now studying its model.
The discussion also touched on key initiatives under the Dubai 2030 Plan, the D33 Economic Agenda, and the Social Agenda 33, all aimed at making Dubai one of the best cities in the world to live and work.

The disbursement of the second housing package of 2025 comes ahead of Eid Al Adha and reflects the leadership's ongoing commitment to comprehensive development, enhancing the wellbeing and stability of Emirati families, empowering them to actively contribute to the nation's progress, in line with UAE Year of Community objectives aimed at strengthening social cohesion and reinforcing community solidarity. The package follows the recent endorsement of an additional community support subsidy of AED250,000 for existing beneficiaries of housing loans, including a reduction of up to 50 per cent in monthly loan instalments, and a wide range of other services and facilities. It brings the total housing benefits delivered to citizens in Abu Dhabi in 2025 to AED11.38 billion.

He also thanked His Highness for his continued support of the Pilgrims Affairs Office, which enables the team to deliver comprehensive services and ensure a smooth and safe Hajj experience for all Emirati pilgrims.
