Huda Beauty Easy Bake powder perfect for setting makeup on offer for heatwave
There's nothing more annoying than doing a full face of makeup and it all melting off in the heat. Now beauty buffs have found a secret weapon for keeping their makeup intact and locked in - and it's currently on offer.
The Huda Beauty Easy Bake loose baking and setting powder is a cult favourite among beauty buffs and is found in pretty much every makeup artists kit thanks to it's matte and luminous finish ensuring your makeup stays in place all day.
Wearing makeup while it's hot can be uncomfortable, and after a few hours may have melted off your face which is why setting powder can come in handy. Sweat, moisture and heat doesn't work well, but here's the trick.
Baking is a key step to a flawless finish while ensuring long-lasting, melt-proof makeup, so this Huda Beauty powder is light and silky on your skin as it blends into your skin, leaving it matte with a little sheen. It also works to control shine throughout the day and it works to colour correct and highlight different contours of the face.
What's more, it also comes in a range different shades, curated for all skin tones so there is a shade for everyone. These include:
Banana Bread
Blondie
Kunafa
Pound Cake
Coffee Cake
Cherry Blossom Cake
To use, simply apply a generous layer of powder under the eye, T-zone, laugh lines, outer corners of the mouth, and chin, let the powder bake for three to five minutes and then gently dust away excess powder.
The setting powder usually costs £34, but it currently has 30% off online on Beauty Bay, and shoppers can pick it up for just £23 currently - making it a real steal during the summer heatwave.

Luxury fragrance brand launches £62 ‘Aperol spritz' perfume that smells like summer weekends
If you've been looking for the perfect summer scent, you're in luck as Maison Margiela's REPLICA has launched a new 'Aperol spritz' fragrance that's been hailed as 'summer in a bottle' With balmy evenings, blue skies, and sunshine-filled mornings, summer is (hopefully) here to stay. And now that the warm weather is mostly settling in, there's no better time to treat yourself to a new scent. So if you're on the hunt for a new fragrance to match your mood, Maison Margiela's REPLICA has just launched what might be its most summery scent yet. The French luxury fashion house introduced its first fragrance, Untitled, in 2010, and has since built a cult following with its genderless perfumes and home scents. By 2012, the iconic REPLICA line was born, designed to capture nostalgic moments and feelings through scent. From By the Fireplace to Lazy Sunday Morning, each fragrance is intended to reproduce a familiar scent. And now, Never Ending Summer is here with that golden hour, Aperol-sipping, Italian coastline vibe. With spicy citrus notes and a gorgeous sunset orange shade, this could easily become your new favourite scent of the season. The top notes include spritz accord, bitter orange, and pepper duet, with the base notes of patchouli, cedarwood, and vetiver bringing an earth element to the Mediterranean citrus smells. The overwhelming reviews all agreed that this scent is 'summer in a bottle' or the 'perfect summer scent'. One shopper praised: "Summer in a bottle. Maison Margiela's Never Ending Summer Eau de Toilette is sunshine in scent form! It opens with a burst of citrus and warm, sun-kissed notes that instantly lift my mood. Light, fresh, and effortless, it lingers beautifully without being overpowering. It truly captures that carefree, golden-hour vibe. Perfect for daily wear or a summer getaway, this fragrance feels like a warm embrace from a perfect day. A second added: "So summery. I purchased this a gift for a friend who was spending her honeymoon in the Amalfi Coast. She wears it all the time now and it smells so good on her. It is very citrusy and fresh - perfect for summer and my friend says it reminds her so much of being on the Amalfi Coast." However, a couple did note that the lasting power is not as long as it should be for the price. A reviewer said: "Summer in a bottle but doesn't last long enough. I got to try this in store today. It's such a refreshing citrus scent, perfectly balanced not too sweet nor sharp or sour. My only complaint is that it didn't last, and I could hardly smell the zesty notes on my jacket after two hours; it just left with a faint mossy scent. If you're looking to test out the Replica fragrance before purchasing, the Maison Margiela Replica Memory Box is £36 and allows you to sample 10 different mini fragrances. While the Kayali Discovery Sampler Set is currently £18.65 at Beauty Bay.

Olivia Attwood uses this TikTok viral setting spray to lock in her TV make-up
Olivia Attwood just gave fans a peek into the make-up she uses ahead of filming her TV show, and amongst the beauty products was one affordable setting spray that went viral on TikTok If you're wondering how a TV personality keeps their make-up locked in through long sessions in front of the camera, look no further. Olivia Attwood has just given her Instagram followers a look into the beauty products she uses when filming for her TV show, including a viral setting spray that comes with an affordable price tag. Appearing among other popular brands, keen-eyed fans might have spotted the new and viral sensation that is Huda Beauty's Easy Bake Setting Spray. It starts at £15 at Sephora and is also available to buy from Boots, Cult Beauty, and Beauty Bay. Hidden among the iconic One/Size 'Til Dawn setting spray and the TikTok viral Kryolan fixing spray is this new gem from the cult-favourite brand Huda Beauty. Touted as a long-lasting setting spray that blurs pores, controls shine, and locks makeup for 16 hours, this gem from Huda Beauty is the perfect finishing touch for your beauty look. Armed with an array of skincare ingredients, this setting spray's formula harnesses the hydrating properties of five types of hyaluronic acid to improve barrier function, ensuring your makeup stays exactly where you want it. It also works in combination with mineral clay, which absorbs excess oil, and rice starch to reduce irritation, letting you wave goodbye to make-up slipping in problem areas. Designed to veil the complexion in a fine, light-as-air liquid without causing smudges or running, this setting spray promises to melt the skin, refine the complexion's texture and act as a skin shield, keeping your make-up fresh from dawn to dusk, whether you're off to work, running errands, on a night out or filming a hit reality show. With prices starting from £15 for 30ml, you can pick up a 100ml bottle for £28 from Sephora, Cult Beauty, Boots or Beauty Bay. And it's not just Olivia who loves this setting spray, as plenty of rave reviews pour in. One 5-star rater gushes: "One of my favorite setting sprays. Blurs my pores and fine lines quite well without leaving my skin feeling dry." Another buyer beams: " Genuinely transfer proof. My makeup as survived the Mexico humidity like no other." Further songs of praise comes from this shopper who says: " Keeps the makeup locked in place all day long they really weren't joking about the 16 hr long wear." And the accolades keep coming from this customer who shares: " This setting spray is incredible. It locks all of off layers into place and blends my products beautifully. I wore this in a hot 95F day and was in a pool being splashed and my makeup didn't run. I fully believe in its power." A fifth does share one minor grievance, writing: " This is the best setting spray on the market no doubt. I loveeee all huda's products so bad i mean yes it does spit out spray and the ball occasionally gets stuck but that's a price i'm willing to pay when a product works this good."

'I'm a shopping writer and Abercrombie's Wimbledon-ready set is my payday pick'
If you're in the mood to treat yourself now that payday has finally arrived, this Wimbledon-ready Abercrombie & Fitch buy is what I'd recommend adding to your basket this month Payday has finally arrived after what seems like an eternity, and if you're anything like me, you've mentally spent half your wage already. However, this year I'm committed to shopping more mindfully and avoiding the over-purchase of items I'll only wear or use once. So, I'm restricting myself to just one treat (perhaps two) per month. Part of my role involves browsing through new-in sections, so I have a good idea of what's available this month. One co-ord, in particular, caught my eye for June's payday treat. And it's come just in time for the start of Wimbledon. The matching set in question is Abercrombie's strawberry print waistcoat and skort. The set is comprised of the Linen-Blend High-Neck Vest, priced at £60, and the Tailored Linen-Blend Mini Skort, priced at £52. Whether you're sitting courtside at Wimbledon, heading to a picnic in the park or strolling around cobbled streets on holiday, this linen blend set is ideal for warmer weather. Linen has a natural breathability, as well as moisture-wicking properties, making it the perfect fabric choice for the summertime. I've had a few other new-ins on my radar including Huda Beauty's new Lip Contour Stain, £22, Hannah Cooper Dommett x Warehouse's Premium Hand Embellished Scoop Neck Mini Dress, £129, and Abbott Lyon's Ocean Cluster Pendant Necklace, £59. However, it was Abercrombie's heatwave-perfect matching set that came out on top of my wishlist this month. The skort features built-in shorts, which makes is perfect for those who struggle with chafing thighs especially in the hot weather. Skorts are often very relaxed and informal looking, however, thanks to the shorts on this mini being hidden, the skirt looks far more refined and polished than others on the market. On top of this, the waistcoat features a tie detail at the back so you can cinch it in as much or little as you like, and help create a figure-flattering silhouette. My favourite part, however, is the adordable micro strawberry print that fits perfectly into the 'strawberries and cream' theme around Wimbledon. And don't worry, if the print isn't really your style, you can also shop the set in an on-trend black and white polka dot print or plain white linen. Happy payday shopping!
