In fact, the 24-year-old barely has to lift a finger at all as her online hustle involves simply selling her toenail clippings, hair, and spit to strangers.
Appearing on This Morning, Lateisha discussed how she ended up becoming an entrepreneur in such a unique industry.
She revealed that she had always dreamed of becoming a doctor and was studying at university when she began researching ways to make money.
The then student came across OnlyFans, which was just taking off at the time, and decided to sign up.
It was there that she came across a man willing to purchase a vial of her spit or shower water.
Lateisha recalled her initial scepticism but she was soon introduced to the online community "that like weird and odd stuff".
Since selling her first tube of spit for £40, she has now developed an online clientele and currently averages £400 to £500 per item.
Her most expensive sale, another vial of spit, went for £1,500 to a client who she had a long business relationship with.
Lateisha was soon able to pay off all her student debts and even purchased her first property thanks to the unusual side hustle.
And while she acknowledged that money was her main motivator, revealing she hadn't put much thought into anything else, she has now taken other women under her wing.
I make £5,000 a month selling my toenails, earwax and spit - it doesn't gross me out, I find it fascinating-
Lateisha has created a community for women also hoping to make money selling their personal items online.
She was joined by her protege Freya Ashthorpe for the ITV interview, explaining that she has always been motivated to help people.
"My main goal for becoming a doctor was to help people and now what I'm doing with our community, I'm still helping women," she said.
"I'm opening them up to something they can do safely, helping them make money in a way that they wouldn't have before.
"In my opinion, I'm helping in a different way, I'm still helping people just not in a hospital."
Side hustles in numbers
Based on new research from Finder, an estimated 22.8 million Brits are using side hustles to top up their income.
Among those aged 18-23, 68 percent have a side hustle in 2024.
Those aged 24-42 aren't far behind, with 65 per cent having an additional source of income.
Side hustles are less popular among older generations, with 40 percent of those aged 43-54 having one.
Whereas 23 percent of people aged 55-73 and just 7 per cent of those aged 74 and over are earning extra cash this way.
ITV viewers shared their thoughts on the unique side hustle in the comments section.
"All fun and games until someone does voodoo on you!" joked one person.
"This world has gone absolutely insane…" said another YouTube user.
"I can't believe what I'm hearing, totally insane. The world's officially gone mad," agreed a third commenter.
"Dang it! I just got my pedicure done this morning. Those clippings could have paid for my service!" wrote another viewer.

'Brits have work affairs all the time and cheating was the best thing I ever did'
EXCLUSIVE: A mum who had a ten-year affair before exposing the scandal with damning texts has claimed Brits are fascinated by cheating because many are in secret relationships themselves An infamous mum claims affairs are happening in most workplaces in Britain and that cheating was the "best" decision she ever made. Carla Bellucci opened up about infidelity after labelling it 'insane' that Astronomer's CEO and HR boss both resigned after their Coldplay kiss cam scandal. Speaking to The Mirror, she said: 'Everyone in the office has affairs, we all know it. If they were all exposed we would have no working people and everyone would have to resign – it would be a nightmare.' The former glamour model met her now husband Giovanni Pincay in a photography studio before the pair, who were both married to other people, had an affair that lasted ten years. Carla, who just turned 44, was a single mum throughout most of it but the man she was seeing remained married with a family of his own. However, after a decade of secrecy, Carla exposed the affair in 2019 by sending messages and pictures to Giovanni's shocked wife. This eventually led to Carla and Giovanni marrying themselves in 2023 and the couple, who consider themselves to be 'soulmates', share a daughter together called Blu. This experience made her fascinated by the viral reaction to the Coldplay video involving the former Astronomer employees, but as for why it garnered so much public interest, she offered this theory. 'It is probably because 99% of people can relate and so many people are in situations and just don't admit to it,' she said. 'I think people love to gossip and see people fall, It is life unfortunately.' Carla, once labelled 'Britain's most hated woman' after her notorious This Morning appearance, said she has been publicly shamed for cheating in the past, but she has no regrets. She said: 'It is simple, people who are happy do not cheat. We cheat because we are looking for something more because our relationship is not right. For me, it was the best decision I ever made because we are happy and live a good life.' However, she added: 'I wouldn't cheat again, it's a lot of heartache and people get hurt. But I 100% have no regrets, maybe I could have handled it differently but I never live in regret. Me and Gio were meant to be together, end of!' Carla and her husband live together in Hithin, Herts, and the mum-of-four believes a lot of people who are cheating want to be caught and that their partners often suspect something, but are too scared to disrupt things. Offering her own advice, she concluded: 'For all you women or men out there that have that gut feeling something is not right, go with it because it's not. 'Don't waste your time staying with someone that cheated on you, it will never work. Wake up and move on. At the end of the day you do you, happiness is everything.'
