kuvi.ai secures $0.7 million to support private beta of agentic OS
0
Recent additions include legendary crypto investor Michael Terpin of Transform Ventures and leading Web3 educator Dennis Liu (aka VirtualBacon).
The announcement follows Kuvi.ai's earlier pre-seed (angel) round, which closed in just four days. With the close of the seed round and the opening of the strategic round, Kuvi.ai's valuation has now doubled from $15 million to $30 million.
The funding supports the private beta launch of Kuvi.ai's Agentic Finance Operating System (AF-OS), the first of its kind next-gen interface that empowers users to design, automate, and deploy complex financial strategies using natural language.
Kuvi.ai replaces the need for centralized exchanges, clunky DeFi dashboards, or opaque robo-advisors, enabling users to act with precision, automation, and control. Kuvi.ai is an AI-driven crypto interface designed to make digital asset transactions as simple as typing a message or saying a few words, delivering text-to-trade functionality that removes the need to navigate multiple dApps, bridging solutions, or complex trading interfaces.
Users can instruct Kuvi.ai to buy, sell, or swap tokens across blockchains, and Kuvi.ai does the rest. Unlike pre-programmed bots or chat wrappers, Kuvi.ai allows users to define their financial intent — e.g., 'Buy $1K in memecoins when sentiment spikes and gas is low, exit when BTC dominance rises' — and executes via our proprietary modular and functional agentic framework.
'Kuvi.ai is building the coordination layer for agentic value transfer,' said co-founder and CEO Dylan Dewdney.
Kuv.ai's private beta, rolling out now to early community, investors, supporters, collaborators, and some OTC desks, introduces smart 'Executables.' These are automations tied to market conditions, cross-chain actions, and real-time data. Early integrations include top Solana-native protocols like Raydium and Jupiter, with Ethereum and Bitcoin native protocols soon to follow.
'This is not just a new product,' added co-founder and CTO Jay Nasr. 'It's a complete rethink of how humans interact with financial systems.'
With private beta underway and TGE tentatively slated for late summer/early fall 2025, Kuvi.ai is set to scale its user base, integrations, and community. As the Agentic Finance movement gains traction, Kuvi.ai is positioned to be the flagship OS in a post-app financial world — empowering everyone to manage and multiply wealth through intent-based interfaces.

Kashkari: Fed needs to respond to slowing economy, two cuts this year would be reasonable
WASHINGTON, Aug 6 (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Reserve may need to cut interest rates in the near term in response to a slowing U.S. economy, even though it remains unclear whether tariffs will continue to push inflation higher, Minneapolis Fed President Neel Kashkari said on Wednesday. "The economy is slowing, and that means in the near term it may become appropriate to start adjusting," Kashkari said in an interview on CNBC's Squawk Box, adding that two quarter-percentage-point rate cuts by the end of the year "seems reasonable to me." Kashkari said concerns about rising inflation remain valid, but that it will take time to know whether that poses a problem for the Fed reaching its 2% inflation target or not. Meanwhile a weak jobs report and downward revisions to prior months' employment data add to a developing set of statistics that show the economy slowing to a degree the Fed cannot ignore, Kashkari said. Recent data "suggests the real underlying economy is slowing. I've got confidence that that is happening," Kashkari said. "How long can we wait until the tariff effects become clear? That's just weighing on me right now." Kashkari does not have a vote on interest rate policy this year, but his arguments are similar to those voiced by two Fed governors who dissented at the Fed's decision last week to hold the policy rate steady while awaiting more clarity on how rising import tariffs will feed through to consumer prices. A slowdown in job creation and rise in the unemployment rate in July have begun shifting the narrative, however, to put more focus on risks to the Fed's other goal of maintaining maximum employment.

Trump's Golden Dome to undergo crucial test as he expands missile defense dream
A major defense contractor has announced plans to conduct space-based tests on President Donald Trump 's Golden Dome within the next three years. Lockheed Martin, one of the Pentagon 's prime military contractors responsible for the F-35 fighter jet and Black Hawk helicopters, will demonstrate a space-based interceptor missile by 2028, the company has announced. Golden Dome, the president's plan to create a missile defense system to protect the U.S. homeland from incoming threats, like intercontinental ballistic missiles and low-flying hypersonic missiles, is one of the most ambitious defense projects currently undertaken by the Defense Department. In essence, Trump has charged the Pentagon with crafting a plan to take down the most advanced weapons of U.S. adversaries - even threats that could emanate from space. Lockheed is now quickly creating command and control (C2) capabilities to aid in Trump's Golden Dome initiative, the company announced this week. 'Golden Dome for America is a challenge unlike anything attempted at this scale or on this timeline, and we're moving fast to bring together connected C2 capabilities that work now,' Thad Beckert, Golden Dome C2 director at Lockheed Martin, said in a press release. The Golden Dome is projected to cost around $175 billion in total and take three years to be ready, Trump has said, though analysts expect the project to cost more and take longer. Whichever Pentagon contractor can successfully prove a reliable ability to shoot down incoming advanced missiles first could win billions in funding, meaning the race to shoot down missiles in space is on. Congress has already approved $24.4 billion worth of Golden Dome funding in Trump's recently passed domestic policy agenda dubbed the 'One Big, Beautiful Bill.' An estimate from the Arms Control Center shows that the total funding for the project could reach up to $500 billion. The Congressional Budget Office also estimates that the project could cost up to $540 billion over the next two decades. 'We have missile warning and tracking satellites made by Lockheed Martin in orbit today that provide timely detection and warning of missile threats,' said Amanda Pound, mission strategy and advanced capabilities director at Lockheed Martin Space, told Fox News Digital this week. 'We are committed to making space-based interceptors for missile defense a reality, leveraging our decades of experience, investments, and industry partnerships, to be ready for on orbit testing in 2028.' Trump first announced the Golden Dome initiative in May, expressing his desire to create a system similar to Israel's Iron Dome, which has proved vital in its war with Hamas. 'This is very important for the success and even survival of our country. It's a pretty evil world out there,' he said. 'Once fully constructed, the Golden Dome will be capable of intercepting missiles even if they are launched from other sides of the world, and even if they're launched from space. And we will have the best system ever built.' Trump declared that the establishment of the Golden Dome would provide 'close to 100 percent protection' of the U.S. and is 'very important for the success and even survival of our country.' The missile defense system, along with others, has been praised for shooting down ballistic missiles launched at the country from Iran and Hezbollah militants in Lebanon. The U.S. Golden Dome project will feature a vast array of sensors, satellites, land and space-based weapons that all work together to identify and neutralize targets. 'This rapid C2 prototyping effort is one among many within Lockheed Martin demonstrating how we can support the US Government as a Golden Dome for America mission partner,' said Daniel Nimblett, Vice President of Layered Homeland Defense at Lockheed Martin. He said the project aims to deliver 'real-time situational awareness' and 'informed decision-making to defend the nation.' Lockheed demonstrated its ability to intercept hypersonic medium-range missiles in March after testing its Aegis Combat System aboard a U.S. Navy destroyer. Previously, a similar effort was launched in 1983 under President Ronald Reagan called the Strategic Defense Initiative, which was later dubbed 'Star Wars.' That ambitious plan sought to similarly install space-based defense systems. However, it was eventually scrubbed due to inadequate technology and ballooning costs.
