Between being a successful entrepreneur, self-proclaimed accidental beauty influencer, podcaster and a mother, Bethenny Frankel is keeping busy — while gatekeeping her time.
The always-on-the-move Frankel dished to us on her wellness and beauty routine, time with her daughter, and an upcoming Thayers partnership she's truly excited about. She shared details with the New York Post about the contest, which honors mothers and includes a power lunch with Frankel herself.
'We're going to have a fun day, there are going to be a lot of interesting women there,' she told The Post, while spilling details of the campaign.

The Skinnygirl founder said that now, she's prioritizing what's important, including mornings when she makes her daughter coffee and breakfast. 'I just dropped my daughter off at school. That's a great time to be together — we were singing in the car. I just wake up and I drive her in pajamas and slippers,' she said.
However, finding time to get her steps in can be a challenge. 'I'm trying to squeeze exercise in because I'm not diligent enough about it,' she shared. After dropping her daughter off, she'll take a walk before her next appointment for the day, which, on this day, is a blowout before meeting with fellow podcaster Tinx.
The ever-glam Frankel says that her beauty routine has also become streamlined. 'I'm fashionable, so I'm going to make somewhat of an effort, but the makeup will take five minutes. Yesterday, I was going out with my team for a goodbye dinner, and it took five minutes to do the makeup.'
Of course, there were 'cute guys at the restaurant,' because even Frankel is not immune to the laws of nature, but 'What are you gonna do?' she sighed. 'I'm changing my life and gatekeeping more.'
She's also limiting her commitments these days, even passing on opportunities that others would jump at, like attending the Kentucky Derby and the White House correspondent's dinner. '[The Derby] would have been a lot on me, because I don't do anything if I don't do it at a 10. So, take that off the board because I just had to self-preserve.'
However, Frankel is very excited to make time for her partnership with Thayers, because it celebrates the people she respects most: Moms.
She's also a longtime fan of the brand. 'That was the first brand that I ever associated with witch hazel. I always liked the product,' she said. Frankel shopped it more recently because 'The packaging was elevated, and it was drugstore [beauty], but it looks very elite and rich,' adding that the brand is 'affordable and accessible — it's a really solid brand.'
Thayers
'I'm big on toner pads, and on using toner for cleansing — but also hydrating, not stripping the skin,
she said. 'There's a delicate balance because I don't really wear makeup or love makeup, but now I'm taking a nature walk, and I've washed my face — but in an hour I'll use a toner pad on my face and it'll be dirty.'
'It's weird how during the day, particularly in bigger cities, but everywhere, your skin gets so dirty and you can't put harsh products on it all day. Otherwise, it would be extremely irritated and dry, and it wouldn't be breathing. So, it's a great product line because it cleanses, hydrates, and also lets your skin breathe and it doesn't over-strip,' Frankel shared.
'[Makeup] sits in your pores, and it's why people don't have vibrant skin. And, it's why even in my fifties, I don't wear makeup,' Frankel said. 'I don't care. I wear it when I'm being paid to, or I'm going to sit down with a 24-year-old supermodel, you know what I mean? I need to put something on — it's a necessary evil, but you've got to get it out of your pores. So this product is really great for all of that.'
'You definitely need that tread on that pad. I love that because it's exfoliating and also cleansing and also hydrating,
Thayers
'The milky cleanser is good, but the facial toner with witch hazel, they elevated it. I have right now the one with the rose,' the Just B podcast host said, adding that she enjoys the delicate floral scent. 'It's not too fragrant, it's like Goldilocks — just what it needs to be.'
Thayers
Frankel also loves spritzing the aloe vera-infused mists on the go. The alcohol-free formulas can comfort and hydrate skin.
Even with a dialed-back calendar, at the end of the day, Frankel makes time for self-care. 'Before I go to bed, I put on a furry eye mask and a warming neck pillow, and it helps me to relax and to fall asleep. Sometimes I do a [facial] mask or a sheet mask,' she said.
Amazon
While Frankel didn't specify what brand of fuzzy eye mask she prefers, she has posted on TikTok that she uses warming ones with lavender, even while traveling.
Of Thayers' campaign, which includes a contest to hire a one-day 'Chief Mom Officer' (CMO), Frankel says, 'Moms are like an army, they're extremely loyal, and they are powerful. They hold the strings in this country, and they get more done than anyone. They're badass, and they're funny,' she said.
The one-day CMO will receive an expense-paid trip to New York, work with focus groups, have photo shoots, and enjoy lunch with Frankel herself. The contest is open to moms of all sorts, mother figures, mentors, internet moms and more — and it comes with some serious perks. 'I think it's cliche, but the one day a year for moms is certainly not substantial, it's like cramming,' Frankel said.
The star quipped, 'In real life, the moms are a mafia. They're hard.'

‘Absolutely insane' Merab Dvalishvili using social media presence to connect with fans

They call Merab Dvalishvili 'The Machine' for his relentless cardio. Make no mistake: Not only is the Georgian — who was slated to defend his bantamweight crown in the UFC 316 main event against Sean O'Malley — an animal, he's more than happy to eat food meant for the animals. Advertisement Kayla Harrison, the challenger to Julianna Peña's women's bantamweight crown Saturday night at Prudential Center, witnessed firsthand during a UFC remote filming session last year in Point Pleasant, N.J., the time the affable Dvalishvili ate a fish — not an order of salmon, but a whole fish meant to be fed to the penguins at Jenkinson's Aquarium. 'He's absolutely insane,' Harrison told The Post during the lead-up to the event in Newark. 'He was eating the sardines, or the fish that we were feeding the penguins. He literally ate one. I was like, 'You're an animal.' ' 3 Merab Dvalishvili is pictured before his fight June 7. Zuffa LLC Advertisement Dvalishvili, despite English not being his first language, has found a way to connect with fans thanks to his friendly demeanor and his humbleness — not to mention the silly social-media videos he frequently produces, a staple of the lead-up to his capture of O'Malley's UFC gold last September that returned ahead of their rematch. Those clips generally are planned and canned, but the 34-year-old may be even funnier in moments of spontaneity. 3 Merab Dvalishvili and Sean O'Malley are pictured June 6. Noah K. Murray for the NY Post In the case of sampling the penguins' snack, the former New York construction worker, who still owns homes in Long Island and Nevada, says he was just 'a little bit hungry.' Advertisement 'I guess these penguins [were] full, and they [were] not hungry. The food we [were] giving, it was small fish — washed, clean,' Dvalishvili recalled to The Post earlier this week. 'I was a little bit hungry, you know. They [were] not hungry. I was hungry, and I ate healthy food, which was the fish.' Dvalishvili and Harrison — who were joined that day at Jenkinson's Boardwalk by former two-division champion Alex Pereira and Hall of Famer Robbie Lawler — bumped into one another again between Post interviews in Morristown, N.J., and posed for a photo, with Harrison locking in a rear-naked choke grip on the champ. The moment was a callback to when they first met at a 2016 judo event in New York. 3 Merab Dvalishvili is pictured at his weigh-in June 6. Zuffa LLC Advertisement They've come a long way since Dvalishvili's own fledgling mixed martial arts career was off to a rocky 2-2 start and Harrison hadn't even transitioned from the realm of Olympic-level judo to MMA. Now, they're UFC stars sharing the same stage on pay-per-view. 'So many things change in nine years,' says Dvalishvili, whose first martial art was judo, 'and we are in here now.'

Bobby Flay's horse Crudo undercooked at Belmont Stakes

Bobby Flay's horse Crudo undercooked at Belmont Stakes Celebrity chef Bobby Flay's horse Crudo was a long shot to win Saturday's 2025 Belmont Stakes, but Crudo finishing in last place left the Flay and his horse pretty, well, burnt by the whole ordeal. Indeed, Sovereignty galloped away with the final leg of the Triple Crown in New York, and Flay's Crudo finished in last place among the horses in the field. It's not a huge shock considering Crudo wasn't one of the favorites heading into Saturday's prestigious race, but even getting to the Belmont Stakes is pretty solid work for a horse who once couldn't be sold. Flay spoke about the road Crudo, a horse he co-owns with Jimmy Ventura, took to get to Saturday's big stage. "Jimmy and I were going to buy him as a pinhook proposition — we bought him as a weanling and we were going to sell him as a yearling. We brought him to the Saratoga [Fasig-Tipton] sale, and he didn't sell, so we kept him,' Flay told the New York Post. 'I don't usually race colts. I usually race fillies only. But I have him, so he's racing, and he's turned out to have talent." Crudo earned his name for his raw talent, so perhaps the racing horse will fare better at future events. Some horses take time to find their potential on the tracks, of course, so Crudo's time may well come one day. For now, the horse's Belmont performance came out a bit undercooked, leaving Flay with a meal he'd probably like to send back to the kitchen. Pump that sweet horse full of carrots and sugar cubes, let him run around the pasture for a while and shake this race off and try again next time. If anybody knows about a bad night at the stove, it's probably Flay.
